Dont hold your breath for calls back, or expect anyone to do their job at this location. Youre better off searching for jobs in Indianapolis through the Gary, Indiana office.. at least someone in Gary will reply to your emails or answer your phone calls.

Dont apply... during Mays covid pandemic they got me a job. Then told me to hold on from going to work on my start date... Theyve never called back and its now November 21st. Talk about unorganized and unprofessional. Though I recommend applying to Spherion staffing. Kelly over there is a terrible recruiter. No wonder why recruiters get a bad rep. Multiple emails and phone calls and I can not get a response but i miss her call once and its a few hours past and she tells me that I can no longer work for Kelly services due to lack of communication. Whattt?????!!! I have a few friends that have went there and had similar circumstances. Pathetic and terrible business model where corporate does not hold its franchises or locations to a standard at all.

This place is a joke. They took 103 from my last check cause they supposly over payed me. Really sad if there going to take your money.

This temp agency is highly unprofessional. They have poor communication and they love to make fake excuses as to why they let people go from an assignment.

I am seeking a job and want to start as soon as possible. So I seeked our this company. I have years of professional experience and at this time I am not interested in going back to school because I’m 27, already in student load debt, and have responsibilities like car payments, school for my son, house payment, insurance, and etc. Well apparently I don’t qualify for any of their jobs because I don’t want to go back to school. I already have BEEN to school, I have gotten my education, and am seeking a career. This was a complete waste of my time.

They never answer the phone !!! They don’t help you get jobs. Rob always tell me to email him my resume for a job then he NEVER get back with me to tell me any information smh!

The kellys at stericycle let me go and didnt even bother to ask me my side of the situation. Basicly they didnt stand by there employees. A Very big disappointment.

Ive worked for Kelly Services off and on for 20 years and have never had any issues with them until now. I was on assignment, fell ill, called in and that day my job was threatened. So i wrote a formal email terminating my assignment. Got an email back saying Kelly Services will no longer use me. Its a really bad way to run a business. Things have changed and this office is the worst.

Worked with them for years but one little mistake and they dropped me. Didn’t tell me until 3 weeks later THROUGH THE MAIL. Thanks!p.s. Mistakes are common.

I left a job through Kelly to try Car Sales and it didnt work out, i get a email from the onsite mgr stating they were audited and need for me to come in. In return they would help me find another job, well i gave them the missing info and now they keep brushing me off!

Staff was more focused on socializing than working, a waste of time.

Not a good place to work. Very unhelpful staff. No benefit package, ever.
