Destiny Endsley was, for me at least, very professional at all times, in phone calls, emails and during the interview process, which was on July 2nd. She then presented me to an employer we had spoke about. I was asked by said company to come and interview with them July 3. I was told at that interview I would be offered a position. The company wanted me to start on July 6. But, as I told both Destiny and the company I needed to give a 2 week notice at my old job. Both companies were understanding of this, and I started my new career on Monday, July 22.I couldnt be happier with Destiny and Staffinders.

I worked as lead recruiter at this office for almost two years. In the month prior to leaving, a girl was fired and in turn made outrageous allegations against the only two employees left at Staffinders Indy. This girl went on to break into the office, steal items, and destroy company and my personal property. Only after reporting the third incident were the locks changed or any actions whatsoever made by corporate. Myself and the other employee in this office were questioned daily, spoken down to, required to do numerous repetitive daily reports on top of running the office and putting in 50-60 hours weekly without overtime compensation. I discovered I was fired when I went to check my email before going to the office and discovered my account was locked. Despite numerous calls and texts to the president and Vice President, I was not told I was fired for over 4 hours when finally the VP left me a voicemail saying I was fired but did not give any reason. In the week prior to leaving, the owners, President, and Vice President of Staffinders told me that the best practices changed to reflect “quantity over quality” when placing candidates. I loved this company for almost two years and believed in the work we did.

They went thru all of my information including my background & offered me a job at nestle. So I went on the tour, took my drug test, & quit my current job. Then Courtney Sheets told me I didnt have a job due to my background & told me she cldnt help me. My background was discussed on a Friday she then informed Tues after I had completed the process of everything. She seemed really unphased that the lack of attention of her & her colleagues caused me my job. I am now completely unemployed due to their carelessness.

Unprofessional....staffinder makes u wait weeks till they assign you to a job.. BUT wants you to come to their company just to waste time in the mean time ..Staffinder is a waste of time in Indianapolis, Indiana.
