Jami is my girl! Shes the queen of color and I literally let her do whatever she wants! Its nice to have that kind of trust in the person doing your hair!

I found my stylist to be friendly and easy going. I love my hair shes very good at she does. Britney Stacey has my business.

I wont say that this is a horrible place or that the stylists are terrible or cant do hair. Im sure they are more than capable in their profession and that many people are satisfied with their work. I will just tell you my experience the other day. I went in for a trim (my 2nd time there.) The trim was done so fast and in fact I was pretty impressed. When I got home, I put my hair up in a bun and noticed that none of my top layers had been trimmed. Ive been getting my layers trimmed for years and I know what my hair looks like when its trimmed and when its not. She only trimmed the bottom layer and did a great job on it but the entire top layer that got missed.Ive never had a problem before with any other hairdresser in this regard. Im always told that if there are spots that got missed to just come back in and they will fix it. Ive had to do that a few of times... no problem, it was just missed. I always try to be super respectful because I know we are human and sometimes miss things. Its not saying that you are a bad hairdresser, you just missed a spot, no biggie lets just fix it. So, I texted this hairdresser and just asked if I could come back in because a couple of spots got missed. She responded by saying that she cut enough hair off and if I wanted more off, it would he very short. I told her that I understood this concept because my hair is always shorter after a trim, (thats the point... to get rid of dead ends.) She responded by telling me that she knew how to trim hair and reiterated that it would be much shorter. I responded by saying that I didnt mean to offend her, I just usually get all my dead ends trimmed when I come in for a trim.I thought that it was customary to let the buyer do the choosing. After all, I did pay for the service. If I want all layers trimmed, then the hairdresser is there to accommodate not to argue with me. I wasnt rude or disrespectful at all and was taken aback by her defensiveness. There really was no need to be offended with my request. Im super irritated because now I have to go to another hairdresser and pay another $30 to fix what she missed. I wont be going back for sure.

They did a great job on my nails, it was very fast and nicely priced!

Me and my mother get out hair done by Jami (sorry if I butchered your name) and she is amazing. Everyone is nice and the place is gorgeous and even has an adorable seat area . Id give it more stars if I could for just how cute the salon is. Highly recommend for everyone if you getting your hair dyed or trimmed or completely cut off 😂

Jami is the best. She took a disaster from another salon and worked miracles..like literally another salon melted off my hair after turning it pink and gray!!!! I immediately began calling everywhere and Jami answered I explained what had occured while fighting back tears (I lost over 10 inches of length) she was able to squeeze me in and I have been going to her for 8years now and have never been disappointed. She is knowledgeable, creative and knows what she is doing. She is the best at what she does! Thank you Jami❤

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going there since they opened and have always had a great experience. Indy and the staff genuinely care about their clients. I’ve read a couple reviews stating that some people haven’t had the great experience that I’ve had. I know that the owner takes this very seriously and will bend over backward to take care of any issues. I’ve personally seen it. The staff that they have now is phenomenal. I get compliments regularly about my hair, it’s colored and I have long extensions. No one believes that it’s not my real hair! Obviously I can’t say enough good things about this salon.

I just had my nails done by Heidi and she was awesome. She was very nice to talk to and friendly. She took her time on my nails and did an awesome job! I will be going back for sure!

I am a 46 year old woman who sounds very young on the phone. I called to see if anyone could do my brows that same day and instead of putting me on hold the woman just put the phone down and said, “this girl wants her brows done. Um Nope”. I didn’t say anything when she came back on the line and proceeded to tell me they didn’t have anything open and when I asked about later in the week they were “booked solid”. Obviously they did not want my business. It made me think if my daughter called how she would be treated. Maybe they don’t need any other customers but not sure the attitude is sustainable. Regrettably not going to call ever again.

I went to Metamorphosis Salon in dire need of a hair cut and color. I was greeted by a wonderful staff. I had an amazing experience with Heather. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the customer service was five stars to me personally. I cant wait to go back! I highly recommend anyone in need of a haircut/color to go to this exceptional salon.

I recently moved here in December and was in desperate need of an eyelash girl. Well, after multiple recommendations from multiple people to go to Jessica Lewis at Metamorphosis Salon, I decided to give her a shot. Best decision ever. Ive been going to her every two weeks for almost three months and have never had a problem! My eyelashes always look amazing and even after two weeks, my eyelashes are full and healthy! (Shes also very gentle when applying which is great because eyes are sensitive areas). Ive never once had to worry about the eyelashes being painful or getting infected. My search for a GREAT lash lady is over and anyone considering eyelash extensions should for sure go to Jessica first. Shell make your experience great and youll love the lashes. I would highly recommend.

They got me in on the same day I called!! I feel like i totally lucked out with getting Jami, and she was truly amazing! I got a cut and color, she really listened to my requests and helped advise me with lifting black out of my mane. Thanks Jami you were so great!! Ill definitely be making the drive from Driggs to come back!!

This is a great salon. They are very kind and professional. Stacey is an amazing colorist. Another thing I really appreciate is that they keep the salon a comfortable temperature. I really appreciate being able to be pampered without being too hot or too cold.

I went to metamorphosis with a hair tragedy. Another salon had completely destroyed my hair and my confidence. Jami from Metamorphosis was able to correct a very big mistake and leave me feeling content and beautiful again. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Heather Jemmett cut and dyed my hair almost 2 weeks ago and I love it! She is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast! The other staff that works there are great as well. I have been to this salon many times and I have seen many outcomes of hair cuts, colors, and nails and every time the outcome is outstanding!

#1 SALON IN I.F.!!! It was even voted Best Salon in Idaho Falls under Great Clips, which really isnt a Salon...so in my opinion, Metamorphosis is #1! The salon is located downtown and has a nice welcoming feel to it. I have not only had my hair done there, but I also get my nails done. I usually dont have a preference on who does my hair, whoever is available when I call, for the time frame I need, works great for me. I have never felt over-charged for the services, and love the atmosphere and getting to know all the girls. It is a fun place to go get pampered and everyone is very talented. I highly recommend it to anyone new to the area, or looking for a different beauty salon ti go too.

This was my first time at Metamorphosis and it was a complete success! I needed a pick me up, and so I started with my hair. Heather did an amazing job! I will definitely be back for touchups later!

I bring my daughter to this Salon on a regular basis. We have always been very happy with not only the cut, color & style that the very talented owner Indy does, but with the advice she gives on how to take care of her hair when we get home. She has even sent us home with the left-over color used to do touch-ups ourselves, until the next appointment...instead of making us schedule an appointment sooner, saving us money. Everytime we got there, everyone is so friendly and we are always greeted with a smile. The prices are very reasonable, and it is located in a great spot downtown in Idaho Falls. Even though my daughter sees Indy, I would recommend ANY of the girls that work there, I have seen work done by all of them, nails included, and they are all amazing.

Well let me start our by saying my hair was a mess when I showed up there an hour early. Tangi was my beautician she got me in her chair thirty minutes early, worked on my hair for a good part of the day and never gave up. She ended up cutting me a deal I could never beat anywhere else and worked with my hair for a long time to get it right. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be going back! I do feel really bad she had to work on it so long. But like I said great experience will definitely return.

Went here for eyelash extensions and after experiencing a great deal of poking on my eye, went to another salon that had to remove them because apparently there was multiple lashes glued to my skin. I expected much more for such a pricey salon.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EXTENSIONS!!!! At first my experience was fine, until I realized that the process they use to put in extensions not only looks bad, but pulls your hair out from the roots! When I went back to talk to the owner to see what could be done- she was rude and very unwilling to help with anything. This was obviously not the first time she has had people wanting their money back for a bad extension job, because she didnt even look at my hair/extensions before refusing any help. All she did was say she would take them out (and keep my $500)! Oh- she also said if I didnt have $500 to throw away, maybe I shouldnt have come in to get them in the first place. Nice.

I gave this one star only because of the great haircut I received from Stacey. She did a wonderful job and had nothing to do with this, she was very sweet and I wish her the best. Now for the owner and Tiffany who does the eyelashes, well thats anther thing. (If I couldve give them a 0, I would have)On to the issue, I had an appointment with tiffany for new eyelashes (i was so excited, never had them before). When I got in my car to leave for my appt. it wouldnt start, I immediately called Metamorphasis, no-one answered, so I left a voice message with my appt info and explained the situation. I apologized and left my number and asked for someone to call me back so I could reschedule. I called again 5 min later and was able to speak to someone and explained the situation again, as above. Left my phone number and was told she would giveTiffany the message and she would call back for a reschedule. No call back for two days... I call AGAIN and speak with someone who schedules me for another appt the following Thurs. Then Sun I get a text saying I owe $50 for no show/or not canceling within 24 hrs. Well I was fuming, I made every effort to call immediately as soon as I found out about my car. Had I the sight I wouldve phoned ahead, unfortunately I cant see into the future. I was a new customer so I was not habitually canceling appts. I think for a first offense some leeway couldve been extended here. And apparently I didnt even rate actual phone call from a human, just a text. Life happens and it doesnt always give you 24 hrs notice. Completely unfair and bad business. Ill not go there again and I certainly wont recommend the place to anyone. A little understanding and actually talking to the customer would go a long way. Shame on you Metamorphasis and Tiffany.Cary Brimson

My experience here was great! I went in for bright red hair. All the stlyists help each other out to formulate the best plan for achieving what you want. Everyone was very friendly. Even while I was waiting for my dye to set, she checked on me numerous times to see how I was doing. She took her time and wasnt rushed by overbooking. They have a variety of products, and if you are unsure of exactly what you want, they have great ideas for options that will look good on you based on face shape and style.They are knowledgable about hair and came up with the best way to get what I wanted with the most minimual process to keep my hair healthy.They know their products and can recommend what you need. They didnt push me to buy the most expensive thing they offered. They had a great selection there as well.The enviornment was clean and upbeat. The music was fun and everyone was cheery.The prices were great and affordable.

Wife was very dissapointed went in for a color and the lady totally messed up have had good experiences before but her hair looks the same as it did when she went in.
