This is a bad place for a child or anyone when I moved in there where rats roachs and more thing in the apartment and my ceiling fell down in the kitchen and my ac was not working

I been living in Woodhaven Park for 4 years now . I love my apartment. I did had issues with the last management team, but these new management and office staff is amazing. The manager and her team are always doing there best to make there residents happy.. Im happy and pleased with my apartment!!!!!!!!!

They are very unprofessional. I consistently tell them About my AC not working since I moved in now that it’s summer and 90° outside it’s over 90° in my apartment and this is ridiculous I’m suing for emotional distress. I will not be signing another lease with them

I love my apartment and love the new office team! I personally take real good care of my apartment and never have had any issues! All I have to say is thank you Woodhaven Team for the hard work

Today I had the pleasure of meeting with the property manager and their asset manager in regards to setting up pest control services with our company. We are very excited to start working with Woodhaven Apartments! Its nice to see a company take aggressive action in preventive maintenance for services. It really shows how much they care for their residence!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Maintenance is non existent. My stove and dishwasher were broken thru most of my stay. They rarely answer the phones and there’s no organization or communication in the office. And when it came time to move out I didn’t get my security deposit till 3 months after the fact. Worst experience I’ve ever been thru.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. they will lie about your rent. maintenance will come into your home without you being home and without knocking. always issues with the heat/air, disposal, etc. glass all over the park. trash everywhere. Literally everywhere... And the manager gives you attitude about anything. Horrible place. And dont bother reporting them to the actual owners because the office just calls you back.

Currently living here.... they never come and fix anything!! I have to keep calling the health department in order to get anything fixed in my apartment. The property is never maintained trash everywhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend living in these apartments.

This place is awful. They don’t take care of the property. The grass has grown to roof level. We tried to move out and were told that if we break the lease we have to pay for the remaining of the months. There’s insets every where. Broken appliances that do not work. I don’t even know how to go about reporting this property. If you have any idea on how I can report please let me know. Please save yourself the headache and move into a decent place.

I will give this a neg. star if I could. This is the worst place to live. Not only is the community awful, the office staff and management are even worst. They never fix anything, the place is trashy because they dont pay for the trash to get picked up and dont even get me started with maintenance. I moved out on 12/31/17 and they claimed that they have sent my deposit on 1/26/18 to my old address (the one at this apt.) Like why the hell would you do that when I gave you a forwarding address? I called and called and even went to the office and they said they cant do anything Ill just have to keep waiting. Well today is 3/16/18 and still have not gotten my deposit so I decided to take this to court. I called 3x today to let them know of my decision but no one picked up. Ill send them a letter today and let them know of my decision and that even if the check comes Ill return and let the case carry on.

I lived in a Woodhaven Apartment for a year, but I knew I wanted to either break my lease or move ASAP within a month of living there. I have never had mice or roaches, but within my first 2 weeks of living there, there were mice. The management and maintenance was hit and miss when it came to helping with the problem. I had a work request that took 9 months for them to fix. My heat and AC was intermittent and worked when it wanted to. They do not thoroughly clean out the apartments before you move in and I noticed that once I moved in and was doing my own cleaning. There were dead roaches on top of all the cabinets. I was never late on a rent payment, but they would never answer the phone. They need a whole new office staff. Worst experience ever. If you want to live without mice, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The management(both old and new) are good at playing games with your work order. I have had issues since I moved in about 3 months ago and none has been repaired.The AC is out in this 90 degree weather and no one has come to check it. I dont I understand why the pool is not opened YET. I sure will not be renewing my lease.

Apartments are terrible they will try not to return your deposit they don’t even have a real corporate office ! Unprofessional af like who do y’all work for ? Neighbors sold drugs, homeless people were in and out of the buildings this is not a safe secure place at all! I will move into a shelter before I pay rent here again. The office management have no clue what they’re doing in office and nothing ever gotten fixed ! Definitely not worth $549 for a 1br!

I have actually lived in these apartments. They are the WORST. The maintenance never fixes anything on time. They have rats and pest problems, poor water pressure, the washroom and dryer units are predominantly broken and there are boarded up windows they have yet to be properly fixed for months upon months. Dont live here its horrible!

Im currently looking for a home before my baby is due and after reading these reviews, I will definitely take my money elsewhere. This place sounds like hell. And advise anyone else not to rent here as well. Thanks google!!

It was my first time living in an apartment, and the last. It was the 2nd most awful living experience I have ever had. They told us it would be ready for move in and had 3-4 weeks to get the things fixed. upon moving day, nothing had been fixed. we had two door knobs on our bedroom door which both had to be turned at the same time to open it and let me tell you, having a new born baby and trying to turn those suckers was a task... The dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen and was never fixed, the person who lived there before had a electric wheel chair and took out half of the cabinets in the kitchen at the end and we could not use them... they were never fixed. The air conditioner never worked and it was always 75 in the apartment. the water heater leaked so much it flooded the bathroom and the whole hall way several times... they would come in and suck it up but that was it... nothing was ever fixed. Our neighbors apartment was shot up and front door was kicked in... i would come home from work late at night and there would be 30-50 juveniles hanging out in the street and made it impossible to get my apartment... i couldnt walk to the dumpster without being harassed by fellow residence. They took us to court, because we had separated and i was renting my own place, and my now ex husband wasnt saying the bills with the money i was giving them, and while we were at court, we had a few others who were being sued, and the stories they told had me wishing they would shut the place down... I wonder how many time management has changed since 2010

Reasons to not move here .1. Maintenance doesnt fix anything and they are nosey2. Staff is rude3. Maintenance will come in your home while you not here.4. Pest and insect problem5. Bad water pressure, warm water is grey.6. Rent goes up every year which it shouldnt7. Trashy8. Doors are not lockable9. The windows fall out10. They charge a large deposit for pets which they SHOULDNT11. When i moved in one of the door nobs were never installed12. DONT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE UPSET AND DEPRESSED . new and old tenants need to get together and get woodhaven terminated this is unbelievable.

They cant even respond to an email or phone call for someone looking into moving into the apartment. 🤷

I have lived here for 3 years and it is not horrible, the manger is the definition of a anger black woman and her ghetto staff. The only person that know how to handle herself in Jennifer that works there. She also is the only one that doesnt live on the property. The manger and staff have the maintance fixing there a apartment instead of those whom pay rent. Also the maintenance man came in my apartment without notice, and stole a bottle of pain pill that I had for after surgery. I called the police and had a report made. I was told by the office it is a civil matter because the office gave the person access to the apartment. When I reported it to the manager, she accused me of lying and stealing my own meds. Then she yelled at me in the park lot of the apartments saying dont come for my people unless we come for you and you can put that on facebook but they dont have facebook or a website. So Im posting it on every apartment search I can. Do more in here they have 3 open health violations currently.

My mom currently stays at this complex going on 5 years . When sh first moved in it was quiet and the grounds were clean . Signing her lease for her 5th year they didn’t offer to clean the carpet or replace her blinds. Keep in mind this is suppose to be done or at least asked about when you sign a new lease. Her tub looks awful because the only time they painted was when she first moved in the kitchen counter has now come off the wall because the quality is terrible! The dishwasher is hanging on by a thread the model is so old it’s damn near vintage ! The office staff ar terrible and rude and not to mention she has mold in her apartment. I reached out to corporate via email and even she was rude . This is definitely her last year at this complex! DO NOT MOVE HERE IT IS THE SLUMS . Currently working with the board of health

Woodheven park apartment is worst. I cant advice my enemy to rent a 3 bed for $100.the management are stupid and arrogant.The apartment is dirty, the look of the pool is scary, the compound is on kept. I have been leaving in this apartment for 4months and I dont have Air in my apartment since I moved in. I cant open my windows bcos there is no window net on the windows.I have gone to the Apt office several times to ask them when the Air is going to be fixed and none of the management has an idea... As Im writing this review the temperature in my apt is 87 degree and I have 2 little kids in the apartment. If truly people read reviews before making a choice, wood heaven Apt and the present management are worst.Wood heaven Park Apt is to be call wood Hell park Apt.The Apt is Big for nothing.😐

I have had issues in here ever since we moved in. In December 2016 i had a baby and came home from the hospital to no heat because the heater was down and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. Now I have been waiting for over 3 months for them to fix my air conditioner mind you I have a 5 month old baby and they are very aware of that. They give me the run around and constantly say itll be one or two more days and then itll be fixed. So Im sitting in 85 degreee heat all day because they wont fix it. Office girls are rude and dont know anything. They actually admitted that they have 55 units out of 300 without air conditioner and the apartments dont even have screens on the windows so window cant be opened. They say theyre gonna fix those but they havent done that either cant wait until our lease is up so we can move the hell out of there.

Because I dont know if I can get the best way to get a chance I could do a lot of people who have a great day and time of the best way is done in tune up to the next couple his name is not the best of the time I have a great day and the other day I was wondering if I have to do it for a few weeks ago but never forgotten about you and dressed up in the next couple of years ago I have a good day please

RAT HOLE Do not move here manager is very rude and very unprofessional maintenance came into my apartment did not leave a notice that they had coming to my apartment not only that Im missing a bottle on pain pills had to do a full police report when I called the manager she totally disregarded. Stated they dont leave notices. But yet i received a notice the next day about rent. And have two other notices they left in January 2019 on my door. Also the have Health violations that are currently open. This place is trash.

I have had good experience with the office team, I like my apartment and the way they solve any issues, i had roaches before and they paid for my treatment. if you keep having issues is probably because your dirty period.

I would never recommend this apartments to live specially w kids, they would never fix nothing, during winter they would let u frezze to death and during summer its like a sauna they really dont care, the staff is rude and they really dont care bout their job they only wanna get paid. Lots of roaches, rats, the hallways smell bad, in general maintenance is bad 👎My cars keep bein tow because they would only give u 1 parking permit not enought visitors parkings.... They discriminate, the black girl in the office was rude when I called they said they take disability but when I went up there it was a different story the black girl told me you have to make 3 times the rent in disability and its the same for everybody. Wtf

The townhomes are ok it’s the staff that is lazy and have no clue on professionalism. There are mice in my home along with others that lives on the street and no working air. They do not fix anything

When I moved in they were much better now they are run down its sad this has been my home for 10 years now I had to move because they wouldnt fix the apartment (Im on section 8) but before I moved out someone got shot and died right outside my apartment steps in the parking lot. One year I had drug dealers above me and police raided them with huge rifles they came to my door and scared the heck out of me. Theres been fights Theres no security anymore..And gunshots a few times a month...My dad moved in an apartment his was way worse due to them not having to pass an inspection. Faucets didnt work properly they would keep twisting around till u found one lil spot where the water would turn off. His apartment had a dead mouse in the oven when he moved in. Roaches were rampant I mean infestation! They had termites also in the windows everywhere I have video of this to add later. Be warned !!!

Never move here! The maintenance has yet to fix the dryers, broken hallway lights, boarded windows and they increase the rent every year. Sad to see so many families withbroken utilities on a daily basis because the maintenance lacks to fix appliances.

I have lived here since Feb 2016 and they are the most disrespectful, unorganized, pathetic excuse for an apartment complex I have ever lived in. First lady in office Nichole had her head so far up her ass it was ridiculous she was stuck up and rude, no help at all and the maintenance personal were only there to flirt with the tenets that lived there, they never did any work as they were asked. Talk to several different people to get work done to which all stated put in a work order which was done everytime I spoke with someone, to keep it short DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These apartments are horrible. Nothing gets fixed and all they do is make excuses like i just started or we are hiring new maintenance. Mrs. Bradley would have never allowed a work order to go this long and she was very polite but yall get rid of her and bring in people that last a few months and then new ones that are rude and disrespectful and maintenance dont leave notes saying they was there. The one lady that has been in there longer then the rest as of now is so rude and dont turn in work order and other tenants have said the same when we discuss the apartments and the grounds are always trashy except by the office. The entrance to the apartments are raggedy. The inside of the apartments are falling apart. Why would someone refer anybody to these apartments when they are this way. If you guys lived here you would want it to be better and for the ones that do Im sure your problems get fixed. Its sad that people have to call the board of health to get results. You really should be ashamed of your self but let someone be late on their rent you will find staff real quick to put that note on the door. The office staff is pathetic. You keep sending third party people to fix stuff but wont fix things tenants request. I hope things change real soon or I will be taking the next step. Just because these apartments arent in castleton or avon dont mean they have to be triflin. Treat people how you would want to be treated. Addendum as of june. I was without air for a very long time and they did not care but that office was freezing. The manager is just as rude as her staff. they dont fix anything and the outside looks like a dump.Now we keep having homicides and there is no security. we got people hanging out in the buildings that dont live there. all they care about is collecting rent but not fixing anything or making sure people are safe. mice infested. I dont even think the owner of the property cares. they worried about who is parking in what spots when there are way BIGGER problems. I have lived here since February of 2016 and this is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in when we first moved in the previous renter had roaches and bedbugs it was not until day 2 of living here we seen a humongous roach on the wall when we called about it and they told us that they thought that they were gone the AC has been broke since it got hot (maybe even before that but seeing is that I like the cold I dont even know if the heat works at all) you only get about 20 maybe 30 minutes of cold air and that on a good day maintenance has practically lived at my apartment since the beginning of summer seeing that they have been to my home 4 times a week many things that I was told was going to be fixed when I did my walk through still have not been fixed. we have yellow jackets above the door under the siding and moving into my apartment as well that are very very aggressive. So when my 18 month old was stung twice and had a severe reaction to it I was told by the front office we are not Mother Nature so deal with it ourselves! A can or 2 of rid will get the job done Granite I was pissed off and didnt have the best of attitude that evening but who wouldnt be? Their is a emergency maintenance that never response tonight 08-29-16 I had a water line break and had water leaking in to the downstairs apartment I called it twice with in 15 mins because I dont know how to shut it off and I didnt even get a call back asking where the problem had occurred and no one to tell me how to cut it off thank god for google cause they helped more then anything? Just because this apartment complex is in the hood does not mean that all tenets are ghetto and dont pay their rent on time its sad on how the front office does nothing and does not care if things are taken care of all they worry about is that your rent is on time! The only time anything gets done is if you give then a written note telling them they are in breach of contract and that you will be with holding your rent until the proble(s) are corrected

My air conditioner has not worked properly since April. on 85+ degree days my house is 80 degrees and up with my running the air all day, I have contacted who is the new manager from New jersey, no reply, contacted the office no answer. Many buildings outdoor lights have been out for over 6 months, bushes are over grown (you cant see the addresses) and the indoor hallway lights are out as well.

They are really nasty roach infested and also mice they won’t come out and if they do it’s on they on time or when they’re ready to. Also the staff and office managers are really rude and disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone at all.

The staff and office manager is rude and evasive. They claim to not know answers to the most basic questions. Ie: who is the property owners?

My house is a swimming pool and still no on has come to see where the water is comin from im goin on day 5

Takes forever for maintenance issues to be addressed. We spent four days in upper 80 degree weather, without air conditioning. Apartment has many issues that have yet to be addressed.
