These apartments are very lovely Im praying and hoping I get approve for one

Reasonably priced, new and modern apartments with all the extras, located on 16th Street and the Monon Trail. Just six blocks north of Cultural Trail.

I called a few minutes ago for information about the property. As soon as the lady answered she made it very clear she was only there to answer the phone today. I asked if I could leave a message? The answer was “I guess” with a bit of inconvenience in her voice. I asked if it would be better to call back and leave a voicemail? I was told that no one would return my call because there is no property manager. So why the hell would I leave a message. What a joke!!! The place seemed very unorganized.

Monon Lofts presents one of the best value apartments near downtown Indianapolis. The units are modern and parking is free. Located directly off the Monon Trail with easy access to Mass Ave and all of downtown. Close enough, yet also far away enough that you are not too close to city traffic.Irvin, the new Property Manager, is highly responsive to resident requests.

Please please please don’t move here!!! The units are aesthetically beautiful but some of the people they have allow to move in/live here will ruined your peace. I have been HARASSED by the tenant below me since the first day I moved in. I have called and went into the office on multiple occasions and nothing has been done. Proof of police reports and still nothing has been done. I have been threatened at a place that I should be able to call home for me and my child. These apartments do not care about your well being or safety. Again do not move here!

DONT MOVE HERE IF FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST, don’t get me wrong they are beautiful but they take section 8, the visitor parking is on 16th st they let anybody move in here to the point they can HARASS YOU threaten your life, neighbor can come to your door saying anything to you the office won’t do anything about it the office turnover rate is terrible, the best management they did had was GEORGE & IRVIN ; you CANT EVEN BREATHE OR EVEN WALK NORMALLY in your apartment without someone complaining no matter how many polices reports you put in it doesn’t do anything,, stay far away from here

Starting my third year of residence here. Have great neighbors. Love the neighborhood businesses and being close to work and church. New manager, Irwin, and his staff are the best.

I am the definition of confused when it comes to their rental practices. It will soon be three weeks since I applied here and theyre continuously telling me they have no idea when my application may be approved. I gave them about 8 months of check stubs which was already pretty strange for an apartment complex to ask for. i was also denied for the affordable program they have so Im just not understanding what else there is to figure out and why they think its acceptable to take this long to do it.

I’ve lived here for a year and we’ve had 3 different property managers and 3 different leasing assistants. For some reason nobody in the office can ever help, with the exception of Eboni who is no longer there. It’s like nobody in the office is doing anything, ever. I had to reapply for my recertification 60 days before my lease ended and they waited until 15 days before my lease was up send my documents over for approval. With 10 days left of my lease they told they needed more corrections on my recertification. It’s now 10 days into a new month and I’m still jumping through hoops with the people in the front office for my recertification. I go over for requests and get told the requests will be completed come the following morning, and then I have to continuously go back 4 or 5 days later because nothing has changed. Clearly this apartment complex has workers who are understaffed and overworked, or maybe they’re just not competent enough to do their jobs.The location of the apartments is decent if you enjoy the bars. Mass Ave is in walking distance, and I really enjoy the Monon Trail.

To small and no parking for yr visitor

Where do I even start!? George is a very caring compassionate individual whose professionalism is second to none. Eboni greets me every time I walk into the office and makes sure she acknowledges me even if she working with another person. Mike handles things in a very professional manner and eliminates problems and also educates on issues as well which goes a long way. They also show appreciation by handing out donuts and lightbulbs! Great place

Aesthetically beautiful, they do not maintain the lawn overlooking the trail as frequently as needed! 😟 Apt. Manager, Maribel, is sorely missed! When I moved in...staff = Maribel, Andrew & Robert...ALL of whom are gone! Huge red flag! Unfortunately, due to medical issues, I need to move! Communicated w/ George...current manager...& he is extremely incompassionate! Dont expect a balloon parade to leave...but they are almost indignant! U can enter...but, U can never leave!!! W/out paying 2 grand! Tried calling corporate...never received return call!

The apts are gorgeous and spacious! All new appliances, washer and dryer are included in every unit! Ive never lived there, but I was with the cleaning crew to ready the apt for its final inspection before they could begin leasing to the public. So I got to check them out.

Ive been looking at several different apartments for the past few months so that my roommate and I have all of our options for next school year fall 2020 and this place is by far the most unprofessional place Ive dealt with. Took over a week to get in touch with someone to look at the property (I will say they the apartment itself looks nice on the inside). Eboni Wallace (assistant property manager) showed us a unit today. She was extremely impolite and unprofessional-she didnt check for our IDs nor did she ask us any questions before we looked at the place. While we looked at the unit she did not show us around or tell us anything about the building. We basically showed the unit it to ourselves and asked all the questions. Extremely disappointed with the staff at this leasing office, especially after having toured with the assistant property manager. If it had better staff, then this could be a great place.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!! ONLY THING BAD FOR ME IS I WISH THEY HAD 3 BEDROOMS.BUT THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL TO THE POINT I WOULD CONSIDER DOWN SIZING.LOVE THEM!!!!

I just moved into my new apartment at Monon Lofts and I love it! Maribel and Robert are awesome and my new place looks so good!
