My wife and I just moved to a new neighborhood on the north side of Indy earlier this year and we needed a new mechanic. We decided to try Pats since they were close and had good reviews. Theyve now seen my wifes car twice and my car once, and all three times, weve had great service. Theyre honest, reasonably priced, do a great job of explaining any issues, and wont try to fix something that isnt broken. Well definitely be going back to Pats in the future.

They were great. They got me in the same day and fixed my problem. It was my first time here. Im impressed. They didnt try to upsell me or sell me unneeded repairs. Reasonable prices. Nice guys.

This place is awesome. The people are welcoming and friendly, and they fixed my car up in no time at all. It was even cheaper than the average car shop is. I plan on only going to Pats auto from now on. Very highly recommended.

Tried Pats for the first time. No wonder they have been in business for many years. Professional and honest. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I feel good about this place.

Friendly enough but extremely over priced. Recommend shopping around first and talking to different auto shops. It’ll probably save you some money.

Best honest mechanic around. Took care of me when I accidentally popped my caliper piston out. Even put my rotors and pads on that I bought all at a good price.

Wife dropped off her car to have it looked at and they called her and told her that they fixed her car. It was $170 for the repair which my wife paid for because she was happy that her car was fixed even though it wasnt authorized by her to fix it. Come the next day the car was doing the exact same thing it was doing. So now I am out of the money for a repair that wasnt needed.

We have only lived on this side of town for a short time, but weve found Pats to be reliable, quick, and fairly priced, not to mention the fact that they are friendly and easy to do business with. Dont bother taking your car anywhere else if you are on the northwest side.

Parts cost what they cost, but labor is usually the variable between auto repair centers that shoots your total up. They are quick, fair and reasonable which I love. Bob is a great guy.
