You get what you pay for it’s not a bad place I’m in the process of moving back

The owners (Herman and Kittles) wont fix the security door on the building @ 3761 N Meridian St. The property managers have been telling the residents they are looking over bids to repair it for over 6 months. I personally had to call Indianapolis Fire Alarm Co. in order to get the fire alarms reset after going off for over 9 hours. Just unacceptable behavior and corporate offices refuse to answer or return a phone call.

Well, my sister is considering renting from this place .. But after reading these two reviews, Im going to warn her . No matter where you go or who youre trying to rent from, the outcome is prettymuch the same . Hey, am I to assume that Indianapolis (or the state of Indiana, for that matter) is overwhelmed with slums and slumlords ?
