So. Lets start at the beginning. Applied in September. Got an invalid app status in December resulting in me having to call the Property management company to get it resolved. Got the apartment. No closet light since I moved in and toilet overflowed onto floor after a month. They redid the roofs and found out air conditioners were bad. We had no a/c for 3 months!! 9 months in... new car gets towed for no parking permit which had been parked there for 2 months. AND car is registered with the front office. 8 am... front office calls and has car removed. Not tow company. MY front office. Now a legal battle takes place. Long story short. Just.... dont 🙄

Very poor apartment that doesnt care about their residence. If theres any thing lower that negative its what I will give them. Cockroach every where in the building, Flys and very dirty. Their staffs are rude and all lack manners. Please dont even apply for an apartment like this because you we regret.

This is the worst apartment you can think of, my kitchen fell of since last year July almost a year they are yet to fix it. My friend came visit today less than 30mins his car was towed, the staff are so rude.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. They rarely answer maintenance calls. The water is shut off constantly with no type of notice. They do not answer the office phone. You have to go above and beyond to get things done. Call non stop, call corporate, call board of health in order to get some type of response out of them. To the point where your extremely frustrated. The leasing agents are not friendly and are unsympathetic to any problems you may have. I could go on on. Those are just a few issues! This is a before and after picture. Since new management things have gone down hill for me as a tenant! TO PMR companies bring back your previous manager! She was personable, easy to talk to, sympathetic towards your issues, answered the phone etc. as you obviously can see they get around your questions and concerns all the time.As you can see from their response the only issue that they mentioned in the response was about the water. UNFRIENDLY OFFICE STAFF was not even brought up or the list of all other issues. ALSO there is no drop box. so what about the people that cant make it to the office during office hours, theyll put a late notice on your door.

Said they hair one bed room apartments someone that I talked to scheduled me a tour when I get there no body knows hun and then they say there’s no apartments til may I drove all the way from the east to the west Side for straight bull

Like everyone else has said, theres roaches they never treat. Parking is a scam. Lose your pass? $150 charge. Expired tags? Towed. Flat tire? Towed. No visitor parking available for a guest bc its full? Towed. They literally hire a towing company to troll the parking lot every night 1 or 2am, looking for the least mishap. Avoid this place .and if youre visiting a friend for god sakes go to visitor parking but its often full so just dont visit at all.😩

Ive lived in the apartments since 04/2017 and have had issues with mice and bugs. it seemed like i had to keep calling and letting them know about the mice before something actually happened. I could hear the mice running around under my kitchen sink and would see them running around the kitchen on some days. Its a shame that i was literally calling everyday to let them know about the mice and all they would do was put down the sticky pads and leave. I told them about a hole that was under my dishwasher that still has not been patched up. My bottom cabinets in my kitchen look terrible and i refuse to put anything underneath it. Appliances and cabinets definitely need to be upgraded if they intend to increase the rent, because the apartment is not worth what Im paying for it.These apartments are terrible!!! They are trying to go up on my rent in my 2 bedroom to $710, but these apartments aren’t even worth that much. When I renewed my lease last year, they told me that I could get a free service and I chose to have my cabinets redone, but that never happened. My water isn’t working and I’m not sure how many times this has happened since I’ve been here. These apartments are absolutely TERRIBLE!! I can’t wait to move out because these apartments aren’t worth what they are trying to make me pay!!!

My wife and I is sick and tired of paying these people good money to live here and they seem to not want to help us with maintenance. Not to mention; starting to see bugs. We reported the issue, and I dont think theyre putting the work order in for the pest control or really anything else weve been reporting. The first year we lived here was fine. But now the change in management has turned it into a joke. As I speak now, There is no water in the building Im in.At least Im excited to say; well be out of here in a month. THANK GOD

Moved in recently, Nice Office staff, Maintenance is really good at fixing things in a timely manner when I need them. I love the fact they have Signal 88 Security patrolling. Ive dealt with these guys last place I lived and they are on it!! Always willing to help, Listen, and talk with you. All the Officers I spoke with know what theyre doing, and addressed any issues Ive ever had! KEEP IT UP!!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Stole my friend holding fee after they gave away her apartment. Giving her soo many problems don’t move here!!!

Hopping now that they have new owners things will improve, one thing they need to address is the kids playground,it needs to be totally replace, I have kids myself and wish they had a decent place to play.

These use to be so nice, it’s a very small community so it shouldn’t be hard to maintain, but it’s definitely gone down quite a bit.

Love this place my kids and lil cuz can be kids with out no problems.

I have lived in SpringHill Apartments since March 1st and omg my neighbors have both been annoying from loud music to late loud conversations outside . I have informed the office plenty of times about the noises that both are giving me . I mean I can’t even sit in my home peacefully and enjoy my days . Also the office never answers their email or telephone often . I also have a broken toilet that they still have not came to fix . Also since I have lived here my ipl bill has been very high like two people are on my account when it’s only me who lives here . I only been here for almost a year and I am not a happy resident just from the simply fact that the basics do not get answers or treated.
