Hollywood Nails wont let you down. Tu has been doing my nails for over a year now and theres a reason! She cares about her customers both professionally and personally, and her massage skills are stellar. If you have a pedicure done treat yourself to the citrus scrub, mask and hot stone options. Terrible! They were on the phone the entire time, these pictures are after 3 days. They started lifting after 1. My sister got dip powder and her nail tech started cutting her length without asking, used gel uv light and polish on top of it and charged her for a shape she didn’t ask for. She asked for them to be reshaped and she still was not doing the right shape. She fixed them herself. They rush and are rude. Waste of your money and time!! Don’t go there.

Very pleased with their service. Did a walk-in. Needed my old set soaked off, which takes a bit longer but less traumatic than ripped nails off, and they took care of me, easing any anxiety I was having. Will be coming back for sure.

They are great! Took my daughter(7yo) here to get her nails painted (after a bad experience at a different one) they were awesome with her! Ill definitely be taking her back.

I got my nails done a week ago and the gel is already peeling off and and broke off on multiple nails it was my 2nd time in there and i will not be back!!!!

They are friendly and do a good job. They are very slow having people do different jobs and two times now have helped people that came in after me. I have been waiting 45 minutes to get my nails painted after another person did the fill. I finally said hey been over 45 minutes and you helped others first. She said they have appointments you can call even on your way here and makes you a priority

I always have a great experience when going to see them. Kristy is quick and efficient. Everyone there is very friendly and funny. Been going to them for 10+ years and wont go anywhere else.

TU is excellent. Really takes her time and attention to detail. Very different from most nail shops thats rush you to get to the next dollar. Excellent technician!!

Very talented nail techs, always ask what you want, will fix anything to make you happy. They give complimentary soda and water. Has TV, to watch while getting nails done. Great prices and excellent customer service!

At first was I pleased because it was a relaxed atmosphere and a couple of the staff were funny and friendly. The manicure was ok, it seemed rushed and not a lot of attention to detail. The reason for the one star is because of their dishonest dealings with us. I was taking my daughter in to get a manicure for prom and I was just going to get mine done for fun with her. I told them we only wanted the $12 manicure. The lady pushed hard for us to do the extra $18 gel that would make the manicure last 2 to 3 weeks. After a lot of pushing, I finally gave in and told her that my daughter could get the gel, but I DID NOT want the gel. Half way through my manicure she spoke Vietnamese to the guy doing my nails and I heard her say the word gel. I had a gut feeling that she was telling him to put gel on my nails anyway. I thought he was just putting on a normal top coat but in the end my original suspicions were correct. When I went to pay, expecting $42, I was charged $60. I was very frustrated and feel like they may as well have just stolen $18 out of my purse. For that reason alone, I will never go back. But also, this $18 upgrade that was forced upon me that was supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks had already started to chip after only a week.

They were so friendly and great quality of work. I have found my new nail place.

My daughter and I have been going here for years and dont go anywhere else for mani/pedis. Family owned and comfortable atmosphere plus the new massage chairs are amazing!!! And yes if your polish chips, swing back by and they will fix it....No problem :)

My mom, my sister and myself went in today for pedis and Manis for a girls day. We walked in and there was only one other customer, the technicians separated us so we couldnt sit together and I was given a manicure while they did pedicures even through there was a chair and technician available for us to all be done together. Every detail I wanted done was questioned and I was told it wouldnt look good and try something else. I just felt it was an unfriendly experience. When were were all finished the quality was terrible. The Polish on my toes never dried and clumped up on my toenail and I had to take it off and repaint. Will not return.

I wanted a design and it was done so poorly. I felt rushed and that the technicians were rude. I wish I had taken a photo before I went home and fixed it myself.

All staff is very friendly. Kristy usually does my gel change and she always remembers the color/brand I chose the time before. I would definitely recommend the personalized experience this salon offers.

Great pedi, friendly service!

Got a gift certificate for xmas for 40 bucks... Had to drive 2 hours to use it as i have moved. Got my nails done ALMOST 2 weeks ago and already have broke 3 nails. Horriable job by Kristy. She also insulted me as she did my nails saying I had man hands.. WILL NEVER RETURN EVER EVER AGAIN. And not only that but I got my nails done about 2 months prior for prom(envy nail cameron mo)which did result in 4 coming off(not breaking but disconnecting from my real nail due to not filling) and she wanted to charge me 5 bucks each... WHAT? Yeah so picture to show the damage. 2 broke just from me putting my shoe on. What a waste of money....

Great pedicure took very good care of me great staff BUT my nail polish chipped off the next day. I only did a standard manicure but that was the result. Toes lasted 1.5 weeks.

Way over priced! Did not get what I asked for! Ended up going home to give myself another pedi after I paid $42 for the delux pedicure. Had to go back 3 days later because my nails broke off. Had my face waxed and I broke out bad. I asked for my money back and the refused, I spent over $100 and I feel that it was a huge waste of money! I will never go back!

They are nice and good prices. And my nails stay on longer then when I get them anywhere else. They are all around awesome.

I got a manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was nice but the manicure was not very well done and seemed rushed. It was chipping already in less than a week. I probably wont go back. It was also overpriced for the quality.

Been going here for over a decade. Nails rarely come off and they are very personable. Heck, they know me better than some of my family! Lol

This was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed EVER and it was a horrible experience the lady took a big piece off the end of my left eyebrow and didnt bother to try and fix it and she didnt even shape the left eyebrow as good as the right one I am so disappointed in my results especially when I am going to home coming right after I wont be spending any more money at HOLLYWOOD NAILS ever again

I was overcharged for a gel pedicure. I was told $15.00 Extra for gel right before service. But then after it was over I was charged $25.00 extra.
