I cant say enough good things about this place. In fact, I like it so much, and have been. Customer so long, my picture is on the wall next to Ed Begley 🙂. Friendly, knowledgeable. Honest and hard working as the day is long. Transparent about diagnosis, costs, & downtime. Willing to tow you to the facility and give you a ride home if needed. Maybe most importantly, NEVER try and trick me because they know I am ignorant about vehicles. If you dont know anything about your car, this is where you should take it. If you know everything about your car, this is where you should take it.

Very convenient to get too and if you need Cng fual the prices are not to bad. The pumps do get alittle slow when fualing up.

Hands down the best auto repair shop in all of Indy and surrounding counties. The staff is extremely talented, professional, and quick. I am very suspect of repair shops, but not Greenes. You can trust them. They will do the best work for a fair price.

Highly recommended. Ive been taking my cars to Greenes since 2002, and theyve always had the best/friendliest service, quality work, and the best prices I could find around town. My only negative feedback is that I wish their North side location was as good.

I was told an inspection of my vehicle was 45$. When I reviewed my overall total for repairs, I was charged 90$ just to have one of my headlights wiring inspected and repaired. I am very sad I didnt notice this before I paid. I am out 89 plus 21 for the headlight socket. Over the phone when I asked how much to repair the headlight, Matt told me oh just 25, nothing like 100$. I am now crying because they will only give me a 20$ credit. I just gave birth and am a single mother. I am extremely sad that I was told 25$ to fix my headlight but I paid $110. It may seem like a small amount to some, but to me that money could have been used for my daughter to eat. Very sad today because of this.

The gentleman I spoke with at the desk was extremely rude!! He needs a few customer relations classes. Didnt want to give an appt. for me to get a tire done. And just tried to make my experience as difficult as possible! Wouldnt recommend them!
