I drive by this apartment complex everyday. It amazes me that it is so clean and very well maintained. So I decided to go and check out. I was so surprised when the guy opened the door. The office was cleaned and had a fresh clean smell and nice appeal. The staff was so informative about Tax Credit & so many other things. I would never think these apartments were for low income people. The manager REALLY cares about his property. Wish I could have lived here.

I have lived here since 2018 and it is amazing! Spacious floor plans, convenient laundry room and amazing office staff! Any maintenance problems we have had have all been quickly resolved. Property manager is absolutely amazing and super helpful in any time of need! I will always recommend this property to my friends.

I’ve been a tenant since Reserve at Engel Road opened and I love living here! Manuel, the manager is professional, friendly, and always so helpful. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. The property is kept up with nicely and landscaping always looks great. My family is very happy here and management couldn’t be better!

I have lived here for 3, going on 4 years, and I absolutely love it. The management team/maintenance are super helpful. They know their tenants on first name basis. My neighbors are all very friendly, and we all help each other out. I have 3 children, and feel very safe living here.

I love my apartment at the Reserve at Engel. The rooms are large, and appliances are very energy efficient. Im especially impressed with Manuel for his professionalism and timely response to any request that has arisen. Hes a pleasure to work with.

These are great apartments. A great place to call home. The manager and the office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I loved my time there and will always recommend it to other.

This is a great place to live. The management and maintenance are exceptional, and if you have a problem it is addressed right away....with no delays. The property is a quiet community. The grounds are well kept.

It is a beautiful and quiet apartment complex. The layout is quiet spacious. They keep their property clean and they have a pool and small playground for little ones to play.I would call first to check availability or to schedule a walk through they maybe already full.

For the time I have been living here, I have never had an issue, & when I did it was always resolved right away. Management, & Maintenance have always been helpful & always have great attitudes. I am happy living here at The Reserve of Engel.

Cant say friend looking for a place the person think his name was Mario said he would reach out to my friend before Wed. 2-10 so my friend could look at a room that was going to become available and it is now Thur. 2-11 my friend is back to work with no type if contact from there.

I applied or got on the waiting list in Dec2017. I actually received notification in March that my name was next on the list and they had a 1 bedroom coming available. I am now a tenant, I absolutely LOVE IT! The manager is very professional & friendly. He takes care of any of my concerns in a timely manner and maintenance man and manager are a great team. They are on top of the community issues and provide a safe clean, maintenance free community. As a tenant I want to let corporate know that the management team have above average Customer Service skills and they are a class act in representing corporate. I couldnt have picked a better place to call HOME so ... Thank You from a grateful and very pleased tenant.

The Manager Manuel is very helpful and maintenance came out right away, even after hours when I had an AC issue. That was definitely appreciated having a daughter with asthma. Very thankful to be here.

I have been trying to get in contact someone for a week now! This is Ridiculous I have tried calling on the phone almost every single day all I get is the gate code pass I’ve even driven up to the state place to see if anybody was there I’ve emailed about three times today would be for all I just wanted somebody to give me a call back

Been on the waiting list forever. For the passed year now. And still have not heard back from you guys. Why is it so hard to apply for you guys?

I have not lived here but i have been trying to get in touch with the office or anyone for that matter to ask about the waiting list, i have called the office numerous times, and have sent countless emails with no response. I would love to live here, but how can they expect new residents if there isnt anyone who responds

This place overall is pretty good, but the manager and maintenance guy are a pain. The manager recently chained the pool for the weekends and only has it open during the day when he says he can issue wristbands or so he says. I actually think he is doing this to be able to see the women that live here as this is mostly a low income single women place. That really makes me uncomfortable and not even wanting to take my daughter to the pool as I feel he is always watching the women in the pool. The manager’s office is right in front of the pool. The manager and the maintenance guy daily do inspections and I feel real uncomfortable as it’s only me and my daughter and i feel helpless when they are in my apartment . Does anyone know what I can do to take action against all of this discrimination, he is a bully by all imaginable words, any input would be greatly appreciated it thanks.

They seriously need to build more complexes.The 2 year waiting list is ridiculous and with the prices they have of course nobody is ever going to move out, you would assume with the volume of people wanting to live there theyd build more but nope. Wouldve given a 5 star review if they had more buildings and a realistic waiting list.

There’s always cops here, the property manager is very unprofessional and rude!!, And maintenance guy seems very lazy there’s always trash around the buildings . They are nice apartments but people are always wondering around in the middle of the night, the pool is always dirty . Oh and you have children be careful people drive like idiots around including the maintenance guy. People are always fighting for the parking spots. Just not a good place over all . And can have complained to the upper management but never get a call back or no one ever answer the phone

I would LOVE to be able to live here. I spoke to agent Lisa this evening. She said shes going to put me on the waiting list. We live in Az. and need to move back home to be around our familyI did get to see some of the process of it going up.Its a perfect place and perfect price to me!!!!This would be our forever home.

I applied in 2016 when the applications came out and I was told I was approved and was even told the amount of rent I would pay when the apartments were open. Since then I have yet to hear from anyone, I would really appreciate if someone would get back with me.

I have been waiting for a apartment when they were almost finished built and I still have not heard anything very upset been waiting for a one-bedroom I am disabled and its hard for me to pay high prices on other apartments is very upsetting how long its been I have waiting for a response from anyone at all !!!!! Very disappointed !!!!!

Have been calling, emailing and leaving voicemails since january 2017 when there was no waiting list. have never heard back from anyone, they make it impossible to live here. i drive by and see cars, and think how many hoops did they have to jump just to get in?
