Applied for an apartment and got no response for weeks. This apartment only acknowledged me after I called and asked them what is happening with my application and even they were confused why I got no follow up email or call. After wasting a good amount of time on this application I was denied despite making about 2700 dollars gross income a month with a credit score of about 800. Dont waste your time and money applying to this apartment. Waited weeks and could have been applying elsewhere instead of waiting on these apartments for nothing.

Definitely recommend giving them a call, theyre really nice people, the first lady, Chanel is such a helpful nice lady, answered all of my questions. Went for a tour with her and she was very professional whole time. The other lady, dont know her name, was also really sweet and helpful as she could be. overall the whole apartment complex look neat and nice!

I love it out here my first apartment by myself right before giving birth to my first child! I’ve lived out here for about 6 years now and I honestly feel like I’m spoiled because the maintenance is very quick like sometimes even coming the same day you put in a request! Our environment is always well kept up! Very friendly I love me some Shenelle and she always greets her residence by name! I’m honestly sad that I’m not renewing my lease this year only because I’m really needing washer and dryer hook up I’m so over going to the laundromat with two small children and I honestly get anxiety thinking about leaving because I’ve lived out here so long and I really don’t want to leave!!!

I first moved to Waterstone in 2016 and I just recently transferred into a bigger unit in 2019. The office staff is very professional and Ms Shenelle is a great property manager ! The maintainence staff are very friendly and prompt with their work orders ! The only reason why I didnt give this a 5 start rating is because they dont offer washer/dryer hookups in the units (as most apartments dont anymore due to maintainence & repairs) and the playground could use some sprucing up! BUT overall, this is a great and quiet community despite being “on the eastside”.

Fantastic place to live!!!The staff are very nice, professional, and exceptionally helpful. The work orders get done very quickly. The neighborhood is well maintained. Out of the 3 apartments I lived in on the east side, this one has been the best by far.

My very first apartments & they were AMAZING .. beautiful & affordable !! & the office & maintenance staff was alway so pleasant ... i had an unforeseen accident so unfortunately i had to leave but if it didn’t happen i definitely would’ve stayed !!!! best apartments in this neighborhood ❤️❤️❤️

I loved living here! If I hadn’t moved out of state, I would have renewed my lease! The area within the complex is quiet, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance is friendly! I highly recommend this place.

I lived here for a year and I loved it. I was skeptical moving out East, but it was very delightful while I was here. Maintenance moved pretty quickly when something needed to be done. The area was quiet for the most part and they have a laundry facility on site. My only concern was the night security almost always bothered me and my friend and followed my car creepily when I parked to go into my apartment.

Shenelle is a great property manager!!! I have lived in Waterstone for about 2 years and I have no complaints. When I have maintenance requests they are worked in a timely manner and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Everyone stays to their self. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

I do not live in this community, but I went in there today to inquire about an apartment. I did not get her name but the lady in the office was extremely sweet and helpful. Ive been looking for a couple weeks now and have went to a few different place she was a delight to run in to today after going so many different places and getting people who are not so helpful. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

Called to inquire about an apartment. The lady proceeds to tell me that she’s there by herself and I’ve been in there system 3 times inquiring. Which is true because every time I try to apply they have nothing available in my date range. A lady told me she was going to send an email and never did . & they never have anything to show ! Due to her rudeness I will never call these apartments again

I lived in these apartments for almost 3 years and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff here is very professional, the maintenance will fix things the same day you call and the people here are very friendly. The only reason why I left these apartments is because I got married and moved out of town if I hadnt off I would still be their.

My Love was searching for an apartment. With so many offerings making a choice is a challenge. He visited Waterstone to view their offerings. While they didn’t have exactly what he was looking for he was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s recommendation of a sister property. He had already made a deposit at another apartment complex but was so impressed with the The Lodge Apartments he decided to forego the non-refundable application fee and signed a lease at The Lodge Apartments. The staff at Waterstone was instrumental in driving his apartment selection. He throughly enjoys the apartment and is extremely pleased with the community thus far. Thank You Guys so much...

Lord have mercy, 1000000x better than where we used to live. Staff is waaaaaay nicer & units are waaaaaay cleaner.

The staff here is amazing! Extremely pleasant, warm, and professional. I explained to Shenelle what I was looking for in an apartment. While Waterstone didnt necessarily meet my needs she was able to refer me to a sister property, The Lodge. I was impressed that she just as knowledgeable about the sister property. Upon seeing the apartment and the community I knew I found the place Id like to live. My kids love the location. I will certainly sign a new lease when the time arrives. I cant thank Shenelle and Threece enough for the recommendation.

I first spoke with Shanelle who was such a delight and very informative! I couldn’t wait any longer lol I had to come see a unit and Threece was a doll, she was very helpful with explaining the difference between the unit im interested in and the one she had available to show me! I just pray that when my time come there’s an available unit! I’ve never lived east nor am I from Indianapolis but I’m trusting God! Thank you for such great hospitality both Shanelle and Threece and for being honest and just flat out real!

Cant even afford a answering machine.. So sad

I parked for an hour an was towed, there are no spots labeled guest or permit only. Cost me $150 for an hour. I was asking the friend I was visiting about renting from you all but damn that. Any property you go to has parking spots marked except for you all.
