If I could give them zero stars I would !!! These apartments are trash ... in actuality trash is an understatement . As me and my boyfriends first apartment we we’re expecting something a little more hands off of things that me and him would have to fix. But the electricity doesn’t work in our room so we have to use extension cords to hook up to outlets outside of the room . The bathroom has flooded the entire house twice since the 2 months we’ve been here not to mention the fact that it’s currently flooded as I type this review . Every time we call the maintenance they’re always trying to avoid us or they’ll say their going to fix the issue and never stop by to fix it . We should’ve went with our first instinct by not moving in when they pushed our move in date back by a MONTH!!!!!! Please avoid this place at all cost, we wouldn’t even move here even if I was desperate. We’re definitely buying out of the lease .

This place is horrible. The grounds a not kept up at all. Very Very poor management, maintenance does not come out and repair issues, has mold with no intent to fix. Towing visitors cars without any kind of warning. May be budget friendly, but you get what you pay for.

Do not move here . I can’t stress/complain enough on ALL the things that are horribly wrong with this apartment complex. In the 2yrs I lived there they have gone through 5 different property managers, and I have been dealing with a security deposit issue for a year since I’ve moved out and I have come to the conclusion I’m not going to ever receive my deposit back. I would give this place -5 stars if I could.

THEN I HAD A LETTER ON MY DOOR TELLING ME THAT I CANT RENEW MY LEASE BUT AT THAT POINT I DIDNT HAVE PLAN ON DOING IT.LETICIA IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I MEET SHE NEVER ON THE PROPERTY SHE WILL BE MISSING FOR MONTHS BUT AND WHEN ASK FOR A NUMBER FOR HER ALL WE GET IS A GOOGLE NUMBER AND SHE DONT CALL YOU BACK SHE TEXT BACK . SO PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE MY LAST YEAR WAS HELL AND I WAS SO UNHAPPY AND LETICIA NEVER REALLY CARED

Just moved in. My apartment seems like it has recently been renovated. Im also pleased that the neighborhood is pretty quiet at night. Ive lived in communities with better reputations but the reality was quite different. Cudos to the parents and kids who live in Covington Square for being respectful of your neighbors.

Upon move in we were placed in a unit that wasn’t the one they originally told us. The kitchen laminate wasn’t clued down and there was paint on the carpet in every room. The drop ceiling tiles in the kitchen were stained and drooping from a water leak. I found a crack pipe and some rocks hanging out of it the day we moved in. The seal around the living room window leaked. Three weeks in they got new management who happened to live next door. They were constantly reconstructing their home, knocking out walls, and just over all disruptive for about 6 months. Keep in mind we lived in a unit with a brick firewall between us. There were several times the kids in the property were caught vandalizing and the families never got evicted for it. I’m talking spray paint on buildings, park equipment, and even cars. They stole all the fire extinguishers and emptied them about a week before state inspection. Drug dealers constantly in and out of the place. Shots fired multiple times. The pool was hardly unlocked because parents wouldn’t watch their children in the pool area. They have convicted felons and child molesters living here. I lived here Jan-Sep in 2013. I had a domestic dispute and filed paperwork with sheriffs present to be removed from the lease. A year later I’m getting a call from collections saying I owe nearly $1000 for an eviction when I was supposed to be removed from the lease.

Pft. They dont know laws regarding passports and lease agreements. They always change what they tell you, including the apartments youll be staying in so good luck knowing where youll live before signing a lease.I also didnt have air conditioning in my unit for a whole summer with a newborn... And someone elses unit didnt have a ceiling for most the year because the bathroom ceiling started leaking a few weeks into moving in...

They took three months to fix my AC this summer because apparently no one ever recorded the complaint, probably because management has changed four times in the nine months Ive been here because they never get anything done. Then when it went out a week and a half later they said because it wasnt above 80° they wouldnt do anything. (It was 78° out and the thermostat read 90° inside the apartment) They took gas off the lease so we have to pay for that now, if you report that a repair needs done be ready for them to come into your apartment whether you answer the door or not, and they wont give you an accurate time frame on when theyre coming, so try not to be in the shower or indecent in anyway when that happens. There have been two shootings, police come through all the time, they had my boyfriends car towed because it wasnt recorded on their lease and they thought it was a random car, they also refused to pay to get it out of impound. Oh, if youre even $1 late on rent (maybe you just counted wrong?) its considered late and youll have to pay that $75 late fee for it. I really could go on but I dont have time to write a book.

Lived there from March 2012 to April of 2016. Terrible. I lived in a townhouse. Nothing but problems from the beginning. They fix nothing. You basically have to beg to get anything done. Hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Community is trashy. People steal from you. Our next door neighbors tied into our cable three times. But thats ok with the complex. Stealing is stealing. Its that simple. Kids all.over the place. This complex takes no responsibility for anythung. DO NOT MOVE THERE! You will be disappointed or just angry.

Please EVERYONE IM BEGGING YOU DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE THEY ARE SLUMLORDS, THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING, THEY HAVE MICE,ROACHES,ETC MOLD FROM PREVIOUS TENNANTS IT TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO CUT THE WATER OFF IN MY TUB BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT STOP RUNNING WITHIN WEEKS IVE KILLED 4 MICE THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY NOT EVEN THERE DOGS MOVE THERE

I have lived here for about a yr now and have had nothing but problems every month its a new issue that they patch up until the next thing falls apart! During the summer we were promised on several occasions that the pool would be opened that never happened in the beginning of the winter i had mice come into my apartment and when i told the office about it they handed me a few mice traps and told me that it was normal!!! the following month the outlets in my rooms went out and since there are no ceiling lights me and my children have been in the dark for going on 3wks now!!! SO IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE EVER!!!

I am not from here, but I have never been treated with this much disrespect in my life! This place should be turned into the BBB! I moved from a small town here, and I am now moving back, because unfortunately I have to give this place at least 1 star to get my comment on here. They DO NOT fix anything!!! They tag only certain peoples cars.... even if those people are the ones ACTUALLY driving everyday! People who dont drive their cars dont get tagged! Why?! I am by far not racists.... especially because I am mixed!!! But seems as they they only care of certain people with a certain color... which again... not racist... but cough cough why? I been staying here for two years now when I tell you I can’t get nothing done. I call the office and get nothing but the voicemail so I have to go in the office just to get stuff done. I believe I get my water cut off like three times a weeks do too a issue in other apartments. Ask why no notice fast thing come out her mouth is she can’t walk around and do it herself but I just saw her walk around too put notice on doors for late rent like come on now

No air and maintenance doesn’t respond and if they do they pretend to fix the issue. I have no air and my son has chronic asthma, a stopped up bathtub, my bathroom light does not work, and mice from downstairs. I hate this apartment and can not wait until I can move.

Rent goes up 10 dollars every year no work being done they want to kick you out over 20 dollars apts are very old and cold in the winter time air works when it wants to so out of a five star its a one star
