Trevynn will tell you exactly what you want to hear so that you will buy a vehicle from them, even if it is not true. We just recently purchased an F-150 from them about a week ago. After our initial test drive, we realized that the AC was broken. We then asked him what he knew about it and he told us they had it looked at and all that was needed was the freon to be recharged. I double checked with him to make sure he was certain this was the problem (because ACs are tricky and can often end up costing a lot) and he assured us this was definitely the problem. After owning the car for a week, we just took it in to get the freon on charged and learned that after it was recharged, the AC is still not working. There is likely something wrong with the compressor.If he had just been straight up with us and told us he wasnt 100% certain and just thought it was the refrigerant, I wouldnt have cared. But the problem was he guaranteed to us this was the problem and told us that they were the ones who had evacuated the freon to begin with (which also was not true).I would not recommend this place simply because they tell you what you want to hear just so you will buy their cars. Save your money and time and purchase a used vehicle somewhere else where they will be straight with you.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing a truck today from Autos4Less. Our salesman Ricky, was professional, courteous, listened to our questions and concerns. After we found the bright red Ford F-150, he said take it for a drive and if you want, drive to your wife for her to see it (10 miles away) and you can drive it the rest of the day. I decided to bring my wife to the dealership later in the day. The only issue I had with the truck was a rock glass chip on the windshield. When I returned with my wife, the entire windshield was replaced. We got a very fair offer on our trade in and negotiated a deal. There was no pressure. He explained all the paperwork fully. We felt so comfortable that my wife asked Ricky to find her a car too. We have no problem recommending Autos4Less to our neighbors and friends.

Poor customer service from the start and couldnt be bothered to help you. They demand you pay the sticker price then try to explain to you that dont know how car sales work so thats the price. Not to mention the owner will contact you and talk down to you and explain why its your fault you had a bad experience, and intimidate you to take down your bad Google review. Down right ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and head somewhere else when shopping for a new car or truck.

Worst customer service! We initially visited to test drive a vehicle we found on Facebook Marketplace. When we showed up for a second test drive, that we had scheduled, he seemed put out. When we wanted to take it to our mechanic the next morning, he seemed put out. When we showed up to buy the vehicle that next evening, APPARENTLY there wasnt anyone there at the dealership who could actually sell us the vehicle despite the fact that it was an hour before closing and we had financing in hand. Weird? My experiences with Rocky Mountain Motors have been very off-putting.Update: The response from the owner is an extreme example of defamation of character. I have never met him, and he has never met me. Perhaps he was misinformed or has confused me with someone else. There was no outburst by me, extreme or otherwise, while I was inside of his dealership. I was only inside the dealership for about 5 minutes. As I said earlier, I was told that there was nobody there who could sell us a vehicle. We were taken to a table to fill out an offer. My husband and I quietly wrote down a number and left the building. Our offer was a little on the low side ($2000 below asking) because the situation was so off-putting. I am not sure what he is trying to imply about my personality (he hasnt met me) but my review was about the customer service I received not about the rejection of our low offer. I also have no idea what he is trying to say about our two test drives. The second time we came to drive the vehicle (a SCHEDULED test drive), the salesman told my husband that he looked like a guy who had test driven the vehicle and returned it after closing (seemed a weird thing to say), so maybe that is what he is thinking of. The bottom line is, his reply is extremely unkind, untrue, and unprofessional. I do know that this Jonathon Long inundated my husband with unkind texts in an effort to harass him for MY truthful review. I dont believe he wishes me the best, lol.

I had a great time finding my truck with the professional sales team at autos 4 less!! They helped me understand the whole process of the sale, at first I was discouraged of what my old truck was worth on trade in value but with their guidance I was able to realize the difference between retail value and trade in value. The sales rep I worked with treated me with respect, wasnt the normal pushy salesman that Ive encountered in the past at other establishments, and most of all i left after the sale was finalized without any regrets. I was really impressed with the lack of pressure to make a sale and the realistic expectations provided by the salesman. I walked away with a great truck and will probably be a returning customer.However there are a few issues I have with the condition of the vehicle at the time of purchase. The tires were almost completely worn out and (according to the salesman) were the wrong load rating, the windshield wipers needed replaced, the brake pads were all worn really low, and the oil life was at 30%. I know these are little things and that saving costs on these fixes helps to keep prices lower, but I would have really appreciated a vehicle that I didnt have to put more money into before the first three month oil change. I did attempt to negotiate for new tires at the dealership, but the salesman said the only way he could help me with that is to finance them along with the vehicle, which I did for lack of a better option.I had to put on new tires, new windshield wipers, will shortly be doing all four brakes and the oil change for a $22,000 vehicle that, in my opinion, should have already had them replaced before I even walked onto the lot.
