I was quoted a price, technician was there for 25 minutes. My cost? $280. When I asked if this was correct, I was told he was an experienced technician. I would sure hope so for the hourly rate.

I was so impressed with our technician Eric. He was so courteous and nice. My kids peppered him with questions about how he pumped our septic and how it all worked. He answered each question so nicely and was so patient in explaining everything. I would absolutely use this company again. They were very professional.

We used AAA to scope our drain pipe and find where they exited our business. Their competitor was unable to preform the job but Kadon from AAA got the job done quickly and in a very professional manner. I can not recommend AAA enough.

These guys are fantastic! Total sewerline replacement and the most honest in Idahofalls, very affordable. I have had to use them three times and each time either the owner of the company or Kaiden came out, very respectful and informative. I highly recommend them! Very good at responding back as well. AWESOME!! Had a backed up plumbing issue around 9 at night 5 days before we were closing on the sale of our home. (Of course). Sewage coming up in the tub in 2 bathrooms. Really gnarly. In between holding back vomit from the smell, I got ahold of AAA sewer and within the hour Kadon and Vin (I think that was their names) were out. Very friendly and professional. Got the job taken care of with minimal mess and had us up and running in less than an hour. SO GRATEFUL they were prompt and professional! Highly highly recommend!!!

These guys are life savers. The fit me into their schedule on a Friday night when my two downstairs toilets wouldn’t flush right Friday morning...They did their work and discovered my two year-old flushed a toothbrush down the toilet and was clogging my septic pump. :(They also discovered that I was lucky...I was probably a day away from my basement flooding as a result of toothbrush flooding if they didn’t come out and do what they did.Needless to say, I will be using these guys for anything moving forward. They were stellar.

I called and spoke with someone... made an appointment for them to come check my septic and no one showed. I called several times to see if they were coming and could only get voicemail. I left a message and never received a returned phone call. Nothing like waiting around for no one to show up to check something that could possibly be an urgent matter.

Didnt show up the first time or call either. Locating tools are equivalent of a 5th grade science project and they couldnt find it both times they came to do so. One of the employees was on the phone most of the time they were there telling other customers they would be there, as if they had been waiting some time. When they scheduled the second time they cancelled it and recommended other companies

I had a sewer problem on a Saturday! I called them and left a message, Mike called me right back, came right over and fixed the problem!Momma is happy again and so am I !thsee guys are great!

I made an appointment for between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Took a half day off from work and waited all morning. At 12:15 I called and got voicemail, left a message reminding them that we had an appointment, left name and number and also stated that I could only wait until 1:00pm. 1:00pm still no show, no call. Called again, call went straight to voicemail but the voice mailbox was full. We are required to pick a star to be able to post, but in reality this would be no stars. I do not recommend this company to anyone wanting good service.

Tried to work with this company, don’t live locally but they said they would come out for sewer line cleaning. Price was high for travel, said they would be here Afternoon, they called said they would be later. About 5 I called them they said they were still coming but I would have to pay overtime if they finished after 9. Not a company that deals in customer service. I had to cancel with a bill that was going to exceed 600$ and a hassle!

We have had a few issues with our sump pump and in the basement foundation where water kept leaking through and flooding our basement rooms. We had someone come out that the restoration company recommended. It was a DISASTER!!! AAA came and stopped the mess we were getting into and took care of everything! Since then (2 years ago) I havent had a drop of water in my basement or any backed up pipes. I 100% recommend them.

They pumped our system and did a fine job, but then there was a problem with our pump. They told us they would fix it but kept putting us off for weeks. The owner eventually told us he didnt want to deal with it and told us to go somewhere else. To his credit he called back a few days later and apologized, then took care of the problem.

I would like to change my previous statement I made about this company they called me the following day and apologize for not showing up or calling they showed up at my house repaired the plumbing issue and they were on their way

Dont call you or let you know there running late. Dont clean up after themselves.Ok had to call them back out Grayson arrived on time and was great at explaining things and very professional so I would give Grayson five stars.

Called and spoke with a gentleman who said he would call me back. Three days later i called and talked to him again. He said he promised he would return my phone call that evening. Here it is again 3 days later, and not even a call back. I get that people are busy but to not even return phone calls is unacceptable. Found another company to do it. It will rake them a few days to get to itx but at least i got a call back.

I love a company that does what it says it will do ! Chris, Graceon, and Dillion really delivered on tough service call on our sewer system. After a thorough inspection a problem was discovered on our older system that they fixed and solved in a matter of hours. Very friendly excellent service!

Our septic tank was full, which AAA pumped. We then realized our plumbing leading to the septic tank was plugged up. Chris was super great and helped us every step of the way, staying until we knew for sure the plumbing was clear. Hoorah for Chris, hoorah for AAA Sewer Service and hoorah for a hot shower!

Called for help the voice mail is full . good by!! really!! but they called right back!!
