Rainbow came in after another company did our remediation and did not fully dry out our walls and floors. They were on time, communicated their findings and showed me with their equipment the moisture still in my walls and basement ceiling. They taped off what needed to be dried out-which was very appreciated that they did not dry out the entire house or get the drywall dust everywhere. I highly recommend them.

We had some water damage that they came and took care of. It was a really small job. The clean-up was fine but I do not think they did a good job at all of restoring the small section of wall they had too. It was not done in the time they said it would and the quality was poor. The drywall was not smooth at all and was very sloppy on the edges. When we asked why it was done poorly they said it looked professional. The trim was supposed to be replaced and was not. The billing was an issue as well and it took several months to get it ironed out. The picture shows the texture and edge of the wall, the rest of the wall is not textured so this section should just be smooth.

These guys are so honest and easy to work with. I really appreciated that they didnt inflate the severity of the issue. They identified that my wall damage was minimal and proactively saved me time and money vs. other bids. I even got my contractor to review the bid and he would have charged me the same without the mold protection. Thank you Rainbow!

Our experience getting our carpets cleaned was awesome. The price was less than I expected. However the most important thing was how happy my wife was. She is thrilled with the cleaned carpets and mentioned repeatedly how helpful the guy was who even offered to help her move all the furniture back that we had moved out of rooms with carpets. I did the scotchguard treatment and suggest you do too. I can already tell the difference after cleaning up a spill.
