They put two tires on my car so fast and did a great job. Customer service was amazing!

Poor service they wouldnt mount the tires they sold me didnt tell me they couldnt mount them until after they took my money will not do business there again

Although the people inside were nice, the clearance was amazing & for the most part it’s a clean store, the auto department is the slowest I’ve come across. Instead of saying they’re booked for the day, they close in one hour and are continuing to take customers behind the 9 cars already in line. We were told it wouldn’t be very long 3 hours ago and still have yet to be serviced. I’m number 2 of 9. The work is good, very satisfied, but not so sure it’s worth the wait.

They got me in and out pretty quickly considering they were extremely busy. They were polite and courteous, I cannot express how much gratitude I have for this whole team of people that work here at this particular Walmart. Cheap but slow

Took truck in great prices but went out tires looked very low asked what pressure they put them at, said truck said factory tires 35 psi but there not factory needed to be atleast 40 to 45 psi why wouldnt you follow tire recommendations and looken at staff and just there appearance looks unprofessional dressed, groomed doesnt make me feel very confident in your work

Showed up for an oil change, desk associate was rude, sat in line for 20 minutes without any help from an auto associate. Went somewhere else.

A fairly inexpensive place to get an oil change, tires, inspections etc on your vehicle. I have used them for several years. Over all consistent service and they do an excellent job. Ive never really had problems with any of the work that theyve done on my car. One time I did have an issue about payment and they fix that right away and worked with me on that never really great about it.

Thank you Independence auto center for restoring my faith in Wal-Mart. I appreciate the professionalism I experienced and observed while waiting. Excellent service

If I could give negative stars I would. I had one small hole that needed to be plugged. Shouldnt take more then 15 minutes. It took them from 710pm until 10:02pm to get my truck fixed 1. Everyone was complaining. I get it, its late... But if you do good quick service everyone will be happy and you can go home. Another customer asked for a manager, it took them 15 min to get one to just show up, but of course he was from the wrong department and had to get someone to speak with him the next day. The cashier Jason was aggressively standing next to the manager and customer that was complaining. The manager didnt have a clue what he was doing.If you are in a pinch and have 3 hours to waste then this is your place. If you want amazing quick service I always go to Primo tires in Independence... But, they arent open this late. As I said, I was in a pinch. Ill never come here again if I have a choice.

Extremely slow. It took 4 hours to just get 2 tires. I was told that they had 8 tires in stock. After sitting there for 4 hours they couldnt find any of them. They tried to up-sale me but I bought cheaper tires. The employees were very unfriendly. The service area was a mess. Ive never seen a Walmart so dirty and cluttered. Old and new tires were all over the place. Obviously under poor management.

Relatively quick and easier to get in any given day than at my dealership. They also gave me a nice discount last time I went. Very pleased overall.

Waited 5 hours for my tires to be put on and balanced. Make sure you are prepared to drop your vehicle and bring a ride!!!! Rediculousness at its finest, also Michael the clerk was very pushy and rude to all the customers. Will NOT be back. Cant believe I spent my money here, I pray they honor my warranty if I ever return out of desperation.

I ordered tires online & had them put on here along with an oil change & spare key made. When I got the key I also got a magnetic box to put under my car for the key. I made sure to ask that was what this box was for. Unfortunatley it fell off (hasnt even been an hour ) and I just threw $ out the window. Everything else went smooth as I got there before the rush. Customer service was nice. Cant help but be disappointed.

Just went to walmart and was ignored and left in the cold with their door locked in -4 temp weather and when let in was told no inspections today. this walmart like many others is completely useless in every single way possible. any time I have gotten something done it has taken at least 3 hours for a simple oil change even if Im the first customer.

Very prompt and friendly service. Although the repairs I needed for my automobile couldnt be done at Wal-Mart, I still received great service and information. I recommend going there for oil change, tires, wipers, and filters. Only bad thing is their always busy. So expect to wait hours.

I use tire and lube at Walmart all the time, you have to accept the fact that they are always busy. They are everywhere, I always get the tire protection plan and keep the paperwork in my vehicle for use at another location where I didnt purchase my tires. I never have a problem with oil change, battery or bulb replacement etc,. I will definitely return my vehicle for service.

Save time and go some where else. They have no idea of what they are doing at all. Again get people who understand what they are doing here.

They have 2 separate lines so instead of waiting 1-3 hours for one if you need both a tire and oil change you get to wait 1-3 hours in each line totaling 2-6 hours wait time. Great process Walmart.

Poor customer service, excessively slow - 1st one in line for a pit crew oil change and it took 2 hours. Left and found an oil leak - stripped by oil pan pkug. The sticker reminder was off by about 23,000 miles! Somebody wasnt paying any attention.Also, have you ever read the paper you have to sign to get work done?! Its a blanket authorization to damaged your car and steal anything inside!So from now on, I stand in the garage and watch them work on my car. Ill notice stealing and damage. Maybe it wont take them 2 hours to do a pit crew for the first person next time.

This is a good Walmart to get your car done a little slow I waited almost 4 hours getting 4 tires done, but the staff is very friendly and very helpful

Took 2 hours to mount a balance 4 tires. That may be typical though. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get checked out because their register froze. Got home and realized the valve stem caps were missing. Went back the following day to get the caps and waited 20 minutes behind 2 other impatient customers (they had apparently been waiting much longer) while TWO employees waited on ONE phone call. When asked if they could check out another customer while they wait, they said no. Everyone there moved at a snails pace when they did move. Very frustrating.

Do not have them change your oil. they do not listen to the customers at all. ! After telling them that they didnt put enough oil in my car, they argued with me about it . I WILL NOT BE GOING TO WAL- MART FOR AUTO SERVICE AGAIN

Just needed a tire on my rim, didnt need it mounted, and its taken over two hours.. Wouldnt say anything to me, rude to the customers.. Didnt care at all.

Save your money avoid purchasing tires at a lower price, customer service is awful & management it even worse. I purchased two new tires and for one reason or another they keep putting sealent on tires in an attempt to fix the problem, problem being the tires keep going flat! I have made 3 trips to walmart only to deal with incompetent, rude and unprofessional people. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this. DONT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY WITH WALMART, WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM WITH ANY TIRES OR REPLACE THEM AS IT STATES IN THE AGREEMENT. I have always purchased my tires from Walmart but NEVER AGAIN!

Arrived at 8 a.m. in hopes to get an oil change. There were 5/6 people ahead of me so I knew itd be some hours wait. Didnt get serviced until 11 a.m. only for the result to be not even getting an oil change because the mechanic didnt have a certain tool to take off my oil filter housing. Ive gotten my oil changed their 3 times and never had that issue before so that was kind of peculiar to me. I get my keys and Im about to leave. When I started my car and put it in drive, my car started shaking instantly. And when I was idle, it rocked back in forth. Come to find out, whoever mechanic was about to do the oil change left my oil cap open and oil had gotten everywhere, all over my engine and everything. Never using their service again.

If you want your auto work done cheap (and I mean CHEAP-!) look no further than the place where you buy your cheap plastic crap all the time every week. While youre at it, get the parts from Calverts; I hear theyre made in China-! Many a stories heard of Wal-Mart auto techs forgetting to put the oil cap back on top of the engine and screwed in as the unsuspecting customer drives away...! Dont go here. Dont get your vehicle fully serviced here. Dont even consider it. Not even when your wife may be planning to shop endlessly for hours on end. Dont do it, man - just dont do it.

Want some lugs to get stripped or cross- threaded, then this is the place for you. Want your tires out of balance when you buy 4 new ones? They got that too. Went on a road trip right after having the tires replaced and once we got up to about 60 mph, the car starts rattling like crazy. Keep your car away from these mechanics

Its time for an oil change and a front wheel alignment, I always get a service person that is always on point

I left my car there to get tire shop and told them I wouldn’t be back until the next day because of work. When I came back the next day they had lost my key and left my doors unlocked over night I didn’t think anything was stolen until later I go to find my shoes that I had in there.

The associate charged us for an oil change and didnt even change the filter and then blame us saying that the car may have messed up the filter even though the filter had rust on it do not go there Under any circumstances
