A lot of liars work here. I’m a truck driver and had a delivery of pipe on a flatbed for them. I called them the day before and was told plain as day that they open at 0700 and would unload me at 0700. I arrived the next morning at 0700 at which point they told me I would have to wait until 0900. They refused to believe that I had been told 0700 the day before, and they made me sit there until 0915 to get unloaded. I know that no one else thinks so, but my time is valuable to me. I don’t appreciate these people wasting it. I’ll be sure to decline any future loads delivering to these people.
Sam and Peter from RT Moore arrived at my home to take care of a water leak. They diagnosed the problem, informed me what it was and fixed it. They were professional, efficient and courteous. They were polite and patient with my many questions. I have no doubt who I will call again if I need any work done. And Ill let anyone know that too that needs a recommendation.
Truck 662 just nearly caused a three car pile up near the corner of Rural and Brookside bc they wanted to stop and ‘be polite’ for someone who didn’t have the right of way. Glad to know which company’s technicians don’t have any sense
Wow! What an EXCELLENT customer service experience I had this morning with Luke! He arrived right on time, was professional and efficient and did an excellent job to correct my issue in the laundry room! He explained what he had done and answered all of my questions including a question about an issue I have with my kitchen faucet. He immediately looked into it for me and went the second mile in Customer Service by helping me understand how the touch faucet system worked and then helped me correct it. I told him he would make a great teacher b/c he courteously validated all my questions (I had a lot!) and made sure I understood. Because of his expertise & kindness, I will soon be calling R. T. Moore to ask for a plumbing upgrade feature he told me about in my new home. Luke is an incredible asset to your company and your brand! I wish I could give him 10 stars!!!
They unplugged my sump pump saying I did not need it as I had 2 other pumps just to avoid fixing a pump which should have been in warranty. Now I am dealing with flooded basement. They won’t even show up now or even apologize for technicians mistake. Feel helpless and cheated while looking at $$$$ to pay for water damage. So mad right now.

We have used RT Moore several times over the years for our plumbing needs and have always been pleased with the service. We had them back out today and our technician Jacob was knowledgeable, polite, and fixed our issues quickly. We have continued to experience great customer service and full resolution to our plumbing issues over the years.
Our toilets were making lots of noise so we called RT Moore for assistance. The booking process was easy and the customer service people were helpful and efficient. Luke, our assigned plumber, called the day of our appointment to let us know he was on the way. When he arrived he introduced himself and asked me to describe the problem. He quickly inspected our toilets and diagnosed it as failing fill valves. He provided a cost estimate and indicated he could replace them. After replacing the valves he showed me how to adjust them and gave me some things to watch for over the next few weeks. The cost was reasonable, the problem was addressed and the job work had a warranty. Luke was pleasant, knowledgeable, very respectful of our property and took appropriate Covid precautions while on premise. I would use RT Moore and ask for Luke again for future needs.
Technician arrived right on time for a scheduled job. RT Moore has a great admin team that helped coordinate and schedule and update on changes in timing. Technician was awesome, friendly, helpful, and the cost was incredibly fair, even compared to smaller and far less qualified options. Cannot recommend more strongly for bigger jobs and projects where expertise and real-world knowledge are required.

Luke came out to replace an injection pump for my basement plumbing he was very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. We were so impressed with Luke that we are thinking about having him come back and install a water softener for us .Great Job.

The repairman, Luke, was professional, pleasant and a great representative of your company. He quickly figured out the problem, and was willing to go above and beyond by helping to locate the main cleanout for our house as well as pricing out some other equipment/service in which we were interested. Horrible customer satisfaction. RT Moore only stands by their warranty not their product.My wife and I had a Fischer Home built last year in 2018. Three days after closing on the home our basement flooded. Being it was still under warranty RT Moore came right out and serviced the sump pump. There was a faulty float that caused the flood. The service tech came out and repaired the float and instructed me on how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. This happened two more times since then. My basement flooded with the same issue, the float sticking. I fixed one of the issues like the tech instructed. This last time, I called RT Moore to come out and fix the float. They informed me it was just outside of my warranty. How convenient right? So now if I want them to fix the float its going to cost me $89 to come out and diagnose the issue, however much for the part, and however much after that to fix the float.
Would definitely use them again. Had them fix a leaking pipe behind our upstairs shower, and the plumber improved the placement of the valves in the process so we can turn off the water more easily to the shower in the future when we replace washers etc. Also had them run natural gas to a gas fireplace we bought for our wood burning fireplace area (didnt know you needed a plumber for this) and they did a really nice job of running the gas pipes so it didnt clutter up the basement. Very courteous as well.
Have been getting my spring and fall service for a couple years now. Always prompt, courteous and leaves the place like they were never there. Couldn’t ask for any better customer service!!!!
Kim, a senior technician arrived on time and got to work immediately! He was super professional and polite and identified the problem right away. RT Moore originally installed the plumbing when my house was built and did a fantastic job, this was my first issue in 5 years. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
We had a tech named Chad come in and take a look at our water heater. He called before getting here, was on time, and was extremely professional and friendly.When he saw our heater, he diagnosed it in minutes and got the part it needed from the truck immediately.Our heater was repaired and the new part paid for in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.
I hired R.T. Moore to install all of the plumbing/heating/air in a new construction home. All went really well. No issues. I will use R.T. Moore anytime I need service in the future.

I called the emergency line on Saturday evening after I discovered that the water heater they installed 3 years ago was leaking. The service technician said that their warehouse was closed and the soonest they could have a new water heater for me would be Monday. Monday morning rolls around and I call to confirm my appointment time. I was told that they did not have my name on the schedule and the soonest they would be able to get a new water heater to me would be Friday! Terrible customer service. They need to have a better way of tracking calls/appointment times on the weekends.

Worst contractor I have ever seen. They did the entire plumbing on my new house. Left debris in pipes causing sewers to back up. Did not glue pipes in basement so sewer water leaked. Forgot basement rough ins, had to cut up concrete, bad water pressure, Scheduling issues for repairs. Only been in house for 4 weeks. who knows whats next.

Ran into this driver at 4:45 am 5-7-2019 coming out of Danville, it appeared he didn’t want to obey the residential speed limit of 35 as he was tailgating me the whole way through, got up to maple wood where it dropped down to 20mph and their he is again right up my bumper, so I pull off to the shoulder of the road so he can pass, then I get closer to him so I can get his plate number then he slams on the brakes causing almost an accident, then he stops right in front of me in the middle of the road blocking me in, he gets out of the truck walks to my car like he wants to do something, at this point I feel threatened . I take pictures, then he goes Back to his truck, takes pics of me . I had to back up to go around him to get going to my work . This guy was on company time or not idk, but if I was his boss he would be fired on the spot . If your employees can’t stay safe and cause public disturbances, why would anyone or I do business with this company
We had an AO Smith water heater fail after just over four years, which fell well within the warranty period so we were forced to go through the original installer - RT Moore. They said the warranty would provide a new unit free of charge, but they would have to bill us 520 for the installation labor. As frustrating as it was to stomach the fact that we had to pay to replace a poor product, they were only here for 1.5 hours; I figured the flat rate (even though very steep), had at least 4 to 6 hrs of labor built in, which is still an outrageous hourly rate for basic plumbing work. I work in finance and there is no way you can justify charging a customer 520 for 1.5hrs of labor. Thats called bending someone over and taking advantage of the fact that they have little to no options here; pay the original installer 520 for warranty replacement or pay an outside contractor for installation plus new water heater (which would be at least a couple hundred more from what we found). As soon as we are officially out of the warranty period we will never use RT Moore again. I would highly recommend you try other outfits first (if you have the choice).

I personally did not get work through this company, BUT one of their drivers almost ran me off the road 3 times within 10 minutes. Your employees should think about how they’re representing your company while driving your trucks and trailers.
