I didnt have to wait around all day, came a little early. Thought he had bad news for us, but they were able to accommodate my needs for next week. Couldnt have asked for better service. Live in Swan Valley, usually its always bad news. They are able to give me the WIFI I need.

Poor service if you live in a complex served by silverstar. Been without internet for 5 days and counting. The internet went out because of power outage and they just keep waiting and waiting. Only seen service on site on the first day. Sad, but true.

We just had the fiber optic network connected to our home. An entire crew showed up to accomplish the install. They all worked together very well and made short work of the entire install; including pulling the fiber through a 400 ft conduit, installing the demark box on the exterior of our building, plus installing all the end electronic equipment. Very nice job and install by the SilverStar Crew. Thanks guys!

I have known Brady at Silver Star for many years. He is professional, and a very genuine person. Silver Star internet really is the best you can get, and I recommend using Brady as your point of contact.

When we started with Silverstar I was not all that impressed. Mostly because of Brady our sales rep. He is no longer working for Silverstar. :) We were having a lot of issues with our service and getting help with having the issues resolved and I just felt like we were not getting anywhere. Then Steve who works for silverstar (who is the bees knees) stepped in and took matters into his own hands and totally did us a solid and helped us out. He is always there when we need him and makes sure our service works. We really appreciate the level of customer service we have received after having so many issues. I would recommend Silverstar.
