I called ServPro in Idaho Falls to mitigate water damage to my basement. Erica P. took my call and dispatched a team to my home within 30 minutes. The two young men who arrived were polite and neat in appearance. They went straight to work and with in a few hours they had identified the source of the water, where it was entering the basement, had drywall cut away, wet carpet pad removed, water from the carpet extracted and fans and dehumidifiers operational. They left the work area clean and free of any debris. Several days later, both ServPro and I were contacted by my insurance company saying that they were denying my claim and would not be paying the claim. The ServPro team is working diligently to support me in my effort to dispute this decision. In particular, I greatly appreciate the efforts of Erica P. whose courtesy and professionalism helped make this very frustrating situation far less stressful. I highly recommend ServPro of Idaho Falls to anyone requiring their services.

I don’t really write reviews because they often seem meaningless. Hopefully this one is helpful.Used Servpro for 2nd project. Agreed to a timeline and a contracted scope and price. Things took significantly longer and more complex than agreed terms. ServPro and I had discussions about that and how to resolve. They were professional in their response and we resolved it to both of our satisfaction. Anyone can write a 5 star when things go right, I think it is a better reference on how a company responds when things don’t go as planned. They have retained me as a repeat customer.

I was happy with the very quick response to are water problem. The carpet and walls were dried out so efficiently that there is no evidence of any remaing damage . Great job.

Great Company, efficient, professional restoration company with quick restoration. We had some major water/sewage leaks, 4 all together. Had a washing machine break down causing a flood in our house. ServPro was on site the next morning and did a great job. Needed new flooring and carpet. ServPro handled everything quickly and efficiently. Because of my physical limitations they even sent out people to help move furniture more than a few times. I would highly recommend Skylar and his crew to anyone.

I had a particularly gross problem in the crawl space of my restaurant. Our grease trap failed and spilled 100+ gallons of grease water into our crawl, which led to an extremely disturbing smell in the dining room. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and didnt know how to make sense of the clean up, Calling ServPro was the best move I could have ever made. They showed up promptly and made me feel MUCH better about our problem. the quote came in, they worked with my insurance, and that was seamless as well...The boys showed up to work in our crawlspace (which is about 3 feet tall, and expands the whole floor of the restaurant) and knocked it out of the park. Honestly dont know how they did it, but they got it done and I am elated. Thank you ServPro!

Service was very good. We had a couple of issues that will arise during emergency services, but ServPro went the extra mile to ensure i was completely satisfied with the work done.

Great company! I needed someone to come take a look at my house after the hail storm and they were here asap. The did a thorough inspection and were very upfront and honest. Would recommend them to anyone!

We are very appreciative of ServPro and all of their crews. They are responsive and communicated with us every step of the way. Carlos and Josafat worked on the drywall repair and I would venture to say that it is the best drywall texture we have seen in a repair! They also trained our maintenance team to be able to detect water leaks behind the walls and use the hygrometer to get a reading. We will use them again!

Britten Hafen was on time, very professional, quick and a complete pleasure. My dishwasher broke and flooded into the living room carpet. We cleaned it but had them come check for mold. Once she arrived she took care of everything, I didnt have to do anything after that. Next time I will call them quicker and just have them take care of everything!

Servpro did a great job cleaning up the fire in Mud Lake, Idaho. They were friendly and efficient while cleaning the museum and demoing the Painted Pony Bar and Grill. Pretty much the best people for any job!!

Upon returning from SOCAL on the 27th of August, we found our basement flooded. We called Farmers Insurance and told them what happened and they in turn called Servpro and they had two men at our home within an hour. They worked till past 2am attempting to get as much water removed as possible. Zach, the team leader said that another team would be back in several hours to continue the clean up. By 8am Carlos and his crew arrived and continued the water removal process and begin the drying out process. Between Zach’s crew and Carlo’s crew the basement was dried and prepared for the restoration process. These two young men were not only very efficient, but very helpful in explaining everything thing that was happening, and also what the whole process would entail.Thank you both along with your crews for helping us to get through all of this.Robert and Susan Robinson

Had the pleasure of working with Jared and Britten from SERVPRO on a possible water leak/damage. Instead of trying to get me to make unnecessary repairs, they advised that nothing needed to be addressed.Honest, friendly and very Professional.

The work done on the house was very good, but there was a mixup about the final bill.

Dont waste your time with this company. Its been two weeks now, and I still havent got a call back with a quote. I contacted them three times trying to get an update with no success. Sunrise restoration gave me an inspection, estimate, and date within two hours of calling.

We used Servpro of Idaho Falls for our water damage from a shower pan that leaked. They were helpful and efficient and did a beautiful job putting it back together. I would definitely recommend them.

Unbelievably expensive and poor service!I called servpro for a sewer backup on a Sunday and was told someone would be in contact in less than an hour. After four tense hours of my tenants freaking out and the problem worsening and I called again, and this time someone finally came by a while later. They removed the pad (I was trying to save the carpet) and left some equipment and were on their way without even cleaning up the sewage! They came by for 15 minutes each of the following two days to check the equipment and scared my tenants trying to sell their services! Finally I found someone else to clean it up and told them to get their equipment and get out.What would be a reasonable amount to pay for these services?I expected a few hundred dollars for 3 hours of work, but got a bill for almost $1,000! When I called to try and reason with them, I was told thats what it cost according to some estimating program. Use some sense! They even tried to turn it on me because I wouldnt let them complete their usual procedures. Thank goodness I didnt or Id have a ripped apart basement and a bill in the thousands Im sure. Also the person who actually cleaned it did much more for less than half the price of servpro.Never again. As I send off my bill today, I can only hope to save someone else the horribly expensive lesson I have learned.

My opinion maybe bias but I have worked for this company for years and have continue to enjoy working with this team! This company has been mostly ran by family and it feels like family!
