Update: I still havent heard back from the owner or manager to resolve this claim. We have not received one phone call or follow up since putting a claim in with them over 6 weeks ago.Update: you must have a lot of claims coming through because I do not have any horses. I have also come in three different times trying to get a response and have been told the owner will call me when he has time.I had owned my 2021 Jeep for two days. I took it in to be washed and it sounded like something was scraping the paint. Sure enough the entire front hood was scratched. I went in and had the gentleman take photos. They said the owner would call me. I followed up again and they said he would call me tomorrow. He never called me back and I’m now having to go through my insurance to have this fixed.

Put $5 Dollars worth of quarter in the handwash car wash. The water is always cold, no soap at all. Changed over to foamy brush only to get cold water from it. This is my final attempt to use this car wash. I live 2 miles away and have tried it on my trucks and cars and I always get poor service. Usually no soap. While 5 men stand at the entrance to the automatic car wash, smoking and vaping and playing grab ars while the equipment is in need of attention.

Happy to have dog wash available. It seemed there was not really shampoo,I could be wrong lucky we brought our own.Water was nice but almost too hot.

Our favorite car wash, our kids love to go through and see all the different lights haha. Their Snake River Rapid Wash projection that goes over the windshield as youre going through is fun too! Always washes our vehicle excellently. They also have a free car mat wash which is awesome. I just learned they have a 10% military discount if you go in to the office so well be doing that next time!

We always get great service here! They take good care of my car and are super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.

Spent $12 to find my car looked it got rained on. No soap was used, most of the washing sides didnt touch my car, didnt even have the blow dryers on to dry my car at all.

I did the self serve car wash it was amazing I scrubbed my dodged 1500 (fullsize) $7! Got all the bells and whistles that I wanted came home put some tire shine saved myself some $$ scrubbing my truck myself
