Contacted them to do new construction clean up on a 31,500 square foot building. Communication was great with Edna to arrange their team to come clean walls up to 30’ tall. When team arrived they did a quick walk through with me to see what they were to do. After walls were done they jumped right into helping us clean floors, restrooms and locker rooms. Great communication with the whole team sent to work here. No griping when ask yo do something else. Great team. Would highly recommend Flood and Fire Solutions !!!

These guys showed up quickly on a weekend when we discovered a bedroom in our basement had flooded after a bad rain storm. They were quick to get it stabilized but conscious of the weekend billing rate and made sure not to waste our time and money on overtime. They returned daily until the issue was resolved. They always explained options before acting on them, allowing us to decide the trajectory of the clean up efforts. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for water damage help. I also didn’t know they had an equipment rental side! For the next few weeks they were always checking in, ensuring repairs were being made, and working their hardest to get our family back to normal as quickly as possible. We used the Dry It Yourself center the first time, and they had everything we needed to rent at a great price and were willing to let us do the work we wanted to ourselves but help where we needed. Very fast response on a Friday night after hours. Our house was flooded. Flood & Fire Solutions immediate and expert response minimized the damage and insured that we were certain the water was completely gone even in hard to reach areas. Very professional, competent, and friendly staff. When our floor was flooded the hardwood buckled and warped to the point I thought it would have to be torn out and replaced. Workmen used specialized equipment to dry out and return the floor to its previous condition. We highly recommend Flood and Fire Solutions for anybodys unfortunate household disasters.
