My best friend and I went in tonight after making an appointment for pedicures and manicures. It was a great experience. They took a little bit to get us going but so worth the wait and being patient. I know everyone is struggling shortage.They even speak English and that was my favorite thing about them. It was hard to hear under the masks but it worked. The owners are such a cute funny couple and literally did everything to make us happy 😊 I cant wait to go back and see if they got a puppy and get a fill on my nails. Thank you all so much for being a salon I was truly able to enjoy. We were laughing alot and had some great conversations. Check them out, trust me. They are worth it!

On a day when I needed to be pampered and have some great customer service, I received it! I always get compliments on my nails. Em is so accommodating and artistic. Dow adds the laughter that makes me want to come back time and time again. If theyre running behind theyll let you know and its worth the wait! The selection of colors is AWESOME! There isnt any design Ive handed them that they cant do! Nail talent right here people!!

When you walk into the shop youre immediately greeted with a warm welcome. My tech normally does my nails and she does not miss. First of all she is so sweet, we have always have the best conversations.

Every place in town Ive gone to get my nails done, has either messed them up severely, had very inappropriate conversation, or gave me an infection LT nail spa is the only place in town Ive been to that gave me the correct shape, correct color and really took the time to perfect what I was looking for. My nail artist made sure the shape was perfect and really took his time. To get it right. They have a large selection of acrylic color and gel color. If youre looking for a place to get your nails done in town, I definitely recommend LT nail spa.

Such a great experience! I needed a new nail salon to go to, and Im so happy I listened to the reviews! My nail tech was so patient with me, I thought I needed a gel fill but I ended up needed a new set.

We did call ahead but I truly dont thing that makes a difference. The ladys that worked on our party of 4 did a great job. I have really bad dry feet and cracked heals. My toes are thick and yellow so I dont do this a lot.

I have been going here for many times. All techs are great. My nails were still holding strong at 3 weeks, but I needed a refresh on my nails because they grow a lot fast.

I was referred here and am extremely satisfied. I was a walk in and he got me right on..no wait! I had tried another nail place out for the last month and Dow, the owner, fixed my nails. He took the time to fix the mistakes that were previously made and made them look amazing! He was very personable and his wife, she also does nails there, was as well. This is the exact vibe I want when I am taking me time.

Another great visit to this place for a fresh pedicure, this time I actually got a set of acrylic nails done which where shaped by a girl. She did a great job and was very patient with me if I had any issue I nicely brought it up to him and he would fix it.

I just found my new favorite nail salon! My first time coming here was a little over two weeks for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so nice, and prices are reasonable.

Lucy was AMAZING!!! So was the entire experience. They fit the three of us in and Lucy did all of us basically at the same time, she was wonder woman! She also helped me pick a color and recommended the silver accent, I couldnt be happier. She was kind and did a very thorough job, I will be back! (And the nails below are a dip dye:)

Horrible service. They overbook and have you wait a very long time for your service. The lady had me soaking my feet in hot water for 20 minutes and said a lady working nearby would be with me soon. Soon? The lady was barely half way through her job. If you are the type of person who can wait 30-60 min past your reserved time for a pedicure by all means go. This was terrible and I will not be back. Try to be better with your time management and if you genuinely cannot fit me in at the time you said to come in then dont have me come in at all. 1/5 star rating.

I have had mani/pedis all over and there is nowhere Id rather get my nails done than this place! Their professional, maintain a modern and clean environment where you can actually relax during your services.

The fact that this lady did not change her gloves after each client was disgusting. Also, they are not cleaning their supplies after each client. I will never go back. Go somewhere clean with basic sanitation.

MY TECH IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! She is very communicative, creative and fast, all while making my nails look unique every time and without making me feel rushed.

Got my nails done and they are crooked, not smooth, or evenly colored. Theres an indent in my right thumb nail he sent me out the door with. Some parts are shiny when they are supposed to be matte. Color bleed was all over my nails afterwards.

We had three pedicure appointments booked. We were on time, entered the salon, waited for ten minutes, and left.They weren’t ready for us. People were waiting all over. And there were people sitting in the pedicure chairs and no one was helping.I wouldn’t go back.

Dow is amazing amazing amazing!!! I just got my nails filled which i got done somewhere else and he fixed them to make them look so great. I asked for glitter and he said I got something better and did hydro on my nails and they look so freaking good. I will not go anywhere else or see anyone else to get my nails done again.great great job..

Love the people they are nice I dont mind they dont speak to me just as long they make my nails look GREAT! I would like to see the place remodeled or close for a few days to do a cleaning and dusting probably remove things that are broken or just no need for it. I have gone to other places in Idaho Falls super clean very nice but prices are crazy high and some girls are rude. Will return but would like it to look like a shiny penny.

Walk ins welcome but make sure to have an appointment otherwise they may be too busy. This was my first time at LT and I had Susan for my nail fill. She is a very sweet lady but not super talkative. She was very attentive to detail and made sure I walked out with what I wanted!

The woman who did my pedicure never said a word to me. She was rough and rude and literally cut a chunk of my toe off. She never apologized and just kept doing my pedicure with blood all over her gloves. The pedi turned out horrible and it was very painful. Never had a worse experience at a nail salon. We had appointments and they kept taking more people and never got around to my manicure. I wouldn’t have let the same lady do it anyway. What a nightmare.

I love my experience I had there. They wher nice and kind to me while I got my feet done. Just make sure to make an appointment before hand like on a Friday if you do it on Monday. On that note come early. It is the best nail and Spa I went to.

Great customer service, friendly and they do a wonderful job full service and you can make appointments or walk in. We make appointments and have not had any problems.

6 of us went in for pedicures and to get our nails done. All 3 of us who got nails done came out with huge cuts from the nail file. After being cut they kept yelling at me my to relax even though I was bleeding. For whatever reason the lady though it would be a good idea to then fill the deep cut with acrylic. Awful service and quality. I would never go back.

I usually feel like Im always waiting a long to time to have someone rush through doing my nails and leave feeling upset about the whole experience. Had my nails done here for my wedding. Within 1 day the two accent nails were chipping. Also I didn’t notice it while I was in there but the polish didn’t cover the entire nail. I hate when nail salons don’t paint the whole nail.

I drive here from Jackson, Wyoming just for a pedicure! I love this place. I make an appointment most of the time, but also do walk-ins. Everyone who works here are nice, courteous, and all do a great job. Clean, good music, quality products, good variety, and the customer service is on point.

Just made second visit to LT Nails. I had my second manicure and pedicure. Thomas did my pedicure and Susan my manicure both times. Thomas is so gentle and careful with my feet. Susan is extremely thorough when doing my manicure. Clean and pleasant atmosphere in the shop. I made appointments for both visits and didnt have to wait either time, as Ive had to do in other nail salons. My new go-to place in Idaho Falls.

I moved to IF going on two years this Nov. I have been getting my nails done for the past ten years and had zero luck in finding an all around good quality nail salon in IF. My coworker had, had her nails done by LT Nail and Spa and they looked really good so I figured I would give them a try and ever since I have been going there for my fills. The staff all around is very friendly and I always leave there happy with how they do my nails. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have a hard time believing any of the negative reviews on here considering I have been gong to them for almost two years now and have never had a negative experience with the staff or the quality of their work on my nails. Andre and his staff do their best to give you an all around good experience while youre there!

I got super lucky that they had a spot for an appointment the same day I called for a dip powder. I did extensions and she made sure that each nail matched, triple checking to make sure. One of the nails popped off during filing and she replaced it with a new one. First time getting dip powder and I plan to go back next month for a new set of colors. Fun to talk to, her and her fiance both. 35 for regular dip and 40 with the extensions, no price jumping, and fabulous Halloween nails. She even helped me avoid a color disaster with two clashing colors that wouldnt have blended well.

I have currently moved here from Louisiana and have had 1 pedicures and 1 manicure else where and DO NOT compare to the service I received today... I am so thankful LT nails for doing such an amazing job. Will be returning back every 2 weeks. Highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Thank you M...😁

My sister in law and I come every 2 weeks to get our nails filled!! We love working with Andre he is amazing and so fast!! We spend less than an hour in there and most of that time is polish drying. Full sets are $23 and up! That is the best price around! Fills are $15! It’s definitely worth traveling from Rexburg.He makes our nails feel like our natural nails and they are thin enough you can actually work with them!I will always recommend him!!

From out of town and caring for my mom at the hospital. Broke off two nails and needed a fill anyway. Chose this place as it was close by.. so glad I did! I got my nails done here a few months ago for my birthday. I asked for white acrylics. They came out too long, uneven, lumpy, crooked, and extremely thick. I ended up removing them myself because I couldn’t stand them. They also charged me more than they told me at the register.

I wish the Owner would put on some music other than elevator music, the place is a dead zone, nothing exciting or inviting there. The pedicure items he uses are NOT legal to use, the scrapers/cheese graters are against Idaho rules. The Owner is not pleasant at all, he did a pedicure for me on Sunday and treated my foot/leg as if it were a piece of wood. I have made appointments and then walked in only to wait 30 to 45 minutes for MY appointment. I like Ali and her mother, they are at least pleasant and friendly!

They were open on SUNDAY! Holy cow. I had the hardest time finding a nail salon that was open Sunday morning in Idaho Falls, but this place was! The staff was friendly, and the place seemed clean and tidy. So, why the 3 star review? The pedicure was just OK, there was nothing note worthy about it, it was basically a foot wash and nail painting.

Was my favorite nail place but not any more. They have 2 people working. When one leaves on vacation....which is monthly, your wait is hours. The prices are sky high because they are trying to balance out the loss in revenue. Nice people to talk too.
