What a fun experience, the price is a little expensive but the way was great. I did the 16$ wash and my car looked great. My favorite part of the wash, was all the colored lights that makes the foam amazing. They have free vacuums and the staff was friendly and helpful. They also have floor mat cleaning machines that are free to use. ❤️

Pulled into town after driving 2 days. Good car wash. Got all the bugs and road dirt off the car.

They care! We live on a farm, and so in the spring time our vehicles can get caked with a 1/2 inch thick layer of mud on the bottom and sides. I brought my old car in for a wash and ran it through, not expecting the mud to be totally gone. When I came out and started using the free vacuums, the manager, Greg, spotted some mud on the bottom of my car still and told me to go through the wash again free of charge. Thanks for the great service!

The wash we paid for was the $3 one, but it seemed like 1/2 of the tools would run & inch close to our car then stop as they got close enough to touch the side mirrors - but they didnt actually do anything. These werent soap dispensers or just the tire cleaners either. They just looked like typical machines you shouldnt have to pay extra for in a car wash. It gave the impression that the tools were broken. We had some bird poop on our passenger side window and it didnt get it all off, there was still some residue left.Also, our windshields and windows werent dry at all, weve never had that happen at any of the $3 car washes weve been to in 3 different states.

Many options for a pretty good price. Its quick and easy. And their vacuums are great. I like that they have air sprayers too to get junk out of the cracks.

Have been a member for more than 5 years. Had an issue on Friday. Greg called and got the issue resolved right away. Greg knows what guest service is. I will recommend you to all I know. Thank you very much for your time Greg.

Went thru twice and we werent that dirty, but the front on the hood and the rear were not very clean. Did the $15.00 wash and when we went back thru the guy was kinda put out. We were not going to go thru a third time... We went home and guess well deal with it.. this is twice now... Looking for somewhere else to go.. so disappointed.

This used to be my favorite car wash. I liked it so much that I signed up for a monthly membership. However, in the last 30 days its gone downhill. Sometimes I dont get the deluxe wash that I pay for. And they recently changed the wash, taking out components and putting in different ones. I was told that the blowers would work better, but thats not the case. My pickup comes out half wet with soap still on it. Steaks and spots, and very dull as if theres a film on it. Im going to miss it being very close to my house but I cant pay for this level of lackluster performance. Ill be canceling my membership.

Ive been coming to Idaho falls for years and looking for a decent car wash while Im there. This place is awesome. If I lived there that would be my go-to.

I have a membership and wash my truck 2 or 3 times weekly, I noticed weird scratches not quite through the Clearwater on brand new paint, they took pics and said someone would contact me and nothing but they sure did pull they money from my account for my membership. A little communication even if no responsibility was taken would be nice...Upon writing this I was almost immediately contacted and given directions to the place that was going to take care of the scratches free of charge. I must have fallen through the cracks previously... everyone makes mistakes thes guys went above and beyond to fix the problem highly recomended!

Not only is it pretty cool to be able to buy a monthly pass so you can wash your car as many times as you want, but the customer service is over the top!!!TREY is amazing. He helped us when we locked our keys in the car without hesitation. He is the best !! Definitely made our visit Worth telling our friends !! I would visit this car wash over and over again. I’ve washed my car here a couple of times and I really enjoy it. it gets everything pretty clean. one thing I always look for is how good the vacuums are, so that you can get the inside just as clean. The vacuums has really good suction as if they’re brand new. The only downside is If you’re on a budget my advice to you is to wash it at home

Good value! Heck just for the vacuums. First time I went through the wash at dusk and it was like a light show... Definitely be fun with kids at night. Staff when helpful and promt. Only carwash Ill go to by far !

Went today. The car wash broke my rear windshield wiper off completely. I didnt notice it until I got to jiffy lube to get an old change. I came back and they are trying to tell me I didnt notice it while on the property. Well they have all the parking spots and vacuums comes off so I was not able to stop and park and look at the wash. Went straight to jiffy lube and they noticed it. They are trying to say that cannot do anything about it. Very frustrated. I have been to every car wash in town and this one is closer to home so I decided to give it a shot. I do not recommend ever going here. I will update when I hear back

This has to be my favorite carwash place in IF the customer service is always on point and my car looks great every time.

The service was good. I am a veteran and I went to wash my car on veterans day.They treated me good. My car was so dirty but after I came out my car was so beautiful, shiny and cleaned. The tires were shiny as well. I definitely recommend this place.

Used the car wash today. I have a pass and I use it whenever I have time and I’m driving by. They really started the better car wash experience here in town, there are others but. I enjoy express with the multiple locations they have.

I do the monthly pay as you go. My usual Car Wash Express is on Hitt Road.

Didnt even get the hard water off my window from one night of the sprinkler being on my car. Lots of water and dirt left running off my car as well when i got out i took a shammy to my car and used windex to get the hard water off. 7 bucks isnt much but at the same time i could of and should of bought the supplies and did it myself for 7 $

I like that I can quickly wash off the salt from the roads. It doesnt last long but I feel better not letting it build up.

This place does a great job. Free vacuums are awesome and work outstanding. Fun experience with the kids too. Would be 5 stars except the kid working at the entrance to the wash was rude and acted like he didnt want to be there. He was mad at the fact that I didnt know what I was doing pulling in. Could be more helpful to someone who has never been to your wash before. Patients and smiles go a long way. Overall a great job.

Where I like to get my truck clean. I have never had an issue. The vacuums are great plus they have little air hoses to blow of the dash and vents.

No pre washing, well you can but you have to do it. Not cool. So if you have bird poo or anything else that is tough to get off, its still there after the wash. Hello!!! Thats why I washed the car. If your car has dust it comes out clean other wise not so much.

Its inexpensive, easy to use, and they dont usually have anyone working the machines outside, so no human contact is required.

Best car wash in town. Friendly workers. Its an automatic drive through wash with different levels of washes available. The machine takes cards and the vacuums are free (and they have lots of them!). Quick and easy in-and-out. I want to buy a wash club membership. With that you pay monthly but can go as many times as you want. I think its worth it to always have a clean car.

I love the vacuums at this car wash!! They are super strong! Also love that management of this facility. I had an issue with the wash and they fixed it right away. Being there is one on Holmes and Hitt, your able to have it on both sides of town which is very convenient. I would recommend this place. I always get the $15 wash, and its a good one. Remember if you get the $3 wash, you get what you pay for. Happy cleaning yall! :)

I have a monthly membership here and I love how I can get my vehicle washed whenever I want. Also, the free vacuums are great! They are powerful and clean my carpets very well. My only complaint are the constant window rock chip repair solicitations.

Would say that its a really good car wash, but Im tired of being harrassed by the children who keep helping me. I am almost 50 years old and quite capable of picking my own car wash and swiping my own damn card. And they dont seem to understand the words, go away, or, leave me alone. Because because of this, they have lost my business. Ill go somewhere else where they respect their customers enough to leave them alone.

They do the $3 wash but its not really a wash at all. Ive done it a few times. It takes off some of the dirt, but not all, and leaves all the bugs and everything else. If its a light rinse why is it called a wash?

Long wait time

$15 for their best wash. You get a way cleaner truck at Snake River for the same price, plus they scrub your windshield on the way in and have 4 times as many dryers. If you want to scrub your own windshield, towel dry your self, and then go put your own tire shine on this is the place. Or you can go down the road and have it all done for the same price.

They are very helpful and last time I got a free dash cleaner.

The entire building advertises a $3 dollar car wash. Sounds great right? Wrong. You can pay $3 for a light touch up, I’m sure it just sprays a tiny bit of water and calls it good. $7 is then the next cheapest and for a decent package you have to pay $10, which is more expensive than competitor washes. Don’t be fooled by the advertising, you’ll really end up paying even more for a decent wash. Very disappointed

Advertising is misleading for “$3 Car Wash” but even the $3 option does a decent job of cleaning. Other than that wash, I think the prices are too high. Vacuums are good. Facility is overall well kept.

Kinda bummed they did away with their 3.00 wash and more than doubled it to 7.00 now.

Cheap, fast and does the job well. I recommend stopping before you enter the car wash line at the manual scrub area though if you have lots of mud / dried on bugs. Vacuums have great suction but often the nozzle falls off of the tube.

The other car wash in town uses plastic brushes. Theese guys have foam fabric ones that clean well and dont scrape off the paint. Pretty expensive but everywhere is.

Used to love it, but since upgrading vehicles to a SUV my vehicle comes out dirtier than when it went in?!? I do not understand it but it does not do the job what so ever! Cancelling my membership. Vacuums are awesome... When they have suction. The rock chip repair company always there is annoying especially telling them every day no.

Advertises $3 car wash and doesnt allow you to select anything under $7. To start off, there is are billboards, advertisements, and menu listings for $3 car wash, Yeah! sounds great. However, you get the menu and its a $3 rinse(Not Wash) and you cant even select it from the options.The $7 car wash was a joke because the car was still dirty afterwards.

Great carwash. I have had a wash pass for a little over a year now. The only reason I dont give them a 5 is the 2 things they are lacking. 1.) The dryer doesnt do a very good job. It pushes you through so fast, it just doesnt dry enough. That didnt seem to be a problem when they first opened. 2) They need a small sink with water and a squeegee for towels like other car washes have.

Even with the most expensive car wash, my vehicle is usually still dirty with mud streaks. The vacuums also dont always have good suction. There are times I have to walk around and check for good vacuums.
