This guy is amazing. He could tell the quality of the steel of a blade just by giving it a quick look over. He knows his stuff VERY well. I got Two knives done for 10 bucks (he charges based on length: things like serrated blades will cost more). He can also reshape knives.I highly recommend him if youre a restaurant owner with a lot of knives to sharpen.If youre interested, he also makes fly-fishing hooks.On top of all of this, he keeps a bunch of knives on hand that you can essentially buy from him for the price of sharpening them.As long as I live in Idaho, Rob is going to be my go-to guy for sharpening knives.
