Worst store I have even dealt with. They refused to honor he return policy for my phone I had less than 12 hrs, due to me being a prepay customer.Even though it stated at the bottom(prepay) has 14 days to return or exchange. Also, Upon reviewing the receipt noticed I was charged 20.00 for the girl to turn on the phon I was never told there was a hookup charge. Also sold me the phone for 100.00 and when I went to best buy the next day verizon had the exact phone marked at 35.99. Lastly there is never a manager available to speak with ...I work hard for my money like so many others and I will never deal with this incompetent and dishonest store again.

Buyer beware! Purchased 2 wireless charges from store. Neither would charge my phone. Set on and would say charging, wake up and now battery is half of what it started with. Called and tried to exchange only to find that there was a 14 day return and it was day 15. Reading box the chargers dont even work on the Samsung 20 but sales reps said they should work because front says Samsung. Got into store and get told sorry we cant exchange because day 15 even though receipt says they can be exchanged for 30 days. Why put that on the receipt if you arent going to honor it. Guess Ill go to corporate store before I come back to any of these stores.Update- So after talking to multiple representatives from 3 stores in town and still getting the run around, Jonathan agreed to exchange for upgraded chargers that werent displayed in the store. Got 2 x 15watt chargers that are able to charge my phone and work correctly. Chargers were same price as original, so recommend getting them instead of the 10w Belkin chargers. Frustrated that it took multiple trips and poor customer service from all 3 stores before the stated receipt was finally honored. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars.

I had the best experience with the store manager Nick. He was very knowledgeable on all the products. He was able to identify certain needs for my next phone that I did not know I had! He took his time to ensure I received everything I needed to know before jumping in on anything. He was also able to break down what my new monthly bill would look like. I felt like Nick truly cared about what was best for me rather than “making a sale” like I have in the past with other retail stores. It was so refreshing. I went into this store to get a simple glass replacement and I ended up getting help by Lupita. All I asked for was a glass replacement on my iPhone 10. She kept being super pushy when all I asked for was a glass replacement and she couldn’t even do that. She told me that everything would stay the same on my bill but my bill ended up going up even higher than expected let alone she didn’t even tell me that there was going to be an upgrade fee on my device. She also added total mobile protection on my plan which I did not authorize her to do because I take good care of my devices. I didn’t even want a new phone and she pushed and pushed until I fell under pressure and said yes. Not only was she pushy but she was rude and seemed like she was in a rush and wasn’t taking her time with anything. When I was looking over my final receipt I saw that I got charged for things that I did authorize as well. Overall my experience would’ve been amazing if she wasn’t the one that helped me. Definitely not going back there ESPECIALLY if Lupita is there.

Went to Verizon to switch providers. And I had the best customer service experience with the assistant manager I believe Brock! He took the time to call a head manager to see what he could do for me cause I wanted the iPhone X. He pulled a few strings and I was able to order one. Then he took the time to help me switch the numbers over. (Do this before you set up your phones) it took almost 4 days for the numbers to switch over, but Brock not only checked up on us daily, he also spend an hour in the store calling a few different departments placed on a few holds to see if he could speed the process up. Not only did I walk out of there with what I needed but I left happy! All thanks to Brock for being so helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon, and highly recommend Brock!

Lexi and Lupita, have been extremely helpful. They took their time and step by step got our defective phones replaced. They are very friendly and knowledgeable in process.

Worst service wouldn’t let us return our phone even though we were in the 8 days of the return, Jonathan wouldn’t take it because of a small “ scratch” but the phone was took out of the box only twice and was only used to call then put back into the box. He yelled at us and was being un professional. They need to get new employees.

Associate first promised I could upgrade and get $300 off the phone. I was ready to do it and then suddenly he backstepped and said oh thats only if you add another line which I didnt want to do. So then there is no deal and no money off a phone... Now Im ready to just cancel the line, which is more than a $300 loss for them as Ive been a loyal customer for 10 years or more. I went into Verizon on Houston Circle in Idaho Falls to see if my phone could be cleaned out. I was having a hard time hearing anything. Clayton greeted me as I walked in the store, and immediately helped me out. He tried everything he could to clean out the ear piece. Turns out, my speaker was going bad. He helped me get into another phone quickly and efficiently. He was so helpful and kind! He even texted me the next day to check in on me to make sure the phone was working properly. He was very knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. Thank you Clayton!!

The employees at this store were very pleasant, helpful and fun to talk to. Gus took the time to set up my phone and answer questions. The store on 17th Street, where are you originally bought the phone, only sold me the product and sent me on my way with a name of an app to use myself. I could not make the app work after trying for over an hour. Thank you to the store on Broadway for showing me that there are still people out there that are good at customer service.

BEWARE!!! They routinely lie to me in order to get my money. I purchased a used phone from a private party and brought it in for a SIM card and connect it to my account. They said that it was on a list of phones that were never paid off with Verizon and that it would not connect to my account. I checked with Verizon. It was not on any list. It connected to my account just fine. Then, I fell for it again. I got a lifetime screen protector for $60, no hassles, no questions to replace they said. Now they changed how they do things and I have to download an app, register my screen protector, get a coupon, and then I might get a screen protector. These are very disreputable people and constantly steal from their customers. I will never go there again!

I was going to write up a nice long description of my experience at this store. But Im just going to keep it simple. The individual that i dealt with, glazed over details that were critical to understanding what my bill was going to look like. They zipped thru everything very quickly explained nothing in the detail i would expect from a professional..Long story short i was expecting a 30 month increase in plan expense and unknowingly left with 90ish a month increase on my plan.I was going to leave 1 star, but Because I failed to drill down on the questions, I left there more ignorant than I should have. The salesman that I had did nothing to break down the details of the expenses included in the transaction. And for that I got to spend 2 hours in another Verizon store getting all of the questions answered.

My phone was inoperable and I needed a new phone badly. I came to Verizon thirty minutes before closing and Nick J was so kind and helpful. He helped me get a new phone with accessories and walked me through everything I needed. He went above and beyond and ended up staying an hour past closing to get me set up. He also reviewed my plan and helped me save a few dollars.I love this this west side store. Thank you so much Nick J.

Went to get a new phone and had a terrible experience. First we waited over an hour for them to get us the phone. Then they didnt have a case for it or a screen protector. Case was mailed to me 4 days later. Went back to get a screen protector and they still didnt have one. Called 9 days after getting the phone and they still dont have one. Told me I should get one somewhere else. Customer service person was extremely rude. I would not recommend going here.
