The name says it all. I have had Superior Towing move a box truck for me several times this last time being the furthest (over an hour away) trip. They have always been on time and made things easy on me! Their pricing is more than fair for such great service. I have had to call on several towing companies and Mark Sr and Jr and their team at Superior are amazing to work with!

I met the yow driver where the vehicle was being picked up from. The tow driver couldnt take my card without my ID, which I understand, so he told me to go aHead and run to the atm to get cash out and I could pay that way. And when I got back he had told the woman whose house the vehicle was at that he didnt think I had the money to pay for the tow and left b4 I got back. Very judgemental & absolutely not the case. But wasted an afternoon to be judged based on what I was wearing.

I was pick up along with my car, I asked the driver would he mind dropping me at my daughters house which was on the way he was kind and said yes. My white pants got dirty,, but they were washable.It was most important for my car to be towed.I did think $65.00 was too expensive!

My car quit on the interstate as I was going home from work. Another company on 91st and Crawfordsville Rd said it take about two hours to come. I ask my Allstate rep to cancel him and see if he could get another, (which he should have done in the first place.) After a few calls he found Superior Towing. He, Mike came and did his thing and I was at home in no time and I really really appreciate his service and workmanship. From dispatch to driver these guys know how to earn your business!Thanks guys!

I had to put the donut on myself. He said it would not work. It worked, and he couldnt even jack the car up itself.

My camaro had broken gears in the rear and couldnt roll so it needed dollies to tow. Multiple tow companies told me they couldnt help but superior was able to at a good price. Ralph came and hooked my car up quickly and delivered it without any issues. First time having my car towed and they made it a good experience, would definitely recommend.

Quick, great service.I broke down with my family and dog in the car on my way to Indianapolis from Louisville. I managed to get the car into a gas station. I made one call to a company who wouldnt pick up. Superior picked up on the second ring. The woman on the phone was very kind and set up a truck to come take My car from Indy to Mooresville.I was quoted a good price, and was pleasantly surprised when a rollback showed up instead of the usual trucks most companies use. The driver was extremely courteous. I was told it would be an hour and he arrived in 30 minutes. He was great with my son showing him how things worked on the truck. He even offered to let him sit in the truck so he could warm up and get out of the snow. He brought the car to the house and even gave me some tips on working on it.Ive worked in the auto industry for a while now and have dealt with many tow truck companies and drivers. None have been as down to earth, friendly, and professional as Superior.Make them your first call!

We were in town for a childs sporting event. We had a tire blowout, and called. Anthony took our call and said he had somebody on the way. David was our operator and he was top notch and understanding of my dilemma. While on the way to tire shop he explained the lay of the land in Indy. A+ service start to finish. Would recommend. Not only are they fully and correctly insured but they care about your experience. I received text notifications alerting me to who was being sent out and ETA. Also only $40 for a lock out service!! I recommend Superior Towing any day.

Super quick, super professional and super affordable!!

Its been a rough winter superior towing didnt make it any easier. I waited for 2 and a 1/2 hours when I was told to expect an hour to an hour and a 1/2 and had to end up canceling because the dispatch has no idea where the drivers are apparently and cannot estimate arrival very accurately. After being told the driver was 10 minutes away multiple times I just gave up. Thank you superior towing and thank you Aaron in particular For your quality customer service.

On Saturday I needed to tow my vehicle to a pull-a-part by 5 pm. After calling numerous towing companies, superior towing was the only one that said they could do it. David and his trainee arrived within the hour and were very kind. I have never scrapped a vehicle before so they even came inside pull a part with me to make sure everything went ok! 10/10

They answered on the first ring, dispatched a driver to my location immediately, got my vehicle to a local shop of my choice, and charged me a fair price for the service.

Someine used my phone but heard good stuff

Told me they were picking my car at 4pm and never came. Told me they had many calls a head of me, So....dont tell me you will be there at 4 and is 8 and that you are running behind.

Very poor service from a AAA contracted towing company. The guy came out in an unmarked personal SUV. I had a flat tire in 9 degree cold temperatures with my 83 year old mom and 3 year old twins with me. He couldnt even get out of his warm vehicle, rolled the passenger window down to speak to me without introducing himself and had no markings on his SUV or clothing. Treated me very condescendly and when I explained I didnt need more stress from him he got even more rude with me. He ended up telling me he couldnt change my tire because his tool wouldnt fit under my van to take the spare tire off. He asked if I wanted it towed and I said no, I just need you to change my tire since I have a full sized spare. He then told me I would have to call someone to tow it, told me to have a good day and left. I have called AAA and a I have a case number as well as a case manager from AAA who will contact me to make a complete report. This happened around 10 am and we had to wait until 12 for another AAA tow truck to come change it. This man obviously was having a bad day to leave us stranded with children and an elderly woman in such cold temperatures! But having a bad day reflects poorly on his business as well as AAA!! I hope he has a very nice Christmas despite his treatment of me and my family.And now it takes you 2 years to respond?! WOW.

The only reason I am giving this company one star is because you cant give them 0 I was in an emergency situation and they quarter me $250 for a 4 mile tow. I called other companies and subsequently received a tow for $90 even I would like to express my Disappointment in this company theyre not reputable they galjour people when theyre at their worst. Just awful

Had to have my vechile towed on two different occasions by this company. Had the best and fastest service ever. The drivers was very professional. If I need my vechile towed again I will not hesitate to use this company again. I would also recommend this company to anybody that needs a tow service.

Indy Grimo Limousine experienced a mechanically issue resulting in the need to leave our rather large SUV stretched limo on the interstate. Do to the oversized vehicle they were able to have the correct sized rig and knowledgeable team to get the work done. Most importantly the vehicle was safely and without damaged delivered where we need it to be. Indy Grimo LLC says thank you to Superior Towing for delivering a satisfactory service. Driver arrived with a wrecker. Hooked up a AWD fusion to the rear of the wrecker and towed it a mile up the road when the rear gear box failed. Then he decides to put it on the flatbed. $1700 worth of damage to a car that just needed its computer reset. Called to ask them to cover the damages that they caused and they said I told him to hook it up that way. Sueing....

Service rep for this place lied and told us our car was there, we had to uber all the way there and was told the car had been gone for literal Days before we even called, so apparently somethings not being done right there. Big waste of our time, as parents and money as well. Very disappointed to say the least. :/

Great towing service, I was stranded and, they came out when no-one else would!

So, when your Saturday takes a turn for the inconvenient...it is nice to know that there are companies that will try to help it not sting so bad!! Justin from Superior Towing made a bad day at the ballpark turn around by being so quick to arrive, and he was not stressed or upset that I was in a completely terrible spot to tow from and surrounded by so many people! He entertained my toddler that was hungry and cranky by showing him all the levers and playing into his amazement when the car moved by itself! He laughed with me when I wanted to cry because I could barely turn the wheel without power steering! He even smeared a little grease on the kid’s face so he could look legit while he helped Justin out! Today my man, YOU WERE MY HERO!!! THANK YOU!!!

My truck was impounded by police. Went to pick up truck, slight hassle over price quoted to me less than 8 hours earlier. All the silver coin change taken from coin change holder. Also the charging cord for my Moto Z phone was taken, but at least the charging plug itself was left in the lighter holder. Other than that they were a friendly business. They had to have proof of insurance and helped contact agency and provided a fax number. Process of getting truck totaled 20-25 mins.

Ive been waiting for a tow for two hours STILL no one here. By far one of the slowest tows Ive ever received by AAA. So far not very happy with the service hopefully the tow company is knowalgable when the arrive.

Just saying watch your valuables because they go through all your belongings and take your stuff! Witness it all the time.

Most of these negative reviews are AAA members who complain about the wait, thats not the tow trucks fault - thats AAA giving unreasonable arrival time. But the service is excellent from Superior. They actually saved me not only one tow, but two. Once the driver got my van on the truck and ready to go, he noticed my problem and told me the garage I was having it towed to would not be able to fix the undercarriage issue. He called them, explained my problem, and they agreed it wasnt something they could fix. That saved the tow to them, then another tow that I would have inevitably had to do to get it from the garage to a body shop (rusted undercarriage or something). Driver went above and beyond, as did the company dispatch people. Even if I didnt have AAA, I would advise anyone with a tow need to call these guys! Superior is accurate name - at least in my case!
