I have an awkward body shape and they were able to make two dresses look extremely elegant on me for my daughters wedding! They’ve also worked on some pants for me! I’m so grateful! I’ve never felt so beautiful in all my life!

I took my wedding dress here and they had to do so much to it, due to weight loss and other factors. They managed to turn my dress into what I dreamed of!! When I tried it on, I immediately cried tears of happiness! I cannot thank these two ladies enough for their beautiful work! I can’t say it enough, TAKE ALL YOUR ALTERATIONS NEEDS HERE!!!!

This is our go-to place for alterations for our sons choir and performance tuxedos and costumes. Ela always does quick, reliable, expert work. Items always returned when promised, and always charged what we are quoted. We live 45 minutes away, but travel past here often. We are sure to visit here for all our alteration needs. Prices are comparable to anywhere else weve found.

Wish there had been a 1/2 star but the lowest rating choice Im given is one. This person did some alterations on my Granddaughters senior prom dress and it was very poorly done. Her solution to this problem was to give a refund of $12.00 on a $90.00 job. Make sure to get a PROPER quote prior you having any work done. Wish I knew how to include pictures because I certainly would have shared.

Rude gal when asked for a price estimate on the phn. Tries to get you to come there first. Poor customer service!

This lady couldn’t be more rude!!! My item isn’t the issue, it’s the facts that... I had a family member pass, so my item set there for an extra week or two, and when we finally spoke, I told her I’d be in on Saturday. At 10:01 when she opened, she left a vm saying she was going to donate to goodwill... I wouldn’t let her stitch me up if it were to save my life

Overcharged for bad work. Got my prom dress done here and only had the front hemmed and the hips taken in a tad bit. My hip shape was not taken into consideration at all, so the dress looked awful once it was altered. The work cost $90 and wasnt told until it was done. We were only able to get a $12 refund and she was very rude to my mom. Took it to Kim Alteration on rangeline and 126th and theyre fixing it. Take your clothing there! Great work for half the price!!

Zero stars here if I could! Very unhappy with how the whole situation worked out. Yes, she offered to fix it, however, she was very rude and said it might not look any better! Took it somewhere else to get a 2nd opinion....
