Dump It has only 5 star reviews because they earn them! Weve used them for almost three years and theyve always been great and reliable. Im writing my review today because the driver got out of the truck and brought our can to the street this morning because we forgot to and hesaved us a week long nuisance. We really appreciate it!

Ive been a customer for 2 1/2 years. I had my first missed pickup and I called to report it. I got an automated text, which I responded to. Their response to me was timely and helpful, and my dumpster got taken out the next day. Im very happy with the overall service and was pleasantly surprised with how easily my only problem got resolved.

I had to get rid of my couch short notice. They came immediately and removed it. The communication was great and the payment was simple. They were in and out in less than a minute. If I need anything else removed they’ll be #1 on my list to call.

Colton was super. Gave a fair quote and arrived on time. Quick and very efficient.Would use again.

This company is AMAZING!!!! I can not say enough good about them. We started our service with them a few months ago and they have went above and beyond. We had our son in law taking our garbage before this so we have forgotten to take the garbage can out a couple times. The driver has went up to our house and taken it out and dumped it for us. Now that is what I call service. No one should expect that and I dont expect that ever, but I sure do appreciate it and think that he is so AWESOME!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

We have been very happy with the service Dump It offers! This morning my husband was leaving for work and saw the garbage truck pulling up. A piece of cardboard had blown out of our dumpster the night before. The worker noticed, got out of his truck, picked up the cardboard, put it back in the dumpster then unloaded the dumpster into the truck. We were very impressed.

Forgot to put our garbage cans out this morning, still shocked to believe that the driver stopped and took the time to come and get our garbage cans off the driveway and get them dumped and even put them back. We are 100 % happy with our dump it service. They keep us updated when pick up days may vary, due to holidays. Love their cans and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a different trash pick up service. I’ve used dump it for personal residence pick up and also on a business /construction dump. We’ve been using Dump It for two years for residence pick up and we really like it. The price has stayed the same for both years. Around Christmas time our garbage was overflowing and we forgot to walk it out to the street. The Dump It Employee walked up to our house, took our garbage container out to the truck, emptied it and returned the container back to where we leave it. We were really impressed and grateful.

These guys are legit on customer service! They are absolutely amazing. Im not saying theyll do this every time, but a few times weve missed our dump day and theyve grabbed our garbage can and dumped it for us. We try not to do that because its quite obnoxious Im sure but they want satisfied customers and they care about you! I would recommend these guys 110% over the others.

Curtis and his crew are absolute rockstars!! I was in IF to get our old family house cleared out and ready for sale and Curtis made that job much easier on me. I found him to be extremely professional and conscientious and the crew he sent (Colvin, Gage and AJ) were outstanding! They arrived on time, got straight to work and got the job done in less than the quoted 4 hours (and thats even with a stop for lunch) and were very careful to make sure that as they were moving items out of the house not to damage any surfaces in the process. Additionally, one of the other things that I especially appreciate about Dump It is that instead of taking everything directly to the landfill, they took the nice furniture and items that my parents had worked for and carefully selected to a donation center so that it could be given a second life. They would very much appreciate that. If you find yourself in a situation where you need to get furniture and other items cleared out of a house, do yourself a favor and give them a call. These guys do a great job! We contract with them for our residential garbage and use their dumpster for commercial jobs. They are always prompt on their service. I forgot to bring my residential garbage to the curb one day, and the driver got out of his truck and brought my can to the curb. I am very pleased with their customer service, love that it is a local company, and happy with their prices. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I stopped into their office early in the morning after driving by and seeing their sign on the side of the road. I talked to the owner and he was very friendly. I compared pricing with him and the county on their 30 yard dumpster and he was the same price but he offered a 16 yard dumpster which the others didnt offer. The sides were much lower which helped accommodate my smaller loader. He had it delivered by my specified time and was able to haul it off as soon as I had it loaded. The price was great and also the service. I would recommend this smaller dumpster if you have a smaller loader or tractor. Very pleased from start to finish.Jeff Swore

Very easy to work with. I called to get a bin and the next day it was at my house. Great prices. I was doing spring cleaning. The county hatch pit is too far from my house. I wouldve needed to make several trips. Dump-It worked perfectly!

Trash pickup isn’t really anything to get too excited about but I made the switch to DumpIt nearly a year ago and I have to say I’m a big fan. I’ve tried 2 other services in Bonneville County and don’t really have anything negative to say about them because as long as they pickup my trash once a week, what is there to complain about. But Ive learned to love a couple of benefits that DumpIt offers that none of the others do.I switched to DumpIt because my previous service was kind of a nightmare to pay because I don’t like to write checks and mail them in. Payments are one of the things that DumpIt excels at, they send me an email every quarter and I can pay the bill from right there in my email … it’s insanely easy.Another thing I’ve learned to love about DumpIt is the text notification when service is delayed due to a holiday. I think we’ve all taken the trash out and had it not get picked up only to realize that there was a holiday earlier in the week that delayed service. Or you know there was a holiday earlier in the week but you’re not sure if it was a holiday that was going to delay the service so you take it out just in case. With DumpIt you can sign up for a text notification to let you know each time a holiday will delay your service so if you forget or you’re not sure, they remind you.Last and probably least I like the green can, it’s a silly thing but for whatever reason I prefer the green to the crazy bright alternatives.

Curtis is one of the best service industries representatives I have work with in 38 years in construction. At point of sale the enthusiasm is always high to attract your business and simmers down as the supplier provides your services month after month NOT SO WITH DUMP IT . Every contact with Dump it representatives we get the feeling they are trying to earn our businesses all over again. Never been told a seclude they did not keep. Problem solving abilities are exceptional . Our dumpster was over filled by unauthorized users. We called Curtis told him what happened and we advised him to bring another dumpster out to manage the overflow. We expected a additional delivery charge and dump fee. Curtis told us not to worry about it its not the first time this has happened he sent out a driver who spent a lot of extra time securing the load and delivered a empty dumpster, no additional charge. FIVE STARS FO SHO I ordered a bin and the first thing the driver asked on delivery was wheres the septic sprinklers and where would I like and offered to open the door to my happiness when he came and picked it up I had some garbage that missed and instead of leaving it he did a walk around and made sure all the trash was picked up before he loaded it on the truck I would definitely recommend thats guys for your spring or fall cleaning
