The woman taking entrance payments needs to be fired. She yelled at me for entering the facility incorrectly and seemed a little upset that I asked for assistance. I interrupted her otherwise lazy day. My first visit here, and that portion of the visit was a bad experience. The rest of the visit was good! I found what I was looking for, and the young man checking me out was courteous and seemed happy to help. I will return here if needed, now that I know the process. Three stars because of the bad initial encounter.

My car was supposed to be picked up today. I called 3 different times throughout the day & explained my situation to 3 different agents who were amazing customer service reps by the way but it’s the end of their business hours & no one ever showed up or even called to explain a reason for delay or a reschedule. Very disrespectful as I had a flight to catch & was ASSURED by the last 2 reps that the drivers would still be there.

I was pleasantly surprised to find parts for a 1994 Jeep Cherokee 5.2L engine. I like the cars look up in the yard and how the vehicles are inventoried via the computer. On checking out, the staff was friendly and professional, and the prices cant be beat. I definitely will be visiting them again!

Wow really cool staff 95% friendly but they need more golf carts and they shouldnt cost $27 but I got what I needed AC compressor, alternator, belt, two tail lights, rotor, cap and wires and a window regulator, out the door $206! thats a good deal!!!

Impressed to find cars/trucks organized with an online location map, a welcome team and multiple checkout windows. Selection was rough, but if youre lucky to find what you need, prices are reasonable.

Rude and loud employees. Very obnoxious. Theft and drug use is rampant in the lot. It felt like I was in a 3rd world nation. Unfortunately they dont seem to have much competition. Their prices are high to a comical degree for what they are and for a few rare items can best be described as fair at best. They charge an entry fee which is extreamly bizzare and to further pad their pockets they charge enviornmental fees and service charges. Many employees could not answer my questions due to their inability to speak English.

I always have what I need at a reasonable price.

My only complaint is that they have golf carts to rent to make your searching way easier but I feel 15$ is just crazy.. otherwise they place is wonderful for people with a low budget. I hope they stay in buisness forever

If you have a little knowledge of what you need for a car or truck and wanna save some money or your part not stock definitely go there its worth your time your dont care how nice you think your car is its probably a junk 1 there so give them a shot and check em out they could poetinty change your day/life!

Closing an hour early on Saturday cool thanks I just drove a total round trip of an hour and a half for nothing but whatever screw over your customers as long as you get to your crack deal on time nothing else matters

1 out of about 6 employees on the back was allowed to operate a forklift. took about 25 mins to have someone and load the engine in my truck.4 stars because staff was nice and prices were fair.

One stop shop for your vehicle or vehicles. They have great customer service and everyone is very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs parts for their vehicle. And you can get a VIP membership for free and get discounts.

Simple and easy! The staff was pleasant to work with and we found everything we needed!

Lot seemed to be organized fairly well. Was able to body parts for a car. Made off with a hood, fender panel, and headlamp plus harness for $145.00. Was a little pricier than I thought but a lot cheaper than a body shop.

I believe I found a tire rim that would fit my truck. I have 3 days to find out. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish they could find a way to let people know if the size of a rim would be compatible with what you are needing but over all this was a good experience.

It was great when it opened a decade ago but now its getting harder and harder to find parts as more and more ebay pullers come to pull stuff just to resell it online.

Good evening, I have had the worst experience at Pull A part Indianapolis with an employee by the name of Stacey. She is very rude, she swears at not only the employees and managers, but your customers as well, including myself. She has tried to fight a pregnant woman who works for your establishment, making it quite clear in front of customers and all, I witnessed this day in particular. Pull A Part is no longer a first option for me nor my business colleagues anymore when it comes to our vehicle needs. We would rather take our business elsewhere, than to be surrounded by energy of this sort, spending time and money with a business that allows for employees to act this way. There are so many positive and helpful team members at this location, but all it takes is one bad apple, this particular employee is that bad apple.

Got there about 430 amd in and out in less than 39 minutes. Cool staff and the lot isnt a complete mess. Look for the car you want on thier site to help find the row its in.

Excellent place to get used parts for good prices. Superior return policy on parts. Its why I wouldnt consider going to another place. Theyve earned my repeat business.

Usually have a wide selection of parts. As with other junkyards; the company vehicle selection for foreign and domestic vehicles lacks certain vehicles. Pricing is fair, lot is clean, always has a police presences and the hours of availability is good. Usually customer service is good.

If you have a major repair that you cant afford this place should be your first stop they have a huge inventory and you can hopefully find what you need dont forget to bring your own tools to remove it but its a lot cheaper than going to the parts store

Alright. Let me preface this by saying I am not a typically bad driver. I’m a pull a part ‘vet’ and had been here dozens of times before the most recent one.I was leaving around 5pm. I didn’t see a curb so I drove and ended up getting stuck on a tree/bush stump. Embarrassed,‘I stood there for a minute and customers in the parking lot were laughing like crazy. Little did I know they took a picture of my vehicle and posted it all over Facebook groups. That was very embarrassing as accidents happen and I was known as stump kid at my job for months. I went up, and they were understanding and helpful and I signed a waiver so they could use a forklift to get my car off. Amidst me signing said waved, the cashier asked the manager Kelly what happened. I just learned that they’d recently cut down bushes. Adding insult to injury. But it also reinforced that it wasn’t just me not paying attention or something. There used to be bushes and now there’s not, I thought it was clear. I’m not hear trying to get anything as I know I did sign a waiver, it just sucks that now it’s all over Facebook and I have to live with major damage to the rocker panel and underbody of my Jetta until I sell it in a few years. Otherwise, I love it here. That just put a damper on my day, and there’s nothing anyone could really do about it as I don’t have the funds to fix the extensive damage the stump caused.

Very disappointed this is my third time in and all three times they say they have a certain vehicle then you go back to the yard there’s no such vehicle. I think this is just a scam to make a little extra money to at least get you into the yard.

I always rent the golf cart. And being a veteran my admission is free.. Ive always found what I was looking for. And had no problems. If ever there was it was always handled without a problem.Prices are good .I like the golf cart the best

If you got your tools its the best place to save on parts, and depending on your luck somebody else might have already removed and set aside what your looking for.

Over priced for some stuff and they make you wear a mask while employees dont wear one.

Let me start by saying that this place is fine for parts, well organized, etc, and the staff are generally pretty good. Ive been here many times, and Ive never had an issue until today. I arrived at 5:10, seeing the hours on here being until 5:30. When we got out of the car, the cop that they hired for security shouted at us that they were closed. When we tried to clarify what the hours were for future reference, the guy wouldnt allow us to walk close enough to have a conversation at a normal volume. As we calmly walked up, he put his hand on his gun and shouted louder that they were closed. There were customers and employees around him that werent in the least bit threatened by us, but the cop was dressed up like he was on the worlds least athletic SWAT team and seemed looking for an excuse to kill someone. Great way to treat a customer. On the plus side, he didnt shoot me, so that was nice.

Staff is friendly. They point you in right direction (it is a you pull it type place). They have places to sit and they keep rotating cars to keep fresh parts rolling in.

Easy peasy, I needed the wiper linkage assembly for a 2004 cavalier, plenty to chose from, and I got it in 1/2 hour & for 12 bucks.

Nice place to go to when looking for parts. They have kiosks at the main entry where you can look up the model of car that you need parts from. The kiosk tells you how many of that particular car are in the yard and where to find them. If you need then theyll even rent you golf carts that you can use to go around in the yard. They even have tools you can buy from them if you need tools. It costs two dollars per person who enters the yard and when you come back with your parts they are very reasonable with their costs.

My husband bought a battery . He ask the female that sold it to him if she could check the charge on it & she said they do not do that. Took it in to c have it checked . It was @ 16 o/o. When I called Corp office they said exchange it credit no refund. I will never spend there E V E R A G A I N.

Horrible, I paid to get in, they wouldnt tell me if they had what I needed. I got 2 seats for my van, I couldnt carry them it was 3:45 so I wanted to rent one of their golf carts which you have to pay for but they said I couldnt rent one after 4:00 and I said its not after 4:00 well theres an employee sitting on the golf cart on her cell phone just sitting there the whole thing was a shitshow

Why would a even exchange cast $14 ? I come in with two parts come out with one exact part only difference is I ask if I could exchange the second part for a equal value item that makes no sence that makes no sence to charge me to exchange part thats same . Keep you eyes out on returns. It shouldnt cast to exchange parts

The staff is friendly and efficient from counter help to check out. The yard is neat and orderly with a great selection. The only thing I would add is a tire station and stadium lights for later hours in warm seasons. Where else can you go and buy exactly what you need down to the nuts and bolts from the car youre working on.

I looked on the website for a replacement wheel for my car. It showed compatible vehicles, but not mine specifically. I needed one ASAP so I called the nearest location to me (Indianapolis, IN) to be sure they didnt have a collection of extra wheels, like some junk yards do. The woman who answered the phone merely read the website verbatim, interrupting me several times. When I tried to ask about any miscellaneous wheels she hung up on me. They will never get business or a recommendation from me

Iits a well organized salvage yard. You can get all sorts of pieces and parts for a good many types of vehicle. Their web site will tell you how many of a particular vehicle they have and the row numbers to find them. Less expensive than buying new if they have what you want. There is a $2 entry fee unless you join their club, then its only a buck.

2 dollar entry fee, and a list of vehicles to look at. Instead of searching the whole yard.

This is a great place to get a fair deal on parts. I was really happy to see they add a golf cart rental there yard. Makes it way easier than carrying tools and parts and its only five bucks for the first hour with a twenty dollar deposit. I shop any used auto parts place if its what I need and a deal but this place is put to gether well compared to others. Its really tidy for a junk yard
