Vannie and Henry are amazing!! We love how quick and efficient they are with their services, but take enough time to make sure you leave with a satisfied experience. Prices are reasonable. Very hard working professionals!! Would highly recommend this Salon!

I went to get my toes and nails done for my wedding. When I got there and started to get my nails done they were very rough with me ( pulled my arm, squeezed my thumb so hard I could feel it being pierced by my nail). I had said ow multiple times and despite me being in pain, they showed no concern. Then they had me switch from one person to the other and neither of them were gentle. I was ignored when asked what color I wanted ( they were too busy talking on their phone or to each other to pay attention to the customer), she put the wrong color on my nails and had already cured them so I just dealt with it because whenever I would try to speak I was shut down. Then I came back the next day and got my toenails done to give them a second chance. But yet again I was thrown around, in pain, and completely ignored. I was a little fiestier this time, because I wanted them to atleast match my fingernails, but despite me telling him the color didnt match and I wanted a different color, he completely ignored me, and put the nail polish on anyway. When clipping my nails he clipped the sides, which WAS NOT needed, and then pulled the nail which made me bleed. Then a couple days later I got an ingrown toenail (that is now infected, despite me cleaning it with rubbing alcohol). Which I would sue them for if I had the proof they are the ones that caused it!!! I paid $100+ just to be treated like this and not have any of my nails the way I wanted them!!! I would not ever recommend this place and I will NEVER be going here again!!Pictures below are of my infected toenail!Also I had to cut the side of my nail to relieve pressure from the ingrown toenail! The bleeding is from pus emptying!!

They hurt my feet, used a really rough stone to do a callus removal and scraped the soft part of my foot really hard. The “massage” if you can call it that was just some lotion on my legs. Didn’t massage them or my feet. I got acrylics and they are not all the same size. There’s glue all over my fingers and I’m annoyed the shapes are not the same and even. Some are thicker than others, they didn’t check that both hands had the same length. There’s gel all over my cuticles. I’m very disappointed. I will not be back.

The staff was super friendly! They had fun with us and made good conversation. They were very quick with their services and their products were of good quality. Their message chairs for the pedicures are the best in town. Loved my time with them. Ill definitely be back!

To say the least I would give this place a 0/5 star if I could. We took our grandma to get a manicure for her birthday and it was her first time getting her nails done at a salon, the man did not give her a manicure he simply slapped some polish on her nails and didn’t even put a top coat on. When he was doing my nails he sanded them down and I told him my nails are already brittle and asked him not to sand it down as much and he acted annoyed and kept sanding the same amount. My cousin who was with us also got acrylics while we were in and he was in a massive hurry, he didn’t make sure the lengths of her nails were the same, and he cut into her skin while sanding down which caused her to bleed. He was massively rude to the customers coming in and even raised his voice to a woman and her young daughter when they asked how long the wait would be. Oh and he also demanded a tip.

Painful and not what i asked for. Still turned out cute i guess. The nails left cuts in every single nail bed and took weeks to get off. The man was very rough with my hands. So dont come here unless you want a painful experience and badly damaged nails.

They did a good job on the nail polish and it was a nice environment. You cant complain about the massage chair 😘 but make sure you have cash or visa. Also instead of trimming a hangnail they just pulled it which got infected.

I called 2 hours prior to walking in asking if they had any available time for a walk in, they told me that they did. When I walked into the business I told them that I had called about getting my nails done and that they said they could get me in. They sent me away and said they were booked. I don’t appreciate being told they could get me in and then they turn me away as soon as I come to get my nails done.

Went in with my two teenage girls, wanting to regular manicures. Ended up just getting gel color change and charging me $20 a person for it. When I brought up that I wanted a manicure they pretty much told me too bad

My wife and I went here for pedicures. The basic pedicure was $25. It was fast and basic. I’m not sure what they were saying about my feet I’m sure They were probably complaining about the length of my toenails but they did a great job.

Called for an appointment told us it would be 30 minutes, walked in and told us they were busy. Horrible service, very disappointing. 0 stars. Also, the fact that the owner, or WHOMEVER has time to reply to every review and nit pick everything the CUSTOMERS are doing wrong, rather than focusing on bettering your business and employees customer service, is mind blowing. Better business bureau will be getting informed about this horrific place.

Very rude to all the customers who were in there. Either they dont speak English well enough or just ignore people when they ask questions about the quality of work. The man that was doing my nails literaly just flicked oil at my hands by the end. He made a mistake glueing the acrylic nail on, cut it down, then glued another acrylic nail on top of it. Im not sure thats doing things right... but hey. If they are stressed out/cutting corners/ignoring their customers its their reputation and their loss. Im not coming back.

Not impressed. The girl that did my nails made most of them bleed which has never happened to me before. My nails are all different shapes and don’t look a lot like the picture I showed her. Not the worst ever, but not coming back here. I’m sure there are better places around.

They did a great job! I just got some basic acrilic nails with gel and they were super affordable as well as great quality and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The young girl that did my nail was rude would not fix my nails when i showed her they were uneven and to long and thick. The man that did my friends nails was very rude to her because she is deaf and didnt understand what was being said to her. I went home and tried to fix my nails the best I could. No fixing them they were a waste of money. They are plan ugly and i am embarrassed to have to wear them to work.Also, they charge 3.5% fee if you pay with a card.

Any time Im in Idaho Falls, I go get a pedi. They always do an excellent job. I love going there! Its a well priced business. They are do everything they can to stay in regulation with current Covid 19 standards. There was a small concern with my friend and I not wearing masks but it wasnt too bad of an ordeal. They really would prefer if everyone could wear a mask. I will continue to come here any time Im in Idaho Falls.

The worst service I have ever received in my life!! Rude and stressed employees. The only two people who were serving at that moment shouted at me, for me to sit down quickly, so they could attend as many people as possible. They just ruined the second chance that I was giving to them. The other time I was there I ordered a normal manicure without gel and the woman applied the gel to my nails and charged me the most expensive service and even claimed that it was me who asked for it. Very dishonest!

Came for a pedicure and left with the best foot treatment. They fixed my ingrown toenails. Now my feet are ready for summer! Thank you, Cali Nails!!!

Ive been coming to Cali Nails for a couple years and Im always 100% satisfied. Ive never walked away disappointed. Henry and Vannie are amazing. Such a professional and clean atmosphere; especially during this pandemic. I feel safe and comfortable going every other week.

Theyre OK. I had the spa manicure and everything was satisfactory. Nothing special. Nothing bad.The price of $25 for the basic pedicure is above the standard in Idaho Falls, which is usually $20.BUT, the main reason for the 3 stars is that there are signs that they will charge you a 3.5% extra for using a credit card. Seriously?I think that I will look for a more customer accommodating pedicure spa place.EDIT: Considering the owners reply to my feedback, and reading the feedback of the other ladys feedback of a few days ago, and again, the owners reply, I really think I, and everyone else, should seek a better, more accommodating, more friendly and definitely - MORE HEALTHY & HYGIENE place to get our nails done!!! And, I lowered the rating from 3 to only 1 star.

This salon did a great job fitting us in and performing our treatments in a timely manner, but my nails started chipping the next day and I’m on my third day and almost every one of the tips of my nails have noticeably chipped. I can usually get two weeks with gel nails without it chipping and before they have grown out too much.My mom got a pedicure and the gel on one of her toes came of the very next day.All in all, the service was not worth the money since for these reasons.

Me and my 2 sisters were visiting Idaho Falls for the weekend. We decided to get pedicures. We made an appointment and they got us into our seats on time. Then they got super busy with walk-ins and even had people that had to make an appointment to come back at a later time. We had our feet soaking for a while and rested in the nice massage chairs. We watched the staff work on the customers that were there first. They still took care of them and spent the time those customers deserved. Then our turn. I was pleasantly surprised that even though they were busy, they still took the time to do our massages and do a good job at painting our nails. They were attentive to the details making sure that they didnt leave paint on our skin and put a few coats and protector on. I liked being able to see them get the nail equipment out of their sterilizer machines because most places have them in the back and you never know if they were really sterilized. We watched them clean the foot tubs after other customers too. The bathroom was clean also which was a surprise because honestly when we pulled into the building parking lot we were nervous about the salon but the outside is deceiving. The inside is good. All of us liked our nails and the base price. One thing we think that the salon needs to do is let customers know on the phone to bring cash or there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee. I understand that they need to charge it but they also should let customers know ahead of time to withdraw cash before they come or expect the fee before arriving. Even though it is only a mere .35 cents for every $10 spent it could boost morale and helps customers to not be surprised at the fee and keeps customers happier and avoid bad reviews based solely on a small fee. If we visited again, we would go back due to the good experience we had.

They were super friendly and super patient with our group. We loved coming and getting our nails done together. They can do all kinds of designs and gave us exactly what we asked for 😍😍 10/10

4 of my fingers were hurt by the dremel and ended up bleeding. The antiseptic used burned badly on my open wounds but I was too scared to say anything. I was made to feel as though my bleeding fingers were my fault. The gel nail polish was used on my nails while my fingers were still bleeding and dipped in and out several times in each bottle of polish. Some of my blood cured into the clear top coat after the UV light was used. I watched the employee place the used bottles of gel polish back onto the shelf even though they did now have my blood inside of them. It made me wonder how many other people’s blood may be in the polish that were now also in my skin wounds. There is more to the story of my visit but I felt this was the most important part to share. I did pay full price because I was alone and too meek to say anything about how I was disappointed and hurt, emotionally and physically. I have been here many times, even as a child, and never had a problem like this one. I couldn’t help but cry the second I stepped out of the building because my feelings were hurt and my fingers were so painful. I wish I could get my money back. :(

This place was great my mom and i went for pedicures and they were amazing. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because they were a little more expensive then other places iv been before. But still a wonderful experience

Super Unsanitary! Super Rude! Got my nails done thinking it was going to be relaxing but i was wrong. Asked for a french tip and the up charged me 20 dollars after i said no. They put tips on crooked and made my nails look sloppy. not to mention there form of payment is venmo. not happy don’t go here. My fingers are sore and they say it’s LGBTQ friendly when they assumed my gender. fingers are in pain waist of time and not to mention i waited 2 hours.

First guy who started my nails wasn’t very friendly at all but when the manager took over she was AMAZING!!! she was friendly and talked to you and engaged. I’d recommend her to anyone! Thank you so much! I wish I would have gotten your name!! ❤️

Been having my toes cut for over two years now. Nancy was very good. When Nancy left, Vanni took over and did even better!! Facility meets my expectations for cleanliness and hygiene. Expect to continue coming for the Deluxe treatment. Massage chairs are very soothing and comfortable.

I arrived, signed in and was immediately taken by a technician to where the pedicure service I ordered would be taken care of. My technicians name was Kim. I have to say, I am very happy with the treatment Kim did on my pedicure.Ive tried other salons around Idaho Falls but always return to Cali Nails in Idaho Falls. In my view, they do the best pedicure.

The girl who did my nails made me bleed (all my nails!) and told me to stop moving because I was bleeding my ring figure nail is half painted off and she didnt ask me what length I wanted ALL my nails arent even the same length!! Im very disappointed!!!!

If I could I would give this place a 0!My usual place wasn’t open today so I thought I would give this place a try! BAD IDEA! The man rushed through my pedicure so fast, the place is dirty.. and then the cherry on the top was after I left with our party the lady called me saying she needed to charge me again because her “internet “ wasn’t working. So I jumped on my bank account and was charged for the service. She was so rude and demanding. I explained to her she had already charged me in which she continued to be rude . I told her I would come back to show her after we were done with lunch. She then instead of calling and apologizing for being so unprofessional she sends me a text saying “it actually worked and she was wrong”. Everything about this situation was shady! I would NEVER recommend this place!.

I have just come across nails done here that are literally bleeding on all the cuticles. And was informed of some serious health concerns in regards to the location. Do not recommend and would not use.

Do not recommend, because they didnt even know how to do the design I wanted, they made cuticle bleed, they are not same lengths, charged to much for simple simple design, the cuticle oil was very old made all my friends hands itch and they were not sanitary at all.

When I walked in they help me righr away asking what services I wanted I said pedicure then Vannie came over to assist me, she was very polite. from alll the ladies that have done a pedi on me.she is the best. She is super gentle and fast. Vannie gets a A+ from me! Thank you Cali Nails! GREAT EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

It’s been 3 days since I got my nails done from the lady there, my fingers still haven’t healed the cuts I got from her tools. She was really rough with my hands and would shove them away when she was done with one hand. I couldn’t even get the original design I wanted because the color I had chose (lavender) was “too light” to do flames, even though in the picture I showed her it was white. The nails are not the shape I wanted either and are very crooked. Not impressed with her work.

I amazed at how clean and comfortable this establishment is. Always willing to work me in knowing that my dad is ill and I am his caregiver. They ask how he is doing ever time. I highly recommend them.

This is my favorite place to come get a pedicure. I get in quickly. The workers are friendly and talk to you. Vannie is so funny and so good at what she does, Henry is extremely talented at designs. This place is the best!

Not happy with their customer service, went in with my girls and was pushed aside for a women with an appointment, that was 20 minutes late. When they did get to us to finish they were very rude and worked very quickly and sloppily, all my nails are crooked & uneven, they over charged us as well . They did not sanitize anything between sets of nails & were more worried about everyone that came in after us. Normally not a bad place but I will not be going back again

They are always catering to the customer. Hard workers. Great conversations with us and lots of talent. When they say they can get you in they are always on time. Hard to schedule appointments but quick, efficient & great job!!!

We went in for pedicures and the gal who did my nails did an amazing job and was super sweet. However the gal who did my sister’s was very rude to my sister telling her to relax and rubbing her legs super hard, scrubbing on her feet really hard, telling her have to help me (in a very rude tone). We gone here before and have never had anyone treat us like this. And they do an amazing job. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

I started using this salon right before Covid hit. Was so glad to see them open again. Wait times are a little longer than normal now, but that is to be expected. Every manicure, pedicure they have done has been spot on and then some. The product lasts longer than other places Ive been. When I have an all about me day this is where I go.

Made a nail appointment for nine because I work early. They didnt get to me till 930. Not because I was late, but because the lady who took me to her chair left me when other customers came in for pedicures. My nails look so bad my family thought I did them myself. 0/5. Do not recommend.

We had appointment for 2 gel nails and 1 acrylic set and were in a bit of a time crunch, so we hoped it wouldnt take more than an hour and half or so for the 3 of us. All of us were in and out in a little under an hour and decently happy with our nails. All of the nails were messy and needed to cleaned up at our apartment later. The acrylic set had a lot of product left under the nails and had small cuts on the sides of the fingers from the sander used to work the nail. The gel nails turned out very pretty though, and lasted for around 3 weeks! The prices were pretty good, and for the speed we had agreed it was worth the visit. Staff wasnt talkative, bit still friendly. May not be a first choice, but not a bad establishment overall!(they also had a lot of waxing and other nail procedures avalible, so a wide variety of options are avalible!)

Made an appointment, still waited an hour! When she finally got to do my pedi, it was rushed and not thorough. Still had rough areas on my soles. Nails shaped poor and quickly. Massage was less than 5 minutes and no pressure at all. On top of all that, they charge 3.5% service fee for using a card to pay. 10/10 will not go here again.

PLEASE read this review if you are curious!! I came to this salon for the first time today with my friend and i LOVED it!!! I read reviews before I came and I was a little skeptical but I LOVED it!!! They were SO kind and uplifting. I also got a full set within 25 minutes and they look great!! They tall to you and I will defintiely be coming back!!! GREAT prices too!! I wish I could post pictures. My nails have so many bubbles and done very sloppy which is disheartening because I got them done because my boyfriend is proposing this week. My experience was terrible. The guy was on the phone the entire then he got me to go to another lady to finish up and she was terrible! She was filing my nails so hard and kept telling me to relax my hand and I was trying my best. She kept stopping to rub her hand then she told me that I am making her hand hurt! I could tell me was upset with me by how passive aggressive she was being with the tools then she started being her native language and all I got out of it was “no no no” but I could tell it was about me. I cried as soon as I got in the car with my boyfriend. Never again will I be back here. This was supposed to be an exciting experience for me but instead it made me cry! And a “ we sorry” won’t change my opinion!

I had a pedicure there this morning. Vannie was amazing! The building and work areas appeared to be clean and organized. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Vannie took her time & wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I don’t think my feet have ever been pampered the way they were today. They look and feel SO GOOD!

DO NOT GO HERE ❌❌I wish I could give this place zero stars but it won’t let me. We came here for my bachelorette party. We made an appointment for 7pm. We got there at 7pm with a party of three. We waited for 36 minutes with no service. 4 walk-in’s came right after us and got service before we did. I know they were walks in because the spoke very loudly and said they didn’t have an appointment. The people working there didn’t ever acknowledge me and my sister, not even to ask what service we wanted. While the third member of our party got service, after 36 minutes of waiting in their uncomfortable waiting room chairs, me and my sister didn’t. We never even got our nails done. We left after an hour in total of getting no service.To add to this, when we got there, they were rude and yelling at us. And after I posted this review one of the owners of Cali Nails sent me a direct message on this google review and verbally attacked me and called me a liar.DO NOT GO HERE!! 🚫🚫 Very disappointed in the staff and the inattentiveness. Would not recommend TO ANYONE.

Is was a good experience, we waited a little while but we were walk ins so I expected that. But the ladies who did our nails were fun and we had a relaxing time. I got a basic pedicure($20) and that one is quick so do not pick that if you want something a little more thorough. My dad got a different one and they did a scrub, mask with hot towels and eucalyptus oil leaving his skin super smooth and in way better shape. Recommend that for sure if you have the time.

The guy who works at this solan did my nails he sat down didn’t talk to me the whole time and was being really rough with my hands he clipped my nails WAY to short and glued on the tips as it glued onto my skin as the process went on he was throwing my hands around like he was mad and didn’t want to be there if I put my hand in the wrong place he grabbed my arm and shoved it or pulled and with each hand he would throw it as he grab the next one and while he was using the tool he burnt my skin and when I tried pulling my hand back he yanked my hand back and continued it was the first time going and I’m not planning on returning I’ll continue going to my other salon that I’ve had no problems with
