Love the monthly auto pay. I use the car wash once a week and including the vacuums so it is well worth it. The employees are all nice and keep the place clean

First time using this type of car wash to clean my husbands big dirty truck. It did a great job!Loved the air freshener clips, free vacuum and towels. The truck looked fantastic inside and out!The young people working were very helpful and super nice. I will definitely be a return customer.

Love this place! They offer affordable and quality carwashes and free vacuuming. The last time I went, it didnt get the back of my car very well so they let me go through it again and it fixed it! They are SO KIND. Definitely my favorite car wash in town!

My go-to car wash. If you want comfort, control, and a whole load of serotonin, this is where you go. Always makes my car shiny and the free vacuums with the wash... SPECTACULAR. Dont even get me started on the towels to dry your car, and the vending machine that has all the xtras for a buck

Love this car wash! I come at least once a week ( with the monthly subscription) to wash and vacuum my car. The employees are greet you with respect and give you free dash wipes. I used to just pay for washes by themselves but now I find its much better just to pay for the sub. With the world the way it is right now its just relaxing to cruise up and take 5 minutes relax and let the auto was do its thing.

Our brand new car got scratched when going through the car wash. The manager said he’d make it right but he never did. I tried to contact him multiple times and he never got back to me. Super disappointing.

Was a good place to get your car washed but now theyve done away with the $3 car Wash, cheapest one now is $7 probably wont go there again.

Horrible car wash to go to. Bought “two” one year car passes and it completely shredded the paint off of my hood after two months. Tried getting a refund on my second pass that I NEVER used and they wouldn’t even refund me half of what I paid. Save your money and hand wash your vehicle! The manager Casey Anderson is a scam and has horrible customer care. He’s also posing as a customer and leaving reviews on there business.

The car wash works well and the free vacuum is very convenient. However, poor planning on the layout. Its a royal pain in the a** to pull my pickup around to the car wash entrance. Why didnt you plan to make more room here?? Its unbelievable the extremely tight turn at the entrance. Its such a pain I just take my business elsewhere. Sorry

I enjoy their car wash, free vacuums and mat cleaner. They are always willing and ready to help customers who need assistance. This is an excellent express wash that also has very affordable memberships that work at all of their locations. I have also worked at Car Wash Express for a while. I have experienced a very positive working environment at the wash. They have flexible hours and are all very friendly. This is also a great job for high school kids who need a starter Job, but they are always looking for responsible and honest people to employ.

Our vehicle was so dirty! The hardest place to clean, the back, was ok, but we did have to clean it again when we arrived home! It was all a million times better than it was!

Free vacuums and free air compressor to blow out all the cracks and holes. Lots of spots to pull into. Garbage bags available at the vacuum spots.

Great place to wash and even clean out the inside of your vehicle. Then you can even vacuum, once everything clean and vacuumed out you have a super clean vehicle.

Very aggressive car wash. Ive been through many car washes, but this is the first one that has taken out my radio antenna. Other than the antenna hanging out at an odd angle, the car looks pretty good. But next time, Ill ask for the gentle cycle.

It doesnt clean the car very well, like its always still wet and a little grimy, even when Iupgrade. But Im not one for perfection- it does the job well enough, for a great price, and I love their self-use vacuums.

Great machine wash! Includes vacuumswith two different attachments and carpeted mat washer for customer use. It just needs a power washer for all weather floor mats. Almost perfect.

Great place to get your car washed and you vacuum out the car yourself. More than one-step ahead of the power wash types, you just sit in the car and the system pulls you through on a belt. Yes, there is a $3 car wash but its at the very bottom (in small print, looking like an afterthought) at the drive up menu selector of what type of wash you are willing to pay for. Its simple and it works!

Super place to get a quick easy wash. I noticed some stubborn dirt clinging to a door panel after getting a less expensive wash choice. On a return trip, I opted for an unlimited-washes package which renews on a monthly basis. This time through the car came clean. Bottom line, if your car is pretty grubby it may be better to opt for a more thorough wash option (there are several wash and upgrade options). Staff is friendly and cheerful.

Best place in Idaho Falls to get a carwash. Vacuum cleaner is strong and parking stalls are wide and vacuum hoses are easily accessible!

Its hard to beat $3 for a quick car rinse and thorough internal vacuuming. Anyone with kids would pay $3 just to get their car vacuumed regularly, let alone the additional wash. I just wish the upgrades for a better wash werent so expensive.

I only go here when I have to. I personally think for the price of these car washes it should do a better job but Im always left scratching my head as to why I spend $18+ and my car is still dirty. Kjs Super Store car wash is significantly cheaper and does way better.

Gets my husbands hunting truck nice and shiny..its a great place I guess..i just get the creeps in car washes.. claustrophobia.. I need to remember to get out and wait for him on the other side...so i guess it would be a 5 star other than that😄

I pay for the top tier membership here. I love how I can get a high quality carwash 6 days per week. The carwash itself is very thorough and even shines your wheels! I love it. My kids love going through the was because they like the rainbow soap. I wish I was still a kid.

This place is great for a cheap carwash and I have been coming here for almost a year. My only concern is the tricky/poor advertising, they advertise the $3 car wash quite a bit at the location and across town, but when you show up at the location to pay on the screen, the $3 carwash button has been carefully created to not look like the other buttons. The first few times I visited this location, I had paid more money than the $3, as I could not find the notorious carwash which had been advertised. I cannot imagine how hard this button must be for elderly people to find, I have heard this complaint from many others. I had contacted their customer service email and never received a response. Im sure there will be some response to this arguing that the machine is made by another corporate entity, but Im sure a change is easy. My only request is that this location act as a fair business and make it easier for customers to find what they advertise!

So I got a membership here. I normally like to go to rapid wash because they scrub the bugs and tires, but it is so usually a 15 minute plus wait. And most of the time, Im in a rush so I cant wait that long. So I started going here. It does a decent job, never a wait. Sometimes my pilot is still wet and spotty, but again, no wait. So Ill keep using this wash, just wish there was some bug scrubbing involved!

Very happy with this new location! The service is always fast and effective. The only downside seems to be the vacuums. They dont seem to be as powerful as the ones at the Holmes location.

Deceptive advertising. $3 car wash is just a rinse. However, its advertised as a wash and next step up is a basic wash for $10. Free vacuums is only with purchase of a wash - so not free. Will not be returning due to deceptive practices. How lame.

I was given a pass for their $19 wash and my truck came out looking like it was the $3 hose off. Unimpressed. The vacuums worked well so, at least, the interior looked good.

Very impressed with this place. Vaccums work very well, plus they have air hoses and a floor mat cleaner to really deep clean your car and remove dog hair. I highly reccomend this place.

The car wash is decent but I dont think its a good value for the money. Stink River Car Wash across town is a more thorough automatic car wash for the same price. I would go there and if youre on this side of town its better than nothing.

Great car wash, awesome powerful vacuums, great location. But i do wish they had location close to Hitt Rd.

Great little car wash but my one complaint is the staff places pylons to help guide you straight into the wash but they place them at a sharp 90 degree angle which makes it difficult for large or longer trucks to turn. The only way to get situated is to make a 3 point turn. The last time I was there the attendant noticed and temporarily moved the cone. Other than that small complaint the car wash is great!

Horrible and won’t be back. All the cars come out wet. The dryer apparently sucks. If you have to do all the work yourself, and the car end mirrors and wheels are sipping wet, why am I paying $15?$3 wash is a complete farce and false advertising. That’s a basic rinse you can do with a hose anywhere for 10 cents

New discovery last time I used this car wash: floor mat cleaners. While vacuuming out your car after the car wash, throw the floor mats in the machine that wet vacuums them.

One star for the customer service response time...HORRRRIBLE ... My rear windshieldwiper was ripped off somewhere in the tunnel & still havent heard a word from upper management. So BEWARE... Other than that, the car wash is good... I do like the opportunity to prewash 1st
