Absolute worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Went in to get a new set. Which I’ve been getting acrylic nails for 13 years. She RIPPED off the old nails. Not being gentle at all. Did not listen to anything I was telling her. Explaining how I want them done. Got the acrylic all over the side of my finger so my nail was STUCK to my finger which she was not going to fix until I said something. When I was finally done she charged me $10 to take off my nails. I’ve never heard of a salon charging to take off old nails for a new set. The paint job was not great. Then when I went to dry I was sitting there maybe 5 minutes before she walked over to me telling me they were dry. Which I knew wasn’t the case but she then went and stood and held the door open for me to leave. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Never going back.

I went to the salon on Saturday, 10/03/20. I got a manicure and pedicure. The light machine used to dry toe nails was visibly dirty on the inside. I had to ask for slippers for my feet and wasn’t provided any. I paid my bill and got out of there as quickly as possible. I had already decided that I was never going back there but at least my nails were cute. But by Sunday afternoon some of the polish on my nails had already started chipping. It’s been 2 full days now and I have chipped polish on 6 nails. My toes still look good but I’m going to have to repaint my fingernails. I’m very disappointed!! It was a waste of my time and money!! Do not support this business!!

I went here 45 mins drive The older lady did my nails she cut me hand in three different place it took her 2hrs Juss to do me a short simple full set then she charge me 80$ for a pedicure that’s is normally 55$ gel set I will never go here again they are extremely slow it’s only her an her daughter i was sitting a while befor I got service an they take people befor you even if you’ve been there waiting just unprofessional

No no no, over priced and nails were not even painted all the way 3 days after one fell off. $200 for 2 people

The lady that did my nails was rude and and hurt me many times and kept on even though I cried out in pain. You can see the damage she did to my skin on and around the nails.... Dont go here!!!!

I asked for French full and to replace 3 nails do too. And she didnt even do them like I asked for.. She color my whole nail. Didnt even try replace 2 of my nails. I was very upset with my servers. I will never go there again.

Excellent care

I wasnt sure about going in their salon. They give great pedicures and they make guys feel comfortable being in a nail shop. Prices are about average. As much as I am on my feet at work it helps keeping them cleaned up.

I went in for a simple manicure with gel polish, as I have used gel polish for the last 5+ years. They obviously dont know what they are doing with using the gel polish. With the first color, it was old, and I tried to tell them, but she kept adding polish, and it wouldnt stay on the nail (she thinned it out too much when it was too thick the first try). With the second color, she kept adding layer upon layer and not letting me put my hands under the lights in between the coats. Even the topcoat is old, as I have no shine to my nails at all. Also, they didnt cover the nail all the way on the sides of the nail. My design looks horrible. They also didnt listen when I told them to even out the nails, not shorten them, and now they are way too short for my liking. What was supposed to take less than an hour (as I went on my lunch hour) turned into a 2+ hour ordeal. I will NEVER return this place, and I warn you to not go. There are much better places that Ive found in Independence and Liberty.

Everytime I go there they’re never able to do my nails...🤔starting to think they don’t like African Americans...no shade, but most the white people who wrote reviews seem satisfied with their visit.All the black people reviews stated horrible service..?

Was there today. I like my nails to look good. Ok perfect. Made them too short and two nails lumpy. Wanted to find a place closer to me. Driving across town and paying more is worth it. I see al least up to 50 people a day. I will not suggest this place. I didnt leave a tip and was treated differently than when i walked in. Your lost.

My nails look so horrible I would never refer any want to go to this nail place I told her my nails were crooked and she still didn’t fix them my polish looks horrible their prices are out rages and they can do your nails right they need to shut this place down For anyone to go spend their money they’re good luck

Lumpy uneven nails gel is coming off on three and just got them done yesterday. They’re not answering the phone. I drove 30 minutes I’m so mad.

Did a rush job on my daughters and that same evening 2 nails came off. Was very upset considering i paid $44.oo for two sets, one wich 2 fell off, and the other set where misshaped and very uncomfortable...

Tried to go in here few minutes ago today to get a manicure and pedicure with my mom and sister and they said they couldnt do it and there was only one other person they were helping..Also very rude about it. Very upset and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Go to bleu nails!!!

My 16 year old daughter got her first pay check and wanted to treat her 15yr old & 9yr old sisters by getting they nails done 1of their nails was crooked and 2 of my other daughter nails were crooked and the paint was smeared and they told me they were rushing and they were the only clients there will never let them go there ever again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE SERVICE
