Awful customer service. We paid the deposit 6/14 and they told us we could pick up our keys today, 7/2. When we came in to get them this morning, Kay Holman told us that we could not because there was a problem because the lady from corporate compliance is refusing to sign . They are not giving us a definitive move in date. We have been calling and she said she would call back, she did not. They close at 5 we came at 1630 and the office is closed. This place lacks professional staff and lcommunication. They have not been truthful and I will be contacting the BBB to file a report and will work on filing a petition for others to sign who are experiencing this same thing because Kay says there were 4 other people as well.
The apartment building in nice and clean but to speak to someone in the office it awful. I left a total of 4 messages and no never called me back. I also called when there website stated when someone is available to answer questions. Customer service nowadays, is horrible.After reading the response of 707:No one never called me back. Just own up to the mistakes 707 makes.
Kathleen was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. My sister asked for a tour of the apartment and was told “no” because she was “flagged” which was untrue and it would be a waste of time. Instead of confirming with someone that is seasoned, she decided to spew false information. We believe something shady is definitely going on here and the staff needs to be trained better.
Stopped in while touring apartments on Mass Ave, the manager was nice and helpful. Im new to the city and she even suggested the best lunch spot, La Parada *it was delicious btw*. Wont be renting here because they did not have apartments without assistance right now, but still worth checking out.
This place and other offices the same staff manage never answer the call box or phones to their offices or buildings. Very disappointing.
