These guys failed to tell me I needed new rotors and pads. I found out after going to abother shop. I came to get my brakes fixed here, they charged me a high price and then they broke again 2 weeks later, they told me something else was the problem and gave me another high price to fix it again. 2 weeks later my brakes went out again. They also took 2 days to fix my brakes each time. If your a woman dont go here they will rob you if they feel like they can. No reason why they didnt think to tell me i need new rotors and pads.

I am the son of one of their many customers. The shop I had been going to had told me to just start saving money for a new car. AT the moment, the car in question was and still is my only mode of transportation. I took it over to Arlington Auto and was happily surprised by the level of detail and service that was given to my car. I will continue to come back again and again.

Mike(owner) is a awesome guy... Always telling the truth about your car and what does or doesnt need fix. And awesome work!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!! They are absolutely horrible, poor customer service, and dont keep their word. Honestly I think they are incompetent mechanics who dont have a clue what they are doing. I took my audi q7 to their shop 8 months ago, they worked on my car for 5 months. I finally got my car back after paying $5,000 for a timing chain repair. I drove my car for 2 weeks then it broke down again with the same issue (the timing chain broke again.) The mechanic (owner) agreed to look at it and fix it. It has now been a month and a half and they have been claiming that they are waiting on parts for a whole month. They clearly are not working on the car because it is sitting in the parking lot every time I ride pass and they are constantly giving me the run around extending the job out every time it is supposed to be done. I called them and told them I am no longer waiting and he refused to talk to me (the receptionist), so then I requested to speak to a mechanic so I can find out what is internally going on with my engine then he denies me to speak to a mechanic. I am so fed up with this place. DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Great work on my car. Candido is an excellent technician with decades of experience. He is very knowledgable on any brand or any model . He was very honest with every aspect and never once felt like he was taking advantage of me.

I needed a battery ... During Christmas :-[ ... They had the cheapest I could fine ... Thanks for saving Christmas (like in the movies) ... Has been a blessing to find them ... Great Staff ... I have repairs I need done .. This is the only place for me!!
