One of the best places for the haircut. I am a Newyorker and moved to Indy. I have been to many saloons near NY and NJ, but this place is magic. They take time and make sure we get a good satisfaction. Best customer service, friendly and good ambiance. I was super surprised, still couldn’t find a good place like this.

Theres gonna be a wait. They have only one stylist on at a time usually. Definitely worth it though. These people have expertise.

I have had a had positive experience with Super Cuts in the past, but not today. I had my hair cut by a stylist who was too hard on the back of my neck. She left a red welt and I don’t remember her apologizing. I shouldn’t have tipped her.

Was my go.to place but they have hired some awful people. Came in today usually get a 1 up the sides and a lil trim at the top the stylist they had was explaining to the gentleman that she wasnt comfortable cutting hair. in fades or anything like that. I am sorry but if you cant use clippers why are you the only one working and also why are you cutting hair. Obviously didnt waste my time.getting a haircut by someone who seemed extremely uncomfortable cutting hair.

Set an appointment online for 1:00pm. Arrived at 12:45pm, waited till 2:45pm for my haircut. The only employee allowed two people who came in after ahead of me, because the machine said they were higher on the list… why have an appointment system then?

Pre-registered for 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon, no wait, simple haircut in and out, Maggie did a great job.

Very honest people. Went in with what I wanted done and it would not look full so Kendra explained what she could do but still have what I wanted. I love my new hair style. It is a drive but very worth it for me. If your tried of going to different places for a hair cut, stop in to Supercuts it will be your forever hair place.

I walked in about 45 minutes before closing to see if I could get a haircut and she was able to. I got a picture for the internet of what I wanted and she made my hair wonderful.

My 35 minute drive to this location is absolutely worth it. Oliver takes great care with my hair. Plus the salon is always spotless clean regardless of who is there and the time of day visited.

Easy, quick, location. Good price, decent cut, price is such that you can go by every few weeks or less w/o a problem on the wallet. The staff gives better cuts as they get to know your hair. Get Maggie if you can.

Got a great haircut at a reasonable price. There wasnt much of a wait, and the stylist was social and nice. Very happy with the haircut and will be back!

I checked in online, arrived at the time that they gave me, and was told that I would have to wait at least 30 min. Ive generally had decent experiences here, but be aware that the online check in doesnt work so well. Also I almost always have to wait for a while when I come without checking in. They seem understaffed.

I have had it with this location. I have been going here because it is so close to my home but I can no long bare the few rude employees who ruin it for everyone. On my last visit the individual missed a large chunk of hair behind the left side of my head. Took me days to notice it and my friends all though I slept on it funny.Needless to say I would not recommend this location unless changes are made.1.23.13

Do not go here unless you ask what you will be charged for every single thing they do including brushing your hair lol. Im surprised they didnt charge me for that. I took my 2 neices with me to get their hair cut and washed she said that would be 16.95 or so for a cut and wash yet she took it upon herself to dry our hair afterward and I assumed that came with it since she never ask me or said anything about that costing extra yet she charged me an extra 8 dollars per person just for a blow dry that she never told me was going to be extra or I wouldnt have paid 8 bucks for a blow dry she didnt even style my hair all she did to my one neice was a small brade on the side of her head and then my other neice ask for a few curls and she curled her entire hair with a curling iron and then charged me 24 extra dollars just for that. So it cost us 100 dollars for what shouldve been a 50 dollar hair cut for 3 ppl. That was really upsetting to me since I really liked the way she cut our hair and wanted to come back with my own daughter to have her hair cut in a couple weeks. But since they decided to over charge me and not explain before they did things I will not be returning. I guess they dont care about returning customers just getting as much as they can at that moment. Very disappointed. Maggie did a great job on our hair but not such a great job explaining what she would be charging us for as she did the work . Had I ask for the blow dry I could understand. She just knocked her self out of a great tip bc all I had left was 6 bucks out of 100 so thats all she got I had planned in tipping her well but after that she is lucky she got that.
