This places maintenance simply sucks, we’ve got locked out of our apartment multiple of times and the maintenance guy is no where insight and i’ve called the office multiple times . Pls work on better management Pine Glen!!!

They are fair on their prices. Derek is the main office worker an he is great at his job. This is a great apartment been here for almost 2 years. Great big apartment with lots of room an lots of closet space.

They floors here are so thin you can hear everything. Some of the neighbors realize this but still allow they kids their friend kids to run all thru the apartment all day and night .I have addressed management More then 20 times .Noise order isnt working .Im miserable here.😭😭😭😭

I’ve lived here 6 1/2 yrs with no major issues. I must say Derek is the greatest manager so far.

My mom is gonna be moving there soon she can’t wait . She likes Derek he was great showing helping her and showing her an apartment of what hers is going to look like thank you Derek

After 4 phone calls to set an appt to rent an apt, dropping off hold fee in person, & them running my credit...they tell me I have to make 2.9 times the rent in a month. SOOOOO WORRIED ABOUT TAKING PEOPLES $ THAT THEY FORGET TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!! NOT a good way to do business!!!!!

I have now been here since May. I love my apartment and have had no problems. I see people complain about trash or maintenance and I say this. If you put your trash in the dumpster which are there and not throw trash in parking lots maintenance will have more time to work on apartments. Management cannot walk around and make sure the smokers are not smoking in hallway or in front of the doors. People that have dogs are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.I love my area it is very quiet and all summer long I was able to leave my windows open.I feel safe in my apartment. Which is very important since I am a senior.

Pine glen is not the place to live at the front of the complex there a lot of pot wholes I have messed my car up because of the pot wholes. You have people watching you out there window just to be nosy. They tell on you for everything that you do you can’t even have people stay without people saying someone is staying with you when there not. They don’t fix anything that you call them for they never answer there phones when there not busy you have to walk up there for them to answer you have people walking around outside at night in all black.

If I could rate them 0 I would. They dont like to come fix things they wait a long time to do it they give you the same response everytime you ask about it Ill put the order in takes them weeks or months just to do it! They dont like to communicate either!

They are very beautiful and a lot of space

Im trying move into this property I applied online and it put me on the project based voucher waiting list and Im trying to see how long does it take to get a three bedroom

If you like drug infested apartment complexes, home invasions, shootings, poor management staff, lack of communication from management, terrible maintenance employees, vehicle break ins, getting towed for parking correctly, a swimming pool thats never open, a non existing gym, and loud music from your neighbors...move here. If you dont....stay far away.

Do not rent here. It is unsafe (check crime tracker for this area). There are stray cats and dogs everywhere and they will tow your car at any opportunity they get. You can spend the same amount of money living 5-10 minutes away. Do not rent here!

We live here still its a great place to live and they work with you if you have problems and maintains are great and funny when you get to know them I would give ten stars but it only have a five star

One of the worst apartments. Im counting down the days before i can move. Havent beeb able to use my bathroom sink since April have made several complaints they will send some one out just to say they need parts and NEVER come back. My cabinet is now full of black mold. When turning light on in my living room and sining room you are shocked. (Also happening at my neighbors down stairs). There is cops in here EVERYDAY! People cars getting broke into. And also everymonth there is hidden fees and if not paud on time (they give u 24hr notice of these fees) you are late witch cost you another 50 dollars. If you ask them how much you owe they will give you a price and then once you pay it they still stick you with yet another fee. You CAN NOT reach them by phone and leaving a voicemail is pointless because they wont call you back. The sign on the door currently says they are closed for fourth of July and that they return on July 5 its is now the 6th and STILL no one in the office.

Please do yourselves a favor and do NOT move here. Seriously. My boyfriend and I have lived here since August of 2014, and weve had nothing but problems since day one.Our first set of upstairs neighbors was a man (the only one who was supposed to be there) and a woman and SEVEN KIDS who ran back and forth across the apartment at all hours. They were evicted soon after we moved in. The people who live upstairs now are worse. You can hear every little sound (granted, they crank the bass up and rattle our walls and cups down here with their annoying rap music, not to mention their LOUD sex right above our heads at night. The walls and ceilings are THAT thin.) and for most people in this place, quiet hours are more like greek words in an english dictionary than something thats actually enforced.Weve had so many problems with the apartment itself since we moved in. Our windows have NEVER locked (and considering were on a lower floor, thats an extreme safety hazard) and despite asking them to fix the windows over and over and over again it has never been done. We had to beg for them to fix our stove and dishwasher (the dishwasher still leaks), and now our AC/Heating Unit is heavily leaking. A maintenance man came in last week to fix it, but all he did was tighten a bolt, remove the vent cover, and leave (under the guise of fetching a piece he needed). He never came back, and weve had to deal with no AC in the sticky hot temperatures weve had this week, because every time we turn the AC on, it pours water out. Our carpets have been soaked through in front of the unit for nearly three weeks, and I can already smell mold and mildew. I highly anticipate that theyll try to make us pay for the carpet replacement, and I can assure you that isnt happening. Ive called and called trying to get someone in to fix our unit, to no avail.Have I mentioned that the staff seems overly incompetent at times? You can tell them something until youre blue in the face, but all youll get is a Oh yes well take care of that right away!!! and it never gets done. When the problems with our upstairs neighbors started and I called the office to complain, they told me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to call the police (which Ive done six times to date. The police around here are incredibly useless, but thats another story). They cant be bothered to enforce a rule that is clearly written in the lease and instead essentially tell us to eff off and deal with it ourselves. If you dont like it, leave. Thats the attitude I feel from this place.Oh, and if you just LOVE the smell of marijuana seeping through the vents from the upstairs apartments down into your apartment, then by all means, youll feel right at home here!!! Thats an every day occurrence, and makes me wonder if I can fail a drug test myself from second hand smoke!!!Its too bad that this place sucks so much. The price is great (it would be even greater if people actually took care of their stuff and followed rules and everything in the apartments, yknow, WORKED PROPERLY.) but my boyfriend and I are leaving as soon as our lease is up. Weve even thought about breaking the lease at times, its so bad here.Just please do yourselves a favor, spend the extra money on a place thats actually WORTH living at. I guarantee you wont regret it.At least theres a washer and dryer right outside our apartment door. Thats nice, I guess.

It has been 3 or 4 years and living there still sticks in my head as th:Oe darkest, most desolate and hopeless times of my life. The walls and ceilings were paper thin. the manager at the time, Erin, moved a family of 6 into a 2 bedroom apartment above me to get them out of her building, which broke the terms of their own lease, yet they still charged me to get out of the lease early. Even though their breaking the lease themselves made it a place where I couldnt sleep. When the air conditioner broke, and flooded my apartment and ruines my furniture, they took over a week to respond and even longer to fix it.

They never fix anything and they lie to you about your rent and over charge you each month plus this is an unsafe area
