I had an unpleasant conversation with a gentleman at this store not too many moments ago talking about a machine that I got from them that has not worked well for my mother now for three years. A Jazz II. Tension problems. Tension problems. And a pedal that doesn’t work correctly. The stitches up to seven stitches after you lift your foot. He suggested that we commission it with them or try to sell it ourselves. I said why would we sell a machine that’s not functioning to someone else. He deeply insinuated that my mother and I (who have been quilting for the last several decades with different machines - different brands and different types from embroidery machines to long arm!) don’t know what we were doing! It’s sad that this business doesn’t respect their customers, that they don’t care about the functionality of a product that they sell, and they don’t care about selling a machine that doesn’t work to an unsuspecting customer. My mom spent her retirement money on this particular lemon.
Thank you for your fast service on my serger. We were told our machine would take about 7 days to get back and you finished it in 2! And its sewing great! We know Coronavirus has made things difficult for everyone and you helped us out a lot. Thanks again!
I have regretted my purchase form Garys from the first date of service. They were great when I first purchased and now every phone call and service appointment is a chore. They are rude, nasty, its never done right, things that need fixing never stay fixed for more than a few months at best. Save your mona=ey and your sanity and go somewhere else!!!
Wonderful service. Great price on servicing my machine.
Just left the store in Idaho Falls. They lost a $10,000sale. I’m going to replace my current machine. I was treated so rudely by salesman I picked up my purse and walked out. He Wouldnt turn on machine so I could even test drive. When I asked he pointed at it and said here it is. He acted as if I was bothering him to discuss his machines and their features. Wow they must be doing great to turn away a sale.
Amazing staff, they are so helpful and their prices for sewing machine repairs are really reasonable. Thank you guys for helping me out.
They are awesome to work with! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even thru this pandemic and some of the rude, demanding people they have had to deal with, they are still willing to greet customers with a smile and friendly hello.
Good folks at Garys! Lucas is a top-notch technician...
I love everyone here! They are so knowledgeable and take care of all your seeing needs
Great Service. Kind Employees. And they were able to fix all of my sewing machines at a reasonable price.
Even though I am an experienced seamstress I just bought my first serger! I was very impressed with Garys Bernina and will be back for sure!!
Very friendly and they finished the work quicker than expected!
