Marcella had a terrible attitude, was incredibly rude, and hung up on me without asking about the purpose of my call.Called with questions, Marcella answered the phone and was incredibly rude. She did not offer an opportunity to let me clarify the purpose of my call, or direct it to the appropriate department/ representative...she quickly hung up on me.

Marcella was great...awesome boss...I would love to work for her again!
