I have called 6 times, and no one is answering. I was told a start time of 615am, but at 5am on my first day, I get a text saying its tomorrow! I have called and called to try and verify, and no one will pick up the phone. And yes, I waited until they opened at 6am...still no answer! Very unprofessional. Edit: after several hours, I received a text message saying they apologize, but that my new start date is Thursday. First it was last week, then it was Tuesday, then it was Wednesday, and now its Thursday! Terrible place to get a job through.

So far my experience with StaffMax has been great. Walked in looking for employment and they were able to point me into the right direction. I really enjoy the company I am with. Extremely nice people and more than happy to help with anything. I also applaud Cara for her help and wonderful support. She’s very genuine and makes things happen! :)

This is an amazing company that will help you find a job you love in days! I am currently a Full Time college student and StaffMax was able to help me find a flexible, great paying job that I absolutely love. Working here was wonderful! I was treated very well by the staff and paid extremely well! At this rate I may be a millionaire within a few years. Also, the owner is extremely kind and makes me feel welcome every time I walk in the door. I didn’t think I would ever find a job I love this much, but here I am; I don’t ever plan on retiring from here!

They were fast and timely about getting me onboard with them.To be honest most staffing agencys youre just a number, but not here a lady by the name of Cara went above and beyond and the next day had an interview with an extremely nice company, close to home, that suited my childrens time and mine, and with great benefits. Had an interview for a clerical position, was told upon arrival after waiting fifteen minutes that the position was filled. Staff smiled as they apologized for the inconvenience. Ask why I did not receive any communication to at least not waste my time, no explanation just a door open and see ya later attitude.I was appalled, the most unprofessional agency I have EVER been too, not to mention how quick they were to respond to getting me there and calling me over and over again. Wow I highly discourage anyone who is aprofessional not to attempt to go through this agency.There should be the ability to not rate this business at all because one star is just too much for them.

If i could give it zero stars I would. This place is a joke. I worked with Sidney there and she was rude and talked to people like they are stupid and beneath her. She made several mistakes and never owned up to any of them instead she acted like she didnt do anything wrong and continued to be rude. Also told me they found a high paying job and then lied about it and what I can tell from the comments above they have done this to serval people. Dont waste your time.

Horrible service to those who arent hip to being treated as lesser people whether it be wage based or background based. They claim to be considerate and understanding but will fondle your limits. Will hold you to things yet not follow through on their end. -2 rating and will never consider going back Id rather be jobless then accept any persecution from this staff. Will lie and openly direct you the wrong way just to avoid doing work in the last hour of their shift in this office. Will send the phones to a voicemail and be rude when someone does answer if its after 4:30. Wont listen to your reasons if wanting to be placed elsewhere and will openly neglect any input you may have about a job site you were sent to. The on site advisors never show up on time which is cool if you like waiting around staring at walls. They also are forgetful to bring things with would be necessary such as requested items, time and time again. But its cool. If you need a job they can probably help you but id strongly recommend on demand staffing or hospitality on demand or even summit staffing over staffmax. These places can accommodate and follow through on spoken word. I also have had trouble receiving a simple pay card for two weeks after being told it would be available next day with makes no sense to begin with. Was told to my face two days in a row itd be brought to the job site by the on site advisor, both days it was never received. I ride the bus line so working and trying to make it to an office that isnt responsive in its last hours isnt delightful or encouraging at all. Play with your kids not my money. If you dont call them out immediately theyll play with you. Hardball it is staffmax, hardball it is. Staffmax is just another Indianapolis machine looking to take the top off your working income. Staffmax is a newer staffing place so maybe they just need time to realize the people working for them should be their main focus before turning out junkies to local businesses. Staffmax tries to match you with a job the same day. I really needed a job right away and they were able to provide that. Almost all the staff is patient and professional!

So i walked in a few mins ago, filled an application and presented my drivers license. I noticed the blind fools at the office were looking at me funny when one of them called me and asked for another photo id. I gave her my aliens card and this girl tells me my IDs are fake! I feel this pple dont know what they are doing or are really blind in the real sense of it as well as mentally. I get that pple use fake id to work, but all these fools needed to do was check, if they dont know how to tell black pple apart.My ids were issued to me in 2011 when i came into the States on an immigrant visa and have used them for all my job applications and everywhere i have worked (express scripts, sallie mae, amongst others). The two white dumb female things i just dealt with, need to go train on how to properly identify or tell black pple apart. Also, need to know that after 8yrs, pple DO change!These are two dangerous pple who will put a black person in trouble with the law because of their dumbness. So if you are going to Staffmax, id advise you request someone who has common sense and can see to look at your id. They are dumb inat this staffing agency!

Worst company to work for first assignment they sent me on was a company called Keco they did not follow any of osha regulations so i filed a complaint with osha and was then let go because i was worried about my safty and others. second company i worked for i was let go to due me parking in a handicap parking spot which i have a handicap plate on all 3 of my cars. I was asked to not park there no more and i said no i will continue to park there if the state of indiana and bmv says i qualify for my plate they are no one to go above the law but they sure to thing so i.will attach a copy of the text i sent horrible companyAlecia, please let us know when you arrive at work today.Also, please do not park in the handicap spot when you come in to work this morning. Assistive process. I was well informed at every stage of the procedure. Very qccessible membee even when i was now working with wawanesa, they were always willing to aid me with my concerns. All the friends Ive referred to them speak of how they were catered for. Great service and Id reconnend it to anyone in need of employment.

The Staffmax at Heathrow way is an absolute joke. DO NOT go there. They have jerked me around for 2 weeks now. They tell you they will call you when something comes available and...they dont. They send other people to jobs that you have been waiting for to open up instead of calling you like they said they would. Then they set me up to take the tour for a job and after the tour said they would be in touch that day...they werent. Calls me the next morning at 8:05am and asks if Im going to be there at 8:15am when I live about 40 minutes away. I tell them I cant make it and that they were supposed to call me yesterday and let me know. She tells me that they will just reschedule it for tomorrow and I said thats fine. Then 6 hours later, sends me a text saying not to come in and that my job assignment has been canceled. Ridiculous! Very unprofessional and they do not keep their word. Absolute worst staffing agency around. DO NOT waste your time!!!

I applied for a staffing position with this company before looking at their reviews. I am appalled to say the very least, you aren’t the first company to get negative reviews. Whoever is in charge of your google account literally weeds out and only responds to the negative comments in very unprofessional way at that. This is putting your company in a very negative light. Whoever is responding to these comments should look into a full time job as an internet troll not working at a staffing agency.
