We had our home sealed and insulation blown in. Robbie and Jacob were great technicians. Very professional. Answered all our questions. They preformed the work quicker than expected and very thorough. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves leaving the areas cleaner than they found them. I would definitely hire them again.

When Steve came out to give us an insulation estimate he recommended we might try the super insulation. I did a little research and we went ahead with the work as scheduled. The workmen left no mess, and cleaned up after themselves well. It was a dirty job for those young men, but the outcome is fantastic. Our attic looks great; it clean, sealed tight, and super.

Estimate for full hvac system installation was timely and a great value. Installation was a full day with a couple follow ups to be sure everything was correct and satisfactory. Installers were very pleasant and paid particular attention to be sure they cleaned up all of the mess. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing service.

The technician was great, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired, and made sure it was working before he left. My main issue is for a $30 part and less than an hour of work was $400. I understand not working for free, but if you hire them to repair your unit the diagnostic fee should at least buy a “tune up”. They are wildly overpriced for small repairs.I was totally happy with the service aside from the cost.

The 50 year old ductwork below the concrete slab collapsed due to old age.New ductwork was creatively installed through a closet then into the rooms.The finished work exceeded our expectations. Were very happy

Indiana Home Comfort Solutions succeeded where others had failed and fixed my broken HVAC system.I had originally hired another contractor to replace my old and undersized HVAC system. The previous crew did a horrible job and the system did not work properly so I called around trying to find a contractor to fix my issues. To my surprise, many contractors turned me down, saying the only change out the system and/or dont really perform system repairs and/or they dont want to fix another contractors mistakes. I found this odd.I ran across Indiana Home Comfort Solutions and they scheduled me for a free estimate. Steve Lindley with Home Comfort Solutions arrive on site at the scheduled time and thoroughly inspected the entire system and found many issues, ones that were existing and ones that were created by the other contractor.They gave me a a few options to choose from for the repairs. The prices were very reasonable (a lot cheaper than the previous contract). We scheduled the work out a few weeks and when they arrived, the work crew was very friendly and professional. They arrived on time and ready to work and they picked up after themselves daily. It took them a couple of days to complete the work, and end of each day Steve stopped by to inspect the work and to check on progress and to make sure I didnt have any issues. With the crew being top notch, I dont think this much supervision was needed, but it was much appreciated. You dont find companies like this much today.Once finished, my house now actually gets cool in the summer and my electric bill has dropped considerably. I had this work done over a year ago and have not had a single issue. I can not recommend IHCS enough.

On one of the hottest days of the year, water from the AC unit was backing up all over the floor so I had to turn my AC off. Literally within an hour of contacting this co, I had the nicest, most thorough service professional at my place. He was polite, explained everything, showed me the problem and how he would fix it and exactly what it would cost before he started.He was fast and efficient. When he was done, he showed me the work he had done to correct the problem which was a clogged up PVC pipe/drain. He showed me a better way to put the air filter in and made sure I knew how to do it next time. He had a detailed invoice and the price was extremely reasonable. I would certainly use this company in the future.

Very easy to schedule and was extremely pleased with the work. We have had long standing issues with drafts in the house. Steve was able to identify the problem and propose a solution. Since they did our duct and crawl spaced work, my house has stayed warm. Not sure why I waited to long to call them.

We had a new ac system installed, less than 2 months later it had vibrated off of its platform and tiped over. Now we have no ac. We called to schedule an appointment and were told they would return our call. Its been 4 days since they said they would call and still nothing. I finnaly get them on the phone and they said that it wasnt covered in our warranty. We were told that we would have to pay for a service call. They came out and fixed the unit and waived the price. They should have made sure the unit was secured before they left.

My wife and I contracted Indiana Home Comfort Solutions to air seal the attic and add insulation to R-60, perform the Aeroseal product installation to seal our ductwork and install an UltimateAir ERV to bring in fresh air. Steve Lindleys crew of Brad and Anthony did a wonderful job with everything that we asked them to do. The arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional even while having to work around three 100+ pound dogs! Steve and his crew, in my opinion, are the best in the Indy area to help people save money on their energy bills. The whole team at Indiana Home Comfort Solutions were kind, courteous, and very professional. Brad and his team were very nice and made sure to be very quiet around my newborn. Steve the owner came out to give me a thorough evaluation of my home with their free estimate. Steve used the latest technology for assessing my home using a blower door test to see how leaky my home was and used a thermal camera to show me his main concerns. Steve came back and checked on the progress while Brad and his team were hard at work. Brad and his team went all over the attic and sealed all seams and holes with spray foam to prevent hot air coming into the home or in the winter leaving the home. They also encapsulated my crawl space and sealed all places where air could leak to or from the outside. I had my ducts Aerosealed and the total leakage before the Aeroseal was about the size of an 8x10 photo and after the Aeroseal the leaks were smaller than US quarter. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
