Not like the pictures AT ALL. I was supposed to get a renovated 2 bed. Then AFTER I put money down I was notified they only had a 1 bed, let alone non renovated. Massive hole under sink I had to stuff or else bugs fly in. Roaches in kitchen. They don’t clean they paint over everything. Baseboards aren’t even on. No air filter. Rigged piping you can hear drip. Cabinets don’t shut. Drawers aren’t even drawers it looks like ………car break ins all of the time. Stolen packages. Switched mailboxes with no notification.Oh yeah and my toilet leaks every time u flush. And the shower wall caved in the first night I moved in. ANDDDDDDD my oven shuts off so I can’t even cook been told they were going to fix it twice.And they don’t nail anything to the wall either …… they let the spray paint make it stick.

I’ve been here for about a month and I absolutely love it. Everyone is quiet. The remodeled apartment is absolutely beautiful and for the price you pay for what you get is unbeatable. I currently have a 1 bedroom and for people just looking for their first place I highly recommend. I’ve had no problems at all and the office helped very much as well as having tons of patience. People might be skeptical just cause of area but that is not the case here. I’m happy with waterfront terrace!

Raccoons in the celings...maintenance dosent fix issues...mice infested apartments..I had no ac all summer 90 degrees in my apt...do not move here

I’m giving a five because yes there are some grounds keeping issues, but with the new ownership in place I can attest to the improvements. I just signed my second lease for one of the remodeled units. What was great is that when I moved in over a year ago, I was the FIRST person to live in this entirely remodeled unit. There are a lot of unattended children running around, but other than that I have had no issues and the management has always been kind and professional since day one. I highly recommend if you want the updated living quarters without the expensive price tag. It will be whatever you make it. I love my apartment home!

I had a bad experience with these Apartment i will not stay here again the manager was very rude and the Maintenance here is so bad it took 6 months for them to fix everything that needed to be fix.they do not care about their people at all just long they are getting their rent. NEVER AGAIN IF YOU LOOKING FOR A APARTMENT DONT GO THEIR.

So i gave them two weeks to have my apartment ready to move in..i come to my apartment after paying my first month rent and 303.00 deposit..to find out they did not finish my apartment..told the one and only maintenance guy all that was wrong with it..no ac,toilet constantly running,shower frame not on properly to were the pipes are showing,bugs as in ants and roaches..i have called and called the management and she is not getting anything done..i have lived in a 90 degree apartment for over a week now..so they fix everything but the ac which is the most important thing i needed fix...the maintenance guy does not know or certified to work on acs..this has to be the worsted experience ever..

1 those people are not to be trusted ... from the first week I moved in here last year my bathtub been telling they said they were going to fix it they never did and its my time to leave and they still havent done it. 2 I was living with my mom the fact that she doesnt speak English it was really hard for her to find a job here so she left and I was struggling to pay I told her the next few months that I have I was going to be late it was fine at first, then she started being nasty dont get me wrong she always had an attitude every time I walked in but it was just worse she claimed I never pay her she let me live here free May 29th I sign my lease I told her I wasnt going to stay here and then today is June 18th and they still dont have me in the system they sent me another paper saying that if Im staying here another month I have to pay 800 something dollars. Its a dirty neighborhood people dont even feel safe they are extra for no reason I would not recommend here for anybody but if you do like the headache go ahead. And another thing too if you young just know they just might take advantage of that they make me sick until this day I still havent complained about anything but I just thought I might let people know whats going on. Ps they should seriously replace the manager in the office Im 99% sure that lady is racist by the way she look every time a black person come in the door. Unprofessional, racist, they need Pest Control, and get some new maintenance people that actually do their job instead of flirting all day

Very trashy. Trash bins are always overflowing . Trash is routinely placed on the ground. Great place for rodents to thrive. Broken glass litters the parking lot . Water faucets are periodically left on by the numerous unsupervised bad kids. It is akin to pulling teeth to get security lights fixed and turned on. Swimming pool is yet to be opened. Residents use air conditioners and transformer boxes to drape wet clothes over. Ten to twenty small children running with no parents or guardians in sight or earshot. Anxious for our lease to expire.

Literally the worst place in Indianapolis to live. They don’t have an online rent payment system. They’ve lost my rent two months now and have threatened me with eviction. The first time it happened they told me it was a mistake and was meant for another unit! You can’t share someone else’s personal financial information. She even told me the unit it was intended for!

At first I had really liked my townhome because of the renovations but after staying here a year I noticed that they are racists here, especially against African Americans, they are sneaky and rude, they may even ask other neighbors about you. They do not care about tenants or their families. Any complaints, he say/she say complaints lies or not can get you kicked out of the apartment complex even if you have paid your rent on time, early, and never been late. They will not let you renew your lease and they will tell you there is nothing they can do about it. The ceilings leak and they tell you if it does not stop give them a call back and if you call back they ask did it stop so sooner or later mold will be growing in the ceiling from it constantly leaking and stopping. Dumpsters are always over filled and trashed all around them. If you have kids becareful because they don’t really like the kids playing outside because other tenants may complain about them being to close to their cars or too loud outside which will get you kicked out of the community too. Office staff is very rude and does not try to work anything out even if you have been a good paying tenant... this is not a place for a single parent to raise children because they will put you out over the smallest stuff. Some of my neighbors had mice and riches but they got a cat to help eliminate the problem after I was told that I saw mice dropping in the bottom part of my oven I did a deep cleaning and put up barriers to help keep them out so I did not see them but I always heard complaints about them.

These apartments are a scam, period. My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years and the only reason we even renewed our lease was because we couldnt find another place in time. The up keep of the apartment complex is PURE TRASH, there are potholes on every inch of the parking lot you literally have to dodge pot holes from the time you turn into the complex until you get to your apartment. The grass is hardly ever cut, it looks horrible anyway but the least they could do is cut it. Some people have junk piled up in their yards, which makes the environment look tacky and nasty and it shouldnt be allowed. The water thats behind the apartments looks filthy, the least they could do is clean up around the pond area to make it look a little cleaner.. The insides of the apartment dont look bad due to them just being remodeled but he rent is way too high for the way that the neighborhood looks. Every one has different expectations with where they live and mine is the way things LOOK and Waterfront Terrace has failed at maintaining the UPKEEP of their environment. It looks like the projects.

Bad place to live period.. Someone was murdered in broad daylight in front of my apartment this summer (literally shot to death and dead by the time police arrived, which was a few minutes later I think) bad kids running around kicking soccer balls into the side of apartment buildings and the windows, tons of flys just get in the apartment somehow 🤢 we literally had to kill hundreds of flies it seems like.. The ratchet and unprofessional females in the front office dont help the situation either, and maintenance is just as bad.. One maintenance man that came in our apartment one time to put a screen door in (that we had to ask for, for months btw) was visibly drunk or high.. And we never had screens on ANY window in the apartment either but they want 625 faithfully lmao this place is TERRIBLE!! If you were smart you wouldn’t dare put an application in with them, let alone move in!!

These reviews got me worried. I actually will be moving in these soon
