Ive used these guys before for my carpet cleaning and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. Theyre on time, really easy to work with, and very respectful.This is also the first time I did our vents and air ducts. I didnt know this was something we even needed to get done but after it was finished I learned just how bad my ducts were. It was pretty nasty and our house is only a couple of years old. My brother recommended that we work with Adam after I spilled... sweet and sour sauce on a friends carpet... shame shame shame. Inexpensive and effective, and I didnt even have to show up. Pro Tip: There is no reason to take the entire thing of sweet and sour sauce into the living room.

Idaho Steam Cleaning did an amazing job on a nail polish stain we got on our carpet! We cant even see it anymore, and it was in a tough location. They were able to fit us in the same day we called, and even cleaned a couple other rooms for us while they were here. We really appreciate them and recommend them for any regular cleaning or stain removal.

This company went above and beyond! I had a dog marking in my basement on new carpet. They brought in a black light to show me the spots and then to make sure they got all the spots cleaned. They were up front with pricing. Im overall very impressed! I will call again.

I had a different company come on Monday. When they were done my stairs looked like zebra stripes and heavy traffic areas still dark as can be. I asked Jason if there was anything that would remove them. Unfortunately no he says but if i find something to let him know. Well, my solution is Idaho Steam Cleaning. Adam and a coworker both very nice and professional came up on Wednesday early evening. I have a daycare and pets. I took video and pictures while they went over my carpets again. I almost puked. Just had another company in on Monday and the dirt, pet hair n lord knows what else came up with Adams machine. I could clearly see the gunk through the see through tube. This morning wake and open curtains to a beautiful carpet. The heavy traffic stains and kid stains gone!! All gone. My carpet is ALL the same color now. Well I found my solution. Its idaho steam cleaning and Adam. So incredibly grateful and feel much better now the kids playing on my carpets. Novel but really wish you could see the difference in a good carpet cleaning company and others saying they are.

We moved into a new house with pet odor and the carpets are clean how ever could not get the smell out and did not edge the carpets and could not get gum out. While I have had others company remove odor and gum very friendly and fast though maybe a little to fast.
