Would highly recommend Rimrock for your internet! Me and my wife had some pretty poor internet that would fail all the time. Called Rimrock up and now I have some of the best internet Ive seen. These guys definitely get a 5 star. Keep up the good work guys!

We have had internet with Rimrock for nearly a year now and I have nothing but praise for this provider. Their leadership team immediately addresses any and all concerns we have no matter their triviality. We have had no issues with download or upload speeds and they constantly optimize our connectivity. Absolutely fantastic. We had usd various competitors like CenturyLink or Fybercom but ended up always disappointed. You won’t be sorry to call Ryan and his dedicated team!! We have been using Rimrock Wireless for over a year now and the quality of the internet has been exceptional. They have been prompt to answer any questions we have. Sometimes my kids unplug the router, and we get a notification that we are offline from the company before I’ve noticed. We have never had any issues with the connection, and we are able to switch to faster or slower plans depending on our needs. The range of speeds are impressive and the costs are highly competitive. We also appreciate that they provide unlimited data!

Honestly, never experienced customer service like this, especially with internet providers. Ryan was professional, quick with responses, and available to help last minute when I was moving in to a new home. I cannot stress how great they are, and the internet works beautifully. This is the best WiFi I’ve ever had! Ryan came to our house and made sure the connection was going to work before setting up an installation date. After our WiFi was ready to go, he contacted me asking if everything was connected and told me to message him at any hour if something wasn’t working. He continues to check in and deliver the best of the best WiFi service. Highly recommend!

Since the Idaho Governor’s stay at home order I have relied on my “Rimrock Wireless” internet connection for supporting users who are also working from home. In doing so I have worked with many users with lots of different ISPs and plans. Some of the issues I work with include connecting via Remote Desktop along with setting up audio and video.During this time I see the performance and reliability of these different ISPs. And, I have seen my performance measure as good or better than ISP plans costing up to twice as much. The reliability has been excellent as I have not had a single connection drop during this period.My job would be so much easier if homes were able to have a internet connection like I do with Rimrock Wireless.

I have been in Rimrock for 21 years now and have never had the Internet speeds I’m currently getting through Rimrock wirelessIt is great to be able to live apart from the bustle of town and still enjoy the benefits of wireless internet that match or beat the speeds in Ammon or Idaho Falls.

We suffered through too many years of off and on WiFi through Century Link! It was miserable.... we had service techs here far too often and no longtime relief! Excellent! I would recommend this service. Hook up was fast and friendly. Ryan is very knowledgeable. I had several bad experiences with my previous ISP. Drops, excuses, and unfulfilled expectations. So far Rimrock Wireless has provided great and consistent speeds. I havent had any drops or outages. Pricing is comparable to other wireless services. Plus its better and way faster internet than DSL (Centurylink). The best part is there is less interference from other routers bc shooting a signal across the valley (Fybercom) picks up all the interference of everyones routers along the way. RIMROCK WIRELESS service is right here in Rimrock! I may pick up half a dozen other routers whereas before I would pickup over 200!My son plays online and has complained for years about the lag and slow service. Now when he games, he doesnt say anything about it being laggy or slow. I am excited to play (when winter comes) too bc lets face it, lagging does ruin the experience and for too long has caused me to loose a lot if interest in online games due to errors, slow service, and outages. I look forward to this new internet service.The best part is its UNLIMITED DATA! No caps and no fees for going over! Finally a service I like and can trust. Thank you!
