I don’t enjoy living here at all! Management very mean... There’s mice. Always trash or food in the parking lot or in the grass. Can’t wait to move. Would give zero stars if I could.

Rosa Figueroa made the transition into getting the apartment the best experience I’ve had! Especially with being able to communicate and answering any and all questions I have. She assures you and makes you feel comfortable with any concerns you may have and is very informative. I’m glad I had her to help me move in ! 😊

The staff are really responsive and polite especially Aaron who always makes himself available to tend to our concerns. Would recommend this complex to anyone.

Work order is always prompt. Apartment well maintained. Relatively peaceful environment and quiet. Responsive management

It literally took four minutes for the worker to fix my heat by replacing the filter. Put in the request Friday night but they didn’t show up until Monday morning. Why have an “emergency” maintenance number if they don’t even come until they feel like it. I’d look into that.

I rarely have an issue with my apartment. I recently needed a few blinds replaced so I submitted a request. The blinds were quickly replaced the same day.

I had no hot water, I send an email message and maintenance was there the next day to fix it, but then it went out again. I sent another email and they came back out to try and fix it again needless to say the third time I ended up with a new water heater, so I must say they were on it and I appreciate that being this happened in the mist of the winter storm, so thank you for following up and getting the job done thumbs up from me.

I have lived here since 2018 and always had a good experience maintenance and office staff. Great experience quite and peaceful.

I came home and discovered that I had no water I text maintenance and before I could hang up the phone it was taken care of I do really appreciate the quick quality service

Their apartments are clean and nice. The people at the front desk are really nice people and they help a lot.

This apartment was wonderful . I rented a 2 bedroom apartment just after repairing my credit some and just making it past an eviction . It was very spacious compared to most 2 bedrooms, clean and equipped with 2 full bathrooms . The area is pretty decent but what I love is the office staff was very friendly and professional even the maintenance men ! Any concerns I had were addressed promptly and I will miss them dearly as I just moved after 2 years in order to be located in Wayne Township and received my deposit back already via check and the deductions were very FAIR .

Its got roaches, day 3! Lady said we cant sell a place that has bugs. Sure. Its a roach motel! The roaches play Xbox, Play Station you name it. Caught them making a Tik Tok video in the hall way. Extremely disappointed!

This place have a Problem with roaches. They evicted me because i refused to payrent for a place thats been infested before i got there 3348 Lincoln is the appartment with roaches and some towards the office has them. So take pictures and videos like i did.

I have been here for 3years and it wasnt bad. I just didnt like none of my upstairs neighbors, but I love the ladies in the office... Im going to miss them. The property manager goes over and beyond to help out anyway she can... Shes so nice and cool she tried her best to get me to renew my lease she was sad to see me go, but she told me if I ever changed my mind and wanted to come back she would accept me with no problem...

Their staff is not only very friendly but they are willing work with you in any situation if communicated. The matainence team was timely and effective with each work ticket I put in. They really do look after their tenants.

I moved here March 2017 have enjoyed every minute of living here. The staff members are compassionate, good listeners, and professional. This includes the office management team as well as the landscapers. Every time Ive needed a repair they were very prompt in completing in. Any and all calls I have made were answered with a sense of urgency.The grounds are unlike any Ive ever saw; they are extremely clean. This lets me know they take pride in their work. I absolutely love my new apartment! The staff in the leasing office couldnt have been nicer. They were extremely patient with all my questions. They genuinely seemed to care about each person that lives in the community.The actual apartment is pristine! Everything is fresh and clean and it even smelled really good when I moved in :) It is so spacious I can do cartwheels in the living room, haha.I love the Laundry facilities in the building so I dont have to go outside during the winter, AWESOME!!All of the stores I need are within a couple miles, I am already saving money on gas. Not to mention the pricing at Pangea was the best around. Thank you for letting me be a part of your community!

They think its ok to live with mice. Ive have caught 4-6 mice in 3 weeks. I dont care about it being cold outside. Get them out and keep them out. Thats unsanitary.

I absolutely love my apartment! The staff in the leasing office are very nice. They seemed to care about each person that lives here. I love the idea that I have a security door in order to get to my apartment. Love walking into the hall and everything is fresh and clean and it even smelled really good. The building is cleaned every day. I love the Laundry facilities in the building so I dont have to go outside during the winter. Love that I am 8 min away from work. The only bad thing is the ppl driving like they own the streets. I am satisfied with it over all.

I lived in Pangea Fields for a year. Overall I had a great experience.Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. I mostly interacted with Mirza and Rosa within the office and both of them were very patient with questions and a delight to work with. The maintenance staff was quick to solve the one issue we had (a cabinet broke).My only criticism of is that pangea fields is that there could be some additional investments in infrastructure. The addition of recycling bins, community gardens, or some more native flower beds and trees would be a great addition!

Been living here since March and have not had an issue. Mirza Rosa (the manager) has taken a great part in my good experience living here also another perk is very prompt responses by maintenance. Plus the apartments arent bad at all. Definitely recommend moving here.

I googled NO CREDIT APARTMENTS and Pangea was the first to pop up. My mother applied for this reason alone and was denied exactly for this. How are you No Credit apartments but deny people in need of housing for having no credit? This is false advertising and I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been living here at Pangea Fields for two years now and just signed my third year lease! I am beyond happy with the staff! ❤️ This has been my first apartment that I rent and I am glad I chose Pangea Fields! The apartments are very spacious and renovated! Lots of closet space! Free wifi, laundry rooms in some of the buildings, pool, playground, they offer a great pangea loyalty program with really good rewards, Pangea Fields its where to be living if you want a quiet neighborhood! During the winter and it snowing the streets/roads are cleaned the side walks are cleaned as well which helps out a lot! I love my apartment! I have not had any issues with my neighbors and the buildings are always kept cleaned a few times a week almost daily! Everything is close by and if not just drive about 3 minutes and you can get the 65 freeway. Theres a Catholic school/church next to the property and if you are home on the weekends, most during football season, you can hear the band play out by the field. Im blessed and thankful living in an area like this, at the end of the day its the staff that makes the property this great and make us as the residents feel at home when we are at home ❤️ Because they care!

Great place to live pet friendly and the apartments are a good size like that is has 2 bathrooms thats a plus and that you have flooring in the living room,dinning and kitchen area well for me its good I like it better tan carpet it has central air and the laundry facility is just few feet away from me the washers and dryers are super good also they have a big pool and I live in front of it so its good in the summer just walk out and in to the water I really like the staff they are very kind and friendly I 100% recommend this apartments

Dont live here. Office staff is very rude. Kids run wild. I refuse to let my children run free out here. Not only that Kids are out after 10pm. Maintenance doesnt fix anything. And the walls are super thin. 1 of the worst apartments Ive stayed in. The office manager is a joke. She didnt see ablny other way but her own and thats not right.

A year ago I wrote a 4 star review for Pangea Fields but I have to take that back after living here for a year. Now it is real ghetto trash everywhere, people getting killed, shootings, dogs without leash bitting kids including my 3 yr old son simply horrible. And thanks for replying only to the good reviews shows the excellence in customer service.😆😆

My plan was to move out once my 2nd lease was up but my experience here at Pangea Fields change my mind. Love the girls in the office, Excellent customer service.The property manager is the sweetest person I have ever deal with in a business, she goes beyond her duties in this property. My eyes have witnessed her big heart. She helped my neighbor who’s very sick, drove him to the trustees office herself to get help on his rent, to avoid further actions, she’s always talking with the kids and make sure they are behaving and doing good in school, I see her picking up trash when she is walking and even helped me with my groceries one day. This type of actions tells you the type of person Marzia is. I wish this review can be seen by upper management and thank this young lady for her hard work. Thanks to her and her excellent team this property has made a huge different!!

The staff here are a joke!!!! I dont understand how the manager Mirza can allow herself and drunk friends to be inside the pool at 5:00 am on 6.30.2019 while residents are trying to sleep. Pangea Management should really look into who they hire to manage their properties.

Hello everyone my name is April I was thinking about putting in an apply for an apartment here but my question is are there any good schools in this area right now my kids go to Ben Davis and Rhoads and I absolutely love the schools and they do as well right now I have to move because where Im living at right now is not a safe and best environment living wise for me and my family can someone please give me some feed back before I make this decision THANKS!

Been trying forever to get a transfer and i havent been able to for 3 months i love the place and like its near my kids school i just dont like the problem im in right now and been having to deal with i think i been fair but everyone even management been wanting to play me crazy i really wish i could of stayed

Apartments Terrible, Management is very Unprofessional and lie to get you to move in. They never answer the phone when needing to request maintenance service a when you go into the office their sitting rite by the phone. Been here 4years and they will not repaint, give new blinds, or fix my dish washer. I would not reccomend pangea fields. My heat is still not working..

I have been a resident for almost 4 years now. The office manager and her staff have ALWAYS met my needs asap. They are caring and I was considering moving. However, when I informed Mirza, she was soo sad. They have always treated me well. But I changed my mind because she has a place in my heart and has made accommodations for me and Im staying!!😃😍. I have NEVER been treated with such respect, and my heart is sooo Full because they really care about the residents here at pangea fields. We are a community of caring people. I just talked my relative into moving here as well. If people would take care of their spaces and help keep the exterior clean as well, we would have a better chance of experiencing overall happiness.

I have lived here about 6 months and I love it its a great place to live since the first day I came everybody was very nice I got to meet with the leasing manager Mirza Rosas very nice girl she was very nice and helpful and every time I come in to the office to pay my rent the other girls are very nice ass well I live in a 2 bedroom downstairs and just love it also I like that they have lots of lights outside so its very bright I really do recommend this apartment complex for you to live

She show me the apartment that she said to me, you gonna love it and guest what I did, I fell in love with the service then the ladys, then my apartment!!! cameras in the hallway makes it feel safer for me as a single person, hallway always smelling good, That is thanks to all the team but everything starts with a good management.. and Mirsa is the Best!!!! Thank You Girls!!!.. one thing that happened to me 2 WEEKS after living was I lost my key I call the office and Mirsa was there immediately! helping to close my apartment!!! loving it even more!! This place is horrible. Do not move here. Not only has my boyfriwnd been assaulted by the neighbors, now my friend has been robbed at gun point in the parking lot. The kids run wild in here, they have broken our grill and destroyed our chairs on our porch. Not to mention a dead body being found in the parking lot. The office literally does nothing when you call them, other than get an attitude with you. Do not move here if you have ANYWHWRE else to live

My car has been repeatedly vandalized, mail stolen off my porch, my son has been assaulted and robbed, literally feet away from the apartment... yet they wont do anything and even tried to blame me for my car being vandalized... I could write a book on the issues weve had that they ignore, and now theres a been a murder in the parking lot, too. We want out, dont live here!

My children and i juat moved in Friday. Very clean and great hospitality from the staff in the office. Its convient for me to get to work, babysitter and differnt stores. They have a pool, wifi and some other things that made this the best move in ever. Thank you Pangea Fields

Pangea fields apartment is one of the worst apartment I ever seen. The manager and the management are racist to Africans, very disrespectful and they bullied residents with police when you come to lodge a complaint about your apartment. I rented 2 bedroom apartment and I always having issues with the both toilets and the same problem keep coming up often when you come for changing of apartment they keep going back and forth with you.

Move here a while ago I really like it its very bright at night lots of lighting have two kids they both get along with the other kids love it that it is a pet friendly place dont have any issues when ever I have a question or concern I always get answers my daughter loves Violeta one of the lease agents every time she sees her she runs to hug her manager Mirza Rosas is great I absolutely recommend you guys to live here and last but not least Limari is great as well always smiling and very nice you guys should come out and check out the property plus theres a church like 2 min away and its also a school which is a big plus for us

I cant wait to move out of Pangea Fields I been here for three long years I didnt start getting bugs until these Africans moved next door to me I constantly call the office to let them know the only thing they say is we will call pest control its pointless because if the whole building not receiving the service they just going to keep traveling from apartment to apartment I was referring people but not no more.

If it werent for the staff of live somewhere else already.

Excellent attention, communication a little difficult at first but I understand that with this pandemic it has not been easy, the apartments are very beautiful and everything is close by. They should relax the parking policy a bit, for everything else I highly recommend it.
