This was my first time at this Salon. I liked how quickly I was seated for my service, and I got a great pedicure. They did a great job. Everyone was nice and we both felt our gel and acrylics were great! Cant say enough good things about this place! Ive never had to wait longer than 5 minutes (without an appointment). Its extremely clean inside and the staff are all so nice and accommodating.

The nail techs are so kind and it just felt like a really great atmosphere. They thoroughly clean the chairs and sinks so it makes as customer feel really safe during this time. The ladies are really nice and friendly and they do really good work. My new favorite nail salon. Theyre very detail-oriented and did a great job with my pedicure and acrylics. The nice thing is they always accommodate me! Thank God.!!!

This place is very clean and relaxing. Stumbled upon this lovely nail spa by accident and I loved it !!! The interior is small but gorgeous. Had the nicest chandelier as well as massage chairs. Got a dip powder gel manicure and pedicure . Everyone is so nice! They are so beautiful! Im in love with my nails! Its amazing service !!!

The owner and his staff were attentive and accommodating and I wasnt nickle-and-dimed with upcharges. I was quoted on the phone and thats what I paid. Fast and well done. Very sterile with all equipment opened on the spot. Will be returning for more gel manicures!I will definitely be going back!

I was pleased to find a familiar face when I arrived. I used to go to het previous nail salon long time ago and I was not aware that she opened a salon at this location. Very nice and professional staff. Highly recommend dip nails over gel. They look much better and last longer! I love my gel manicure . Thank you smiley nails for being so amazing .

Service is always outstanding. The foot massage alone was worth the price. I had to come here to write a review not only for such a good service but how sweet the staff is. I had been doing acrylic nails for over an year and always switching places because of the bad service, bad quality, staff yelling at each other or bad experience in general and finally, finally I can say I found my sweet spot. They are super kind and gentle, they do exactly what you want, super detail oriented!!!

I love the layout inside! The staff keeps their supplies well-organized & up-to-date. Their workplace is clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly. Everyone was professional .They are very welcoming and accommodating in addition to providing beautiful nails.

So I went to trendy nails today to get nails done. I asked for a simple fall theme set she said oh no I can’t do that but yet when I looked at what designs they can do that they have up front when you walk in the design I wanted was on there. So I deceived to just go with a simple one color set since anything I showed her she said no too. So as my appointment went on she kept slapping my hand and was extremely rough. She asked me what glitter I wanted and I asked her witch glitter was mor glittery because you can’t see inside the bottles she ignored me for a good 5 minutes til my husband had to say excuse me my wife is asking you a question. She then rudely said THIS ONE I said ok. She then rolled her eyes at me and started filing super hard and cut my cuticles with her drill. I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t going to be Acknowledged anyway. Her station was filthy. I went and washed my hands and she had another client sit where I was at and started her nails with out even cleaning up from the dust from my nails. I will NEVER go there again. I shouldn’t have even had to pay 50$ for a solid color especially when I left with somthing I didn’t even want.

Great spot for a pedicure! I had no problem getting a pedicure appointment for the same day. What a wonderful place just discovered! They really take their time, so pleasant, clean . They paid great attention to detail and really took the time to do a wonderful job. They have tons of essie and OPI colors to choose from. Everyone is so nice! Im in love with my nails! They are so beautiful!

She did such a great job with my nails. She is meticulous and is always asking about shape and size of nail. I think she really makes the effort to give you the perfect nail every time. Ive been coming to her for as long as I can remember.

The owner helped me and made sure I got the design I wanted even though it was a bit complicated. I didnt know they closed at 7 but he stayed and finished my nails. He stayed an hour after closing instead of turning me away! I just had a pedicure done here yesterday! It was my first time. My nails came out beautiful and they have good prices.

I spent 45$ on acrynails that lasted a week. Currently im missing 2 nails and one is trimmed down due to it tearing half of my nails offI went in and asked them if they could fix it, they told me its natural when you work with your handsi do not work with my hands. They refused me help. My mom got a pedicure for 40and they did nothing except soak her feet and clip her nails. I might have liked this place if they hadnt rushed everybody in and out, then denied their mistakes. I think it may be due to cheap product.

I paid way too much for a pedicure that literally lasted 5 minutes. Its like the guy was trying to set a record for fastest speed. The quality was extremely poor. He brushed on the polish making for a gloppy job, he worked on my calluses for 10 seconds (which did nothing) and Im pretty sure they were using uncleaned tools. He was very rude and trying to rush me so I couldnt even enjoy sitting there for the 5 minutes I was there. Dont waste your money here, go somewhere else.

They got me right in buy way too expensive for the DELUXE rush job they did. Theres an older gentleman that was way too quick and handled my feet roughly. 8 also didnt feel they were sanitizing things well at all.

First time here and I wasn’t impressed by anything. Halfway done and I didn’t even wanted to finish the service. Overpriced and not very nice people. They reuse everything! From clippers to nail filers. Even the pumice stones. When the lady finish painting my nails she took the toe separators and instead of throwing them away she stored them. Everything is not clean and sanitize. The floor is nasty and so is the chairs in this place. I hope I don’t get any kind of fungus from this place.

I’ve been to Trendy Nails many times. They do a medium job, never great but ok. I never quite know how much they are going to charge me even though the prices are hanging on the wall. The don’t speak good English or make an effort to help you understand. Today I got a pedicure and a nail full which according to the sign should have cost me $67 but the guy charged me $79. When I asked about it he mumbled something and reached for my card. I asked about it again and he handed me the receipt and said thank you. Needless to say I won’t be going there again.

Don’t let the OWNER do your treatment. My wife treat me a foot spa to relax but it turned out a disappointment. She keep stopping to my treatment because of the in coming customer and she keep calling on the phone! And she’s very mean and rude. It should be 0 STAR if i can.

1st time I was here, the gentleman did a pedicure and did not do a good job . Today a lady by the name of Jenny that sits at the right hand side of the last roll by the wall . Did me and granddaughter and my daughter a pedicure and my daughter nail . We were all very happy for the wonderful job she did . Thank you

Well.... pedicure started great. Loved the lady in the beginning. She was nice the whole time to be honest. I asked for French tips just automatically thinking they would be acrylic because I have very very short nails. Nope. Halfway through I told her I wanted acrylic and she told me that this was better for my nails to do gel.... I just blew it off whatever. How expensive could it be to paint white tips with gel..... $75 dollars for gel on my hands and feet. Prices are not listed anywhere.Dead spider squished on the wall and the floor was disgusting in the bathroom.

I have never been so disrespected...I called to see if they were taking walk-ins and I couldnt understand what the lady was saying so I said what and she said( if you need your nails done I have an appointment and you come now!!! Yelling) and I could hear other employees laughing .... Then I decided to give them a second chance and got there and they made me wait for 30 minutes and told me to move out of the way... So I refused to give them my business. And left

This was the fastest, worst pedicure I have ever received. The guy was rough, cut my toe, filed a sore onto another toe, charged me 10 dollars more than the brochure stated. It says 45, he charged me 55. Then the 10 minute massage was 90 seconds at most!. Don’t waste your money!!!

What a waste of money and time. The man who did my pedicure did a horrible job and just rushed through the whole pedicure process. It also was way too expensive. I’m so annoyed I paid over $30 for a basic pedicure that wasn’t even an enjoyable experience.

Got a pedicure from Jason, hands down BEST pedi I’ve had ever. The foot massage was so relaxing. They got me in right away, even started my full set during my pedicure. Best service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely going back!

By far the worse place Ive ever gone. Fairly run down and old chairs. I thought I would give it a chance, but it was BAD. The older gentlemen that did my pedicure really hurt. He seemed bothered to be doing it at all. They didnt use any liners or clean anything after I left my chair. They were really overpriced compared to other places and constantly tried to upsell without asking. My foot is still hurting from this place and I pray I dont get an infection 😬😬😬

I got my nails done, the looked pretty, the color. But it wasn’t the color I wanted. I told her it wasn’t the right color, she didn’t change the color anyway. The nails were to short. I asked her for a medium, rounded length. I got almond and they look like tiny shark teeth!When I got home all my finger tips, where my actual nail is started to burn and hurt. I tried a hack where you can remove the tips on your own. My finger nails are gone from what ever they used! I still have acrylics on top of my fingernails so now I have to pay 50 bucks to get my nails removed where I kindly live! I do not recommend and not going back!

Im giving two stars because my nails look great.I can not believe the rudeness I experienced today. I have never seen such rude ladies as I did at this salon.I watched another customer get treated with so much disrespect.. .Im not sure how she even stayed.The tech that did my nails kept rolling her eyes at me and kept talking about me to another nail tech.It was the most uncomfortable experience ever.Its a bummer because my nails are really nice....but because of the way I was treated and the way others were treated, I will never go back.I also asked the nail tech her name and she refused to tell me...she said her name is no name and apparently that is the managers name too.

I went there almost 2 weeks ago with my bestfriend and the sign said full set 25 dollers so were like cheap it ended up being 80!! bucks and they were rude lastly my aryilic fell of after 1 and a half weeks not going back

The lady who helped me was very Nice, but the lady who helped my sister was extremely rude and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. When she checked her bank this morning she noticed they charged her card twice and will not refund the second charge. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I came here with my mom to get our nails done for her wedding and our overall experience was absolutely terrible. They were very unprofessional and rude. They acted as if they were in a hurry when we were one of the only people in the salon. One of the ladies names was “Jenny” and she was very rude to my 11 year old sister for simply looking at the colors. This place needs to learn how to be more respectful towards their paying customers!

I wish I had read the reviews before I made my family hang out at the mall for an hour to get into this place. It has been years since I’ve had my nails done. I’ve been doing them myself but takes a long time and want to just have them done quickly but CORRECTLY!! The lady rushed through the process, which I actually thought was a good thing. I work a lot of hours and was excited to think it would just take a short time and not much $$! The prices were great if they did a good job! I got a little leery when she began polishing without having me wash all the nail dust off. I tried looking at them between coats and she insisted I put my hand in the curing lamp. I figured it was gel polish and assumed it was included as I was never told and never saw a sign that gel polish was $15 more. Once done, I’m trying to get all my stuff together, and she rushes me to pay and it’s 40$! Then I’m trying to figure out that shocker (gel polish) to look at my nails. I pay, I TIP!!!?!, get out of there and look and am just heartbroken! They are awful!! I have pictures! Nails have a natural curve.... mine had none, were actually curving up at the tips! I hate that. Never again. I’d go back and make them fix it, but I live in Teton city. While I work in Idaho falls, I’m not there at a time I could just swing in and argue my point and hope they fix it. And when I left initially, it was right at closing time and I’d already made my people wait for hours to get the appointment.

When I moved here I needed to find a nail place and after trying a few others with no success, I had found my place at Trendy nails! Ive been coming here for over a year and I love everyone there. They become like family. I always go there with no idea what to do with my nails and they come up with amazing designs and I get compliments everywhere I go.

Just got a gel manicure. It was absurdly quick and very poor quality. The person was on the phone the entire time and I had to remind her which finger she had painted already. Didnt shape my nails, do anything for my cuticles, or spend any effort to make it an enjoyable experience. I would go anywhere else before coming back here.

Would not recommend! I went in for a manicure this last weekend. The nail tech was very rude throughout the whole experience. No friendly greeting or talk throughout the whole experience. I wanted a normal manicure and she tried to upsell me to gel nails 4 times. When I went to pay, she didnt want to take my debit card and demanded I pay in cash...so weird. I said no and she ran the card reluctantly. Left just feeling like I was yelled at the whole time. Just a bad experience, wont be going back.

Professional and friendly experience! First time, I went all over Rexburg and several places in IF. Theyre the only ones who made time for me on a busy Saturday evening! Great quality and clean. I loved my nails and the pedicure! They’re sweet to my 3-year old who comes with me.

I recently got a fill there n on the board it says 16.00 n I ended up with a charge of 32.00Wow right so they charged the fill 5.00 for the color of nail polish n Another 5.00 for a different color for 1 finger n 5.00 to shorten n 1.00 to clean back of nails.I was not happy for all these extra costs they really know how to rob someone blind...i grant it they get people in n out but why not build relationships n know people wanna feel beautiful but not at a cost where u over chargeI would recommend going n finding someone thatll treat u better n take care of u as a person n charge reasonableSo Im telling u if U gotta go there by all means go but dont ask for anything extra cuz it costsFrom color to shaping to decors its a hack for them to steal from us.....

A friend and I went in to go get our nails done, the lady charged me extra for doing two nails matte, took the e-file to my natural nail and burned my skin and nail with it, was hurting my friend and myself while she was doing our nails. My nails were crooked and I had to fix them when I got home. I also did glitter and there wasn’t enough coats on my nails so you can basically see threw them. My total should’ve been 52 dollars but they charged me 72 once everything was said and done. Definitely not cool stealing money from customers.

We got an appointment immediately when we called in which was great because every table was filled. My friend was getting a set of acrylic French tips done. We got sat with a gentleman that was very friendly and professional. He was EXTREMELY fast. Done within 20-25 minutes when I’ve sat in the chair for an hour+ at other salons. While working on her he also looked at ideas I had for my own nails and quoted me (I’m going in today). They’re cheaper then a lot of salons I’ve been too and this guy was leaps and bounds better then other salons I’ve been to. There’s only been 1 salon I went to where I didn’t have to reshape my own nails when i came home (I’m very picky) and his work was perfect. I’m way excited that I finally found a nail shop in the area that I can go to regularly.

You definitely get what you pay for. I got a decent acrylic manicure in 20 minutes and it cost me about $30. To me that works great. Its fast, probably not super sanitary and theyre not perfect but they get the job done and do a pretty good job. If youre looking for a professional manicure you will be disappointed, but if you want to get your nails done in under an hour for under $50 I would highly recommend this place.

Terrible experience. I asked for just a gel paint on my finger nails and toes, I did not want a deluxe pedicure or manicure. I let them know that, and she kept trying to upcharge me anyway whether I liked it or not. She cut my cuticles until they were raw, and on my middle finger she cut it so deep that it started to bleed and it didnt stop bleeding until after I left. She tried to stop the bleeding by putting nail glue on it, which didnt work. Instead of apologizing, she said it was because my hands were dry. Which is non sense, I watched her cut me. My blood was all over the towel, nail file, and nail polish brush. There was nothing sanitary about how she handled the cut. She then continued to over charge me, and I left bleeding. It was such a horrible experience, and so disrespectful.

I’ve never been treated so poorly before and I NEVER care enough to write reviews but this one deserves it. if you can’t handle working in customer service then quit. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im not writing this review for the company in general, but for the young man that works here which I believe to be Tony. Sorry if it is long.I came here to get a new set of acrylics put on and I was put with Tony. From the get go he seemed like he was in a race to finish my nails so he could work on the next person. Because of him rushing, I felt like I couldnt get the length that I wanted and when I mentioned that a nail was crooked, he blew it off like it was nothing. When it came to the topcoat, he asked me if I wanted it to be normal or shiny. I didnt understand what that entailed so I asked what he meant by shiny. He said both are shiny but one is more shiny than the other. I said okay and asked for the shiny. When it was all finished I went to pay for it and the total became much higher than anticipated. I casually mentioned how I thought it was $25, and he said that an extra charge was for the gel top coat. I never asked for a gel topcoat, but I didnt want to fight it so I paid it anyways and still gave him a tip.About 10 minutes later I went back and spoke with a woman at the counter. I explained the situation calmly and she went to Tony to have him come talk to me in front of the salon. (Keep in mind this is at the mall so theres tons of people and no privacy at all.) He asked what I wanted to talk about and I very calmly explained my concerns and how I didnt know he put gel on my nails. I explained how he asked if I wanted normal or shiny, and he said no. I asked you of you wanted gel and you asked what it was. I responded again calmly and said that he said shiny and never used the word gel. (I know what gel nails are, I wouldnt have asked him to explain what it was.) He then yelled, You know what! And he stormed over to the cash register, took $5 out, slammed it on the counter in front of me and yelled Just take it!! And yelled other things I didnt understand. He slammed the cash register shut and stormed off. Humiliated, I took the money and left.Tony is not professional at all. He does not know how to control his temper in front of customers and is not one to listen and try to understand peoples concerns. I wouldnt have made a deal about it if he had said the word gel but it seemed like he was just tricking me into paying more money. He was not careful at all with my nails and I felt like I had no control over how they were going to turn out. If I had raised my voice I would have completely understood his temper tantrum (well, maybe) but the fact that I was calm and speaking in a quiet tone the whole time gave him no reason to react like that.DO NOT HAVE YOUR NAILS DONE BY HIM

I love this place I went in when they were about to close and the owner treated me very nicelyAnd without hesitation and no rush my nails were done by a very nice lady that works there. She was very friendly and i loved how she asked if i was happy with how they looked. I definitely recommend!

I’ve been getting my nails done from so many different places, and this place is by far THE WORST. The nail techs are rude, one in particular is always on her phone while doing my nails, and the nail tech I saw this past Saturday cut me with the electric filer TWICE. Horrible customer service. They also add extra charges. Please don’t waste your time or money here. It’s not worth it. Truly a waste of time.

Super annoyed. Last Sunday I went in to get some Halloween nails done. This guy started by using the drill thing and nicked me twice. Applied the tips and did them to long but insisted they would look fine. He applied the hardening gel stuff and didn’t thin it down or buff it so my nails were chunky and lumpy didn’t go al the way back to my cuticles so I had a gap already. The gel polish on my thumb started to lift two days later and I had to go back and waited for over an hour and he fixed it for free which was nice but didn’t do a great job. Missed spots but I just wanted to go home my nails only lasted a week and when I went to a different place to get them fixed they were lifting already with a good space of growth. Not to mentioned they charged me for the set for $50!!! Won’t be coming back.

I was a walk-in and the man working said I would have a wait time of 10 minutes. It took an HOUR for me to be seen but I was desperate so I stayed. It was dead silent, they were not friendly or talkative, it was messy and disorganized. Overall an extremely negative experience. Do not go here, the nail job was mediocre at best and the wait time was even worse.

Terrible experience. Unsanitary. Nail technician used long fingernail to use under my toenail during pedicure. Gel manicure was sloppy and gel polish on skin. Two finger nail beds bled. Hang nails left as finished product. Nail was cut on a slant and was told my nail broke even though it was cut slanted by nail technician. Wanted refund or redo, took some convincing. After the redo manicure was complete, I was left with cut and sore fingers. Staff was rude.

We took a friend to get her nails done for her birthday and they made us wait for an hour after telling us it would only be 20 minuets. The kept on telling us 5 more minutes. Finally we left after we realized that they were letting people who were lower on the list than us. this wouldnt have been so bad if it hadnt been the second time this happened! Never go there, it wont be worth your time or money. If at all possible I would give a 0/5.

I have always gone here but my last experience I was charged $10 more for a regular fill. When I asked the man why it wasn’t $16 like usual, he talked way too quiet for me to hear. The only thing I got out of what he said was because of the shape. I got square rounded shape...what I always get. I wouldn’t say the whole staff tries to get money out of you but the older man definitely does. He didnt even do a good job...the sides of my nails were not even covered in the gel color he used. I should have fought it more but didnt want to cause a scene

They used to do a great job and I used to love coming here. Recently, they’re really gone downhill and I’ve noticed it the last few times. I went in today for acrylic nails and she cut them way shorter than she was supposed to and didn’t even make them the right shape I asked for. I’ve been getting acrylics for years and I know it takes 40-60 mins for a good job, she was done in just over 20 minutes so she could get the next person in. They’re so focused on quantity they don’t care about quality. She also cut every single one of my fingers with her drills and she just ignored them bleeding. I don’t recommend going here.

They didn’t listen I told them short and some are short and some are too long and none of them are the same height on either hand. Lady was using dirty implements and was use her drill. I’m cosmetologist and I didn’t say I was. So I wouldn’t go there again and next person who says it’s dirty implements again you should call the board of cosmetology and barbers and let them know. I’m not from the state or I would have done so. Do not go they are to much in a rush and rude.

My first experience here was not great. I got a pedicure with gels. The nail artist didnt take care of my cuticles. They used the tool for it but barely tapped each toe so literally nothing happened. They only did a couple coats of the gel polish and it looked pretty sloppy. There was polish on my skin on almost every toe. Its possible I just got an inexperienced person, since the ladies next to me seemed to be getting much better service.

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. This place is awful. The lady that did my nails hurt me multiple times, I picked out a color, and she said she was out of it, so I said that’s fine just leave them plain, (no color, no topcoat, I was just planning on doing it myself at home), and she didn’t give me an option and just put “clear pink” on top anyway and ignored me. It was so ugly and it was all bubbly and rough, not like you’d expect your finished nails to look like. And 3 of my nails were crooked and not the same shape as all the other coffin nails. I complained and she ignored me. Then as I was paying I told the main lady and she said “I take them off for refund or I fix them” and there was no way in hell I wanted to sit there again for another hour and a half for them to mess it up again. I had to go home and fix them myself with no refund or empathy from them.

I love this place! Have been coming for years. I always get what I want. Beautiful nails and beautiful designs. Always feel welcomed here.

Absolutely love this place. I always get the pedicure with all the extras because of what s great massage you get with it. The staff is friendly and honest about their time.

So this is kinfov a two part review. I had gotten my eyebrows waxed by one of the younger girls and she was very polite great conversation loved my eyebrows. I got my daughters nails painted for her birthday by an old woman and she looked miserable and was rolling her eyes throwing major attitude at my baby she was really scared. I left a very poor tip because if this. A tip still because they did us a service but to act that way towards children is not right. Ive been coming to this salon for years and I feel like its going down a bit :(

The board outside said $25 for a full set and I sat down and she said it was $35 and for the shape i asked for she raised $5 I wanted them matt and it was $5 more I said never mind to matt and I paid $40 for crooked nails and nail polish all over my fingers absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND or at least not with the oldest lady that works there.

Super fast, but also not the best quality manicure Ive had. So if youre in a hurry.. its worth it. The acrylic removal process is painful.. not a soak off.

I got gel manicure $35 and gel pedicure $40. They were very nicely done and latest a long time however I just this think they are over priced. Also even tho I told them I was on my hour lunch break they kept trying to help other people. I was there for an hour and a half.

Do not go to this nail salon. I had a guy named Anthony and he put on Acrylics for me and the same day they were starting to come off. He didn’t even glue down the acrylics all the way so there was a gap in between my nail and the acrylic which is dangerous because it could cause a fungal infection if water gets trapped under it. I went back asking for a refund and the manager was very incompliant and would not give me my money back because he said I still had to pay for his service even though he sped through my nails just so he could move on to the next customer. I am furious I had to pay full price for his speedy service for a day worth of nails. I will never come back here.

She took off my press on (walmart nails) for me and literally sighed and complained the entire time.She was rude, i fought with her for 5 minutes because she kept trying to push me into something more expensive when i didnt want it.She was VERY rough with my hands, my fingers hurt SO badly that I wish i could take these off.The color is pretty, but they arent even shaped properly or done well...Overall a bad and painful experience. :(Not going back.

It used to be a great place, I would take my daughter every few weeks to have her nails done, but they changed owners and now their new staff is unprofessional, rude, inpatient and inexperienced.If somebody knows where the gentleman that used to work there went to, I would really appreciate the info, thanks.

I went to this place once and had no problem. So I Went back a second time but did NOT have the same experience... I asked for only a gel polish and they started doing the manicure. I said it wasn’t what I wanted and ignored me and continued anyway. when they were cutting my cuticles they cut my finger and didn’t care for it and continued to paint over my bloody finger. I told them several times I ONLY asked for a gel polish and they still charged me an extra $10. They didn’t do a terrible job on my nails, they just need to be better at communicating with their customers so they know what they’re paying for..

This place USED to be awesome. Now its in shambled and the staff could care less. Sneaky upcharges (grumbling when I turned down nail art, more grumbling when I asked for it to be removed after saying no in the first place). Inconsistent routines for the same pedicure. The deluxe being performed in the chair next to me was looking much more like what a deluxe pedi should. I left still sticky from the above the knees down from the orange scrub applied before the lotion and the joke of a clay mask (thats been diluted because it used to tingle from the peppermint and now its just cold green goop). Sadly, time to find a new location.

Visited to get birthday nails with my mom. My mom got gels done and after doing the wrong color we spoke up and told them the color was wrong and they harassed us until they got there way. They have bad attitude and very disrespectful.

Poor service! Lady was in a hurry the whole time and had no customers waiting but acted as if there was a major line. I paid the same price I would in a professional salon that actually pays attention to health codes. The pumice stone was practically black before she started scrubbing my feet. I asked her to use a new one and she was very rude about that. Just dont go! By the time they start giving you random fees you pay as much as you would for a proper salon

I did not like this nail salon. It was not very sanitary. The polish they used was not a name brand. My gel manicure lasted 3 days. The polish chipped and was unsightly before the weekend was through. My gel manicures always last at least 2 weeks. I will never go back.

I love this place! Ive never been disappointed with my nails after leaving but I do not recommended coming on a Friday from 3 to 7 it is very busy!

My regular nail salon was recently sold which was an inconvenient blow to getting my nails done. The new owners have decided to skimp by purchasing low quality supplies while increasing prices that come with a bad attitude from the staff. Naturally, I needed to find a new salon and thus decided to try out this establishment. I didnt make an appointment as they have it posted that they welcome walk-ins. Even tho there were about 10 other customers I only had a wait time of approximately 3 minutes. I got a full set of gel nails that I am EXTREMELY pleased with, so I felt comfortable getting an eyebrow waxing as well. That was also of great quality-other places dont remove as much hair as I want due to their own personal preferences for themselves, which massively irritates me since I am paying for a service done to me. For both services, an eyebrow waxing and a full set of gel nails, my total cost was $45- $10 for eyebrows and $35 for my nails. At my former salon I wouldnt have been able to get my nails done for $45, let alone nails and eyebrows, for the reasons listed above. I definitely plan on returning here for my nail fills, any new sets as needed as well any eyebrow waxings. If my next visit continues this positive experience I will be inclined to try some of the other services they offer.

Not very clean and very un professional. Did white tips had to pay $5.00 extra for s clear top coat.the girl who did my pedicure was good however when she asked one of the coworkers to hand her a clean towel and she just threw it on my lap. Also not able to leave tip on my credit card and use cash only for tips is inconvenient in thus day and age. Will go somewhere else next time.

If there was an option that was Lower than one star, it would be more honest of a rating. The respect and customer service was a joke.

Went to get my nails done put my name done they said, 1 hour, went to eat came back not even gone 30 minutes they crossed my name out, I asked why, oh you no answer you phone, oh hey you no call me. Highly regret trying this place, just a chop shop. Very bad

First off they told us a 20 minute wait and it ended up being over an hour. On top of that, the OWNER of the salon pushed me into a chair and overcharged me by $20. Not impressed at all.

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Me and my friends went the there to get our nails done and the employees were rude, most the nails he put on are crooked, the tools he used were filthy, he really rushed himself, and the man working on my friends nails kept trying to take her phone and shut it off.DO NOT GO HERE!!Its not worth the money or time.
