This was my first time time here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The place was super chill, music was great, place a sets a great mood. The tech that I has super funny and did a wonderful job. Ombre free handed. Best nail job Ive ever had. Will be returning soon! Oh yeah great prices!

Had a good experience with a female employee and a bad experience, dont get your nails done by tony hes a nice funny guy but he rushed the nails and didnt make sure the quality was great the nails aren’t bad but they are not evenly filed and are crooked. Also he didnt really ask me what kind of shaped i wanted he just assumed i wanted a rounded square when i wanted a sharp square look Kinda disappointed also much shorter than what i wanted and also very thin for being acrylic also they dont have an established set of prices they charge different price every time even if u get the same style. Pink nails is what i received vs what i asked for. Besides the color difference not sure if i will come back or not

Absolutely horrible. Butchered my friends nails for her wedding, cut her several times!!! And won’t give her any sort of refund. Terrible customer service absolutely do not recommend.

I keep saying “this is the last time I go here” but this time I mean it. I asked for white gradient nails with a round shape. As you can see they added pink in and I paid $72 for each one of nails to be a different shape. Just stay away.

Full disclosure! Over price for some rushed work! my nails were uneven, lumpy, thick and just not smooth! This is the second time that my nails just looked all types of silly and weird overall super annoyed. Wont be back! Not bout to play on my nails anymore. Im too picky any very particular about the way I like my nails and then they have the audacity to get rude and mad when you try to tell them the way you like YOUR nails?? Im paying you MY money! This salon is pretty new to my area. My first visit was a “ walk in” and I got right in. Moments later several customers came in, so I think an appointment is the way to go. I always have trouble deciding what color I want so I picked a neutral. Kim, the nail tech made a suggestion and I think it worked out really well. I’m going back tomorrow for a pedicure . The shop was very clean and they use sterile tools🙂. I would give them five stars but like I said it was just my first visit.Update** I went back the next day for a pedicure. Kim was my technician again (I made an appointment) and she did A TREMENDOUS job. She took a towel from the steaming hot box ( heaven) 😅😅😅 We had good conversation and the massage chair was so comfortable. There was good music playing and I enjoyed 30 min of the best “ME” therapy I’ve had in a long time😀

My experience was iffy. They only had 2 workers there and we had an appointment for 3 of us. We were each waited on one at a time. The gal that did my nails wasn’t too friendly. No chit chat at all and she rushed on my manicure. She barely pushed my cuticles back, so when she did the gel nails - she didn’t paint all the way back, so even when I got home my nails looked grown out. ONE week later, the paint was peeling off. Not pleased at all with the result. She later turned away a customer that had an appointment.

The woman I had taking off my nails was rude. It seemed like I was just a bother for her to work with. All I wanted was my acrylic nails taken off, and I ended up sitting for 25 minutes with both of my hands in hot bowls of acetone, which is not safe in the first place. My hands feel awful, there’s pieces of acrylic now stuck to my fingers, my fingernails feel brittle and there is STILL a layer of a layer of acrylic nail on all of my fingertips. I do not understand at all why they use such harmful toxins on my hands to make them feel so dry and irritated only for there to still be acrylic nail on top of my natural nails, and she did not even cut my natural nails evenly. I’ve had good service here before, but the woman named Lily was not very personable and I honestly feel that this was a very lazy job done. I really did like going here because they’d given great service before, but this was unacceptable for me. I’m not sure if I will be going back to this nail salon.

I have never had so many compliments on my nails!First of all, with my first phone call, they welcomed me to come in, without an appointment! (Loved that!)Next, they took time to help me pick out the perfect nail color and design for my acrylic nails. My nails have never been so perfectly shaped and manicured!I highly recommend them! They even gave me sweet gifts, before I left! Wow!!

They will overcharge you! I got the exact same gel manicure on two different visits and was charged two different prices.My best friend and I went in for manicures. Harley sat us down and wrapped both our hands in acetone. She did not say they were running late. She ended up leaving my HANDS IN ACETONE for an HOUR AND A HALF while they started working on 3 other people who came in after us. Those people HAD NOT been waiting before us, as Harley claimed in her response to my first Google review. Harley didnt start telling people that they were running late until people started complaining and until I had been waiting with my hands in acetone for an hour. If they were running late, thats totally fine and I wouldve understood, but she didnt tell us that. She shouldve told us right when we walked in. She just had us wait without any notice. And, again, she had already wrapped my hands in acetone! She came over and told me she would be with me in 10 minutes after an hour of sitting. 30 AFTER THAT, another woman came over to do my manicure. If she opened an hour late ( which while in the salon on the May 6th she said she opened only half an hour late) then why didnt she tell us that immediately?? The woman who did my nails skipped steps and did a very sloppy job. I had to fix my own nails when I got home. I was also charged two different prices for the exact same gel manicure on two different visits, so per their own pricing, I was over charged on one of those visits. They were all very unprofessional. Harleys response to my first Google review was rude and combative. Im actually a very understanding person who is patient, kind, always tips, and I dont typically leave reviews, especially bad ones. This was incredibly unprofessional and now that I know theyve been overcharging me, I felt it necessary to leave reviews so people know how they run their business.

Me and my friend got two sets of nails done yesterday, and the attitude from the older lady Kelly was very unprofessional, plus she charged my friends card extra. I got powder dip so I understand why mine was $65 but I don’t understand why my friends was $65 was well when she only got nail polish (let alone having her card charge $77) it’s sad that the younger lady was so nice to me, and I had to sit there and watch Kelly have such an attitude and kept walking away while doing my friends nails. I’ve never seen something so unprofessional. I would love to come back again because my nails came out good, but the way their running there business I don’t feel the need to even go back. And if I ever do some back Kelly is not touching my nails.

Ive been going here for a long time. This time I sat with Ashley and Aden who are new. Aden did my nails. And let me tell you, they turned out amazing. Aden convinced me to try something new, and I love it! They both talked to me the whole time, we laughed and jokes, it was absolutely fantastic! I LOVE this place! Not only do I keep coming back because of the amazing job they do, but I will keep going back because of the awesome people! Ashley and Aden are an amazing addition to the team!

I had went for a natural eyelash “extension” and came out with eyelash clusters instead and LOTS of glue and a very very full look after I had asked for natural 2 times, 3 weeks later they’re coming out taking out my real eyelashes along with it... I don’t recommend the eyelash extensions as to I had never gotten them in my life and now my real eyelashes which were very health are coming out with ALL the glue!!!

I went in today to get a new set for my mom and I and color. My color color is all lumpy and each finger the nail shape is off. The lady was in a rush and I told her many times to slow down my mother did also. We are both not very happy with our nails. My mom is not happy also with how short her nails are. The ladys did not listen to what we wanted at all.

I was very upset last time.She refused to do my nails the way I wanted them done. I had her do my eyelashes they fell off the first day! Ive had my eyelashes done for a long time its not like I dont know how to care for them. I told her numerous times I didnt want anything but the way the nails were in the picture she didnt listen. I even asked for her to cut them shorter and she refused. Now Im never going back and will have to find someone to redo these ugly nails. They also trash talked Tina an ex employee. Asked for a simple design they charged me over 60 dollars. she was cutting the nails very short i asked for them to be a bit longer and she said it would cost more. when she started to do thee design she grabbed the wrong color and when i told her the design didnt look anything like how i wanted it she argued with me saying they look just like the nails i wanted . i asked her to fix them and she made them worse. when i nicely asked her to just take the nails off she argued with me saying they look just like the nails i wanted and took them off aggressively and didnt even take the acrylic jus cut the tips off. will never be coming back

I came here to get my nails and toes done for graduation. My toes came out perfectly, but my fingers not so much. The lady doing my nails was super annoyed with my fingers and how they kept moving. She did my nails way to thick, she didnt clean the underneathe of the nails, nor did she cover the entire nail. I wont be getting my nails done here again.

Feit VERY comfortable in this salon. The salon was very clean and practicing COVID 19 safety guidelines to the maximum. Temperature was taken and staff made you feel safe and comfortable. GREAT JOB!

My partner and I went for pedicures, manicures, and eye brow waxing. We had the best experience! I love my nails! The ladies were so nice, and made us feel extremely comfortable! My partner got the pedicure that included the hot stone massage, she was practically sliding out of her chair she was so relaxed! (It may have been the margarita she was served with her package, but I dont think it was that strong 😉)I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know! And I cant wait to go back!

Until I have a chance to review the camera with the owner to show I did not get what I asked for but asked to pay for anyway. I will happily give 5 stars because they do have a return policy meaning you have 5 days to dispute and/ or receive a refund which is more than most salons offer.

Came here to get a manicure the day before Christmas instead of waiting Mrs.Lyn set me up an appointment to come back which was great instead of waiting hours, was able to make errands. Mrs.Lyn the owner talked me into getting a full set to make my nail beautiful for Christmas.. Let her know usually i get a manicure because nobody does my nail that last long. Well end up getting a full set and Omg Mrs.Lyn did a wonderful job. Also got a pedicure from Ms.Amy & Ms.Jen on other days great job!!

I have been coming here to see Amy for about 6 months now. I am a simple girl, coffin shape and one solid color on my nails and I even get my eye brows done. I have also sent three girls here to get their nails and toes done. I loved going here. I tried to confirm Sunday’s hours or just make an appointment for Monday and received this message from my tech, “I’m too busy, I can’t do your nails anymore. You too hard satisfied and I’m not trying to do your nails. Sorry for the inconvenience.” This is extremely unprofessional. I could understand if, in fact I was a difficult client, but a simple coffin shape and solid color are not hard to please me with. Needless to say, I will not be going back and everyone I had sent there has seen this message and they will not be returning either.

Had me sit for 30 minutes just to do the opposite of what I asked for. I asked for designs. Left with nail polish coming off my nails. Mind you this was my first experience. I just wouldnt recommend going.

The guy acted like he didnt even want to do my nails and I showed him a pic of what I wanted. They didnt even have the stuff. Plus I have always had a towel under my hands while getting nails done. Nope. Just right on the counter weird.

First time going and my nails didnt harden at all so they got ruined that day. Also the polished sucked and has been chipping away so much and I just got them done. My sister was with me and they kept cutting her also. I do not recommend
