My daughter and I went in to look at new sewing machines. The salesperson who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional and patient as my daughter tried out the machine she was interested in. I love the variety of merchandise thats available at the store. They had two racks of beautiful holiday quilting fabric that were marked down 50 to 70% off. They also have lots of sewing notions for quilting and embroidery and a good selection of threads.

I took my sewing machine in for service and repair. The technician, Caitlynn, was so impressive - very professional, knowledgable, and a great listener. When I picked up the machine, she asked a few questions to find out if I had any concerns about my machine, then she taught me clearly and concisely wanted I asked about. In just a few minutes, I felt like a pro at servicing my machine. I think if she had discovered from her questions that I was not interested in learning about my sewing machine, she would have just as pleasantly acknowledged that and made me feel equally as successful. She is a wonderful salesperson, people-person, and has great technical skills as well. Well done.

Speaking of the fabric and sewing half of the store my wife says it was very nicely displayed and had a wide variety of stuff. She likes quilt stores and it looked like it was all Hardware so I almost didnt go in but then made me wait 45 minutes while she looked at all the stuff so obviously they have a good selection, and unique merchandise as she came back with another bag of absolute necessities.Business with lots of other things to sell you, my wife said they had a very friendly staff and if we were in this area we would definitely do business with them again

Great customer service. Went into buy a new pump for the hot tub. Of course weather is bitter cold so it was kind of a rush. Instead they offered to fix the existing pump and had it done within a few hours. Nice to find places that value the customer still.

My husband and I went in with high expectations after reading the reviews. We were in the market for a hot tub. We entered the show room it was bare, we made a loop around the place looking at the prices. Sales associates were laughing and talking and standing around, but no one greeted, acknowledged, or approached us. After 10 minutes in the store, we took our business to Hidden Treasures in Shelley, they greeted us in the parking lot and had several models to show us. That is why you wont find me as a customer in your database. I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 because I liked your inventory of sewing machines. However, I am not sure I will come back to buy one from you.

Good service especially from Service guy Mike. I was a little confused on the SmartTub app (which controls the tub from your phone). That is a pretty expensive option - make sure you understand whether you have it or not and whats involved when youre buying the tub.

I am so impressed with Brady’s of Idaho Falls!! I called them about fixing my water softener that I had bought from them in 2003. They sent a nice gentleman out to my house that day! He fixed the water softener and charged me less then I was quoted on the phone! They made it so easy and stress free.

Awesome hot tub service. I am so glad Bradys is open on Saturdays. My hot tub was not heating so I called early in the week to get a repairman out but no one is home on the weekdays & they scheduled a service call for Saturday. They also explained about putting a small heater in the equipment area just to keep it from freezing. The repairman knew just what to do & had the parts needed to get me up & running.

Worst hot tub experience ever. Received a hot tub. With nothing working and Wrong hot tub cover. Then they gave me excuse after excuse after excuse. After complaining enough they brought me another hot hut. But yet again with the wrong hot tub cover. And not working again. So I went into the unit and found out everything was unplugged. All the pump wire were not plugged into the mother board. This was after they said “we will test everything and make sure it’s working. And we will make sure it’s the correct hot tub cover.” Then Their maintenance guy wouldn’t be back for a couple weeks. So I had to figure out the wiring plugs. And the owner Brad Brady would not contact me. I left messages for weeks every day. Finally when he does contact me. He says. “I won’t deal with you or talk to you because you can’t talk like an adult.” Then hangs up on me. But when I was talking to him. I kept correcting his lies and excuses he kept trying to make. He did not like that and called me childish. Worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY!!!!

They need a class in customer service. I was greeted with a not so friendly voice. I did get my part. But at no time was anybody friendly. Just a here is your part see ya later.Then when I called them to come out to service my tub I was told they would call me within two hours. I called them later that day. The lady on the phone said they never call back the same day but wait until they have a few services to do then call and schedule. She said they would call the next day. 3 next days later I called someone else and received great customer service and my tub is up and running..Horrible customer service. Avoid this place.It is not living up to my expectations. The point is you did not live up to the expectations that you as a company set for me. Also my first contact with you was on wed. You always seem to have an excuse.

Bradys is such a unique store. They have everything from hot tubs, pool tables, sewing equipment, exercise equipment, and more. The thing I love about them is their customer service. They always have helpful staff that knows their product and is able to show you the benefits of everything youre looking at. Plus as a bonus their prices many times are less than what you can find on the internet. I would definitely recommend shopping them and supporting a local business.

I recently bought a hot tub (from Bradys). At first I looked around at a couple different places to see what my options were. When I went to Bradys the first time I talked to one employee and wasnt too pleased because of the way he was towards me. He acted like he wasnt very interested in talking with me and that he didnt want to put the effort to actually sell anything to me. Maybe it was because I am young and look like I cant afford a hot tub, or that I had a child with me that was a little bit on the wild side, or maybe I just misread the situation, I dont know. Anyways, I really liked the hot tub at Bradys so I went back to purchase it. When I went back, I ended up talking with a different person (Tom was his name, I believe. And I think he is the manager as well.) He was very nice and helpful towards me and made everything very easy. 😊 When it was time to get it delivered and set up, the guys were very nice, professional, and did more work than is normally asked of them. I say this because I had a car on the side of my house (that was in the way of my backyard gate) that wouldnt start when they got there so they went out of their way and helped move the car (which again was not part of their job). The delivery guys put the hot tub in my back yard, filled it up, and set everything up very fast. They explained how to use it and everything else I needed to know. Overall, I had a very good experience with Bradys and their employees! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! 😊 Thank you!

I bought a sewing machine here. I felt like the salesperson didnt respect me, or the research I had already put into finding a machine that would work for me.Later when I needed help with the tension, the repair person was out of town. I asked for a quote before they fixed it, but was not contacted until after they had done an entire tune up. There was nothing wrong other than the tension, and the report I received with the machine said as much. I paid $75 for a tune up that I didnt need or want. I wont be coming back. I was very pregnant at the time, and at least an employee carried the machine out to the car for me.*update* I was called by Steve Brady who did some research, and saw that my machine was still under warranty. They refunded me the cost of the service, and apologized for the mix up. I appreciate the time he took to go some research, and kindly called me to fix it. I should have called them directly, and apologize.

Not sure how to rate this business or even if this business is in the business of selling things. We came into this store yesterday about 5:30 pm. There wasnt anyone around. We came in, we looked around at a few spas, we played with the nifty cover over one of the spas, we waited to be greeted or asked if we needed help, we left. Please understand Bradys, we came to your business cash in hand, ready to purchase a spa. It doesnt look like you were ready to sell one though. We went to Leisure Time, we were greeted immediately and our spa will be delivered when we return from our vacation.Responding to Brad Brady -- We came in on 8/4 at approximately 5:30 pm. You can see us playing with the cool spa cover that raises and lowers with a button. We figured if we played with something we might get someones attention and might get some questions answered. We looked at every single tub in the place -- you can see us walking around checking them out. We watched Phil Moon come in, go to the counter, purchase something. We left at around the same time as Phil Moon. Leisure Time brought us our spa last Thursday, so were pretty sure our business was important to them.

The fellow demonstrated his knowledge well of the subject and he researched what we were there for and answered all our questions. Great selection! Youre not likely to find a better selection anywhere in Eastern Idaho. Some of their employees are truly super dumb-asses, like I am amazed they dont fall down more. But if you make the effort to find one of their good employees (they do have a few) then you can get excellent and knowledgeable service with a smile.

So I have had nothing but issues with Brady’s. They brought this hot tub last week to upgrade me from the last piece of junk they sold me. This one none of the jets were plugged into the circuit board. After getting the jets working and getting it to finally heat up. I finally decide to get into it and try it out. Within 20 minutes. The water was half Way down and the jets and lights are freaking out. Then it starts to make noise and shuts down. Wow. And Brad Brady the owner has been arguing with me trying to tell me minor issues. They haven’t done anything they said they were going to do. And keep giving me lies and excuses . I’m just really glad nothing seriously bad happened tonight like getting electrocuted or something from this pile of junk. This is not minor issues.

Poor customer service! I attempted to purchase (or order) a sewing machine part from this store. The sewing area staff were clearly more focused on their sewing group and were quite dismissive of me as a customer. I will not be returning to this business in the future.(Added after store response) To clarify, I was identified as a customer and not a class participant by the sewing area staff. Your staff used a lot of nonverbal means (eye rolling, tone) to clearly indicate my business was not their priority. The trouble with being dismissive of customers who are only buying small parts, is that they often do buy major purchases. We have made several significant purchases at Bradys, but will take all of our business elsewhere.I hope you use this feedback to train your sewing area staff. A disrespectful and dismissive attitude has lost a customer for the store as a whole.

Came in to buy serger needles. A lady came over to help but wasn’t sure which ones were right so she asked one of the other salespeople who was sitting at her sewing machine. She acted like it was really an inconvenience to even be asked a question. Wouldn’t even get up to get the right ones. And she was rude and dismissive to me as well as the other sales lady. The two women were snapping at each other like a couple of kids. Made me quite uncomfortable so I just took the needles the 1st lady recommended and guess what they are the wrong ones but I won’t be going into that store to exchange them.

Bradys is the best! They are the only place that services Catalina spas. They are very knowledgeable about spa maintenance, and have the stuff you need to keep your water clean without harming your hot tub motor. They also sell billiards a mind sewing equipment.

Nice store that is fully stocked with some of the best home entertainment available. However, prices are extremely high. I was looking at hot tubs that would seat 4-6 people and the cheapest one runs for over $5,000. While I believe the quality would be great, five grand is just a little to high for me right now.

Great service! We purchased a Kinetico Water Treatment System from Bradys in Idaho Falls. They installed it, showed us how to operate it and even provided our first bag of salt. When it was time to change the filter, they showed us how to do that too! Fantastic product, top notch service.

Since Brad wants specifics.... here they are. My name is Anna Johnson and I purchased a hot tub personally from Brad at the Eastern Idaho State Fair. He brags about their customer service, well here are my facts. I have 2 male customers from my business that bought hot tubs from Brad Brady the same time I did. They received a good deal plus free items such as a lift cover. I did not receive a lift cover. When I asked Brad why I didnt he said because I got such a good deal!!! I did receive a lift cover from the other store when I complained but only because he is a good friend of mine and he said that receiving a lift cover was part of the EISF deal. I contacted Brad personally in the store and asked that they could come install the lift cover so that I could be sure it was done correctly. (by the way, my two male customers received free installation!!!) Brad acted irritated and grumpy!!! He took down my name and address as if they were going to come install it, and then after I left had the manager of his other store call me and let me know that they would charge me over $250.00 (or somewhere in there) Otherwise they were not going to do it. That manager suggested that I get a male friend and cook him dinner so that he would install it for me!!! So, if you are a female and you go to Bradys, beware and be cautious and dont expect the GREAT customer service that they brag about!!!

We looked at Hot Tubs with Brady’s at the fair and were told it would take 6 weeks to get here after we ordered it. We placed our order on October 6th and paid THOUSANDS of dollars down and were again told it would take 6 weeks and would be here by the middle of November. The middle of November comes and I don’t hear anything so I call and no one knows anything but I am told by JJ that he will find out and call me the next day. 5 days later still nothing, so I call again and he tells me it would be here by the middle of December. Middle of December comes, still nothing so I call again. This time I am told they still have no idea when it will be here, no one knows where it’s at or what stage it’s in or can give me any idea of a delivery date. All they can tell me is it “definitely won’t be here by Christmas.” I tell them that we were told 6 weeks and it’s been 10 and still no one can give me any information and then they lied and flat out denied anyone had ever told me 6 weeks even though that’s what they told me and my husband THE WHOLE TIME. Five minutes after JJ told me that he knows he told us 6 weeks but it’s been 10, his boss got on the phone and then he completely denied saying that. I guess we just made that timeline completely up in our imaginations. I told them if we found one in stock from someone that would deliver by Christmas we would just cancel because we really wanted it by then with family coming and they told me I could not get my money back even though they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain. They were completely rude, non-apologetic, and change their stories every time we talk to them. This is the first bad review I have ever left but I felt a duty to warn people to take their business elsewhere because Brady’s feels ZERO responsibility to follow through with their promises or take your large purchases seriously and when you try to hold them to their promises they will just lie and said they never made them and that it’s “your word against theirs.” I will NEVER be purchasing from Brady’s again. Can 0 stars be an option?
