Fantastic service. A rock left a crack in our windshield on a trip to Yellowstone. We were only in town for a day but they managed to fit us in and get the crack repaired. No further issues with the crack and you can barely notice where it was. Very fair price and more importantly excellent service and quality of work. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy service! The young woman who fixed our windshield also refixed two other chips and did a better job than the first people who fixed them. Also Boots is a lovely doggo! He made my experience so much better because I recently lost my childhood best friend Santa Paws and I love petting nice doggies whenever I can. Thank you guys for being down to Earth and not wearing or requiring masks!! Feels good to be amongst normal, hard working Americans! I just called to have my windshield resealed because they didnt seal it properly. They told me warranty Iis only good for 24 hours. I asked hiw I would know within 24 hours that they didnt seal it right? They just said sorry and referred me to another company to go pay for a repair.. Water coming in and onto my fuse panel dripping onto the ebrake and.onto the floor. Vehicle is stalling, speedometer intermittently working,, overdrive light flashing.. Modules buzzing. 5 windshields installed there. Multiple repairs including one last month. I have referred over 20 people. Not any more. Just read the response. Was not asked to provide a receipt, was told 24 hour warranty not 6 months and that after 24 hours that I was to be responsible for the cost of repairs. Different information on the phone than provided online. So I changed my stars to a 1. Go somewhere else for your windshield needs. They have my contact information because we had a windshield repair performed less than a week of my review, but they have not attempted to call me to resolve this issue or ask for a copy of my receipt which they should have in their possession. In my opinion it is another business to avoid in the future.

Awesome business. I came from out of town with a chip in my windshield. They got me right in and you can hardly tell where the chip was. Very reasonably priced and they even gave me a gift bag with an air freshener, ice scraper, ice melt and armor all wipes! Everyone was super nice. Would definitely recommend!!

So the business is amazing and the manager think his name was Rick. He was the nicest person ever!! However, the secretary could use some work on customer service and professional dress. My husband had to get our car fixed and said that the young lady was dressed very inappropriately. she was nice to the customers and me but she was rude to the employees. I really recommend this place for windows and good servicing but I would rather deal with the manager and technicians Rick told us they do side windows yet when I called I was told by a woman they dont. If you have questions ask for one of the technicians that actually know what theyre talking about.

Windshield Rescue was awesome! The workers there show a genuine desire to help their customers. The price I paid for my windshield replacement was far lower than I expected and I did not use insurance. I had 3 vehicles windshields replaced quickly and for the cost that I expected to pay for one windshield. Windshield Rescue by far exceeded my expectations. While I was there, I learned that they do more than just windows. They are also a full Auto repair shop.

Outstanding service! These guys went above and beyond to flag my wife down in traffic, help her put air in a flat tire and point her in the direction to get it fixed. It was a selfless act in which they benefited nothing, they just did it out of the goodness of their hearts. We were traveling through Yellowstone with our RV when the windshield suddenly became loose. We struggled to find someone who would even look at it to see what could be done. Eagle Rock RV referred us to Windshield Rescue and Rick was there within minutes. After assessing the situation he struck the perfect balance between temporarily securing the windshield so we could continue our vacation and not costing us a lot of time spent in a repair shop. He was fun with the children, polite, professional and very affordable. Extremely grateful for his services, especially when no one else would even offer to help.

I was recommended this place by a friend when I asked around about getting a shattered back windshield replaced. Joseph and the whole crew were awesome! They took such great care of me that I actually ended up taking in my other car to them to get the front windshield fixed on it as well! They were fast, friendly and upfront about costs - I will now recommend them to anyone who asks!

Recommended that I take a cracked windshield in to Wade at Windshield Rescue. Was told Wade, Rick & Joseph would do a great job. Not disappointed AT ALL. They are all professional, patient, courteous and most importantly to me HONEST. They finished the windshield replacement and suggested I might also get a much needed oil change and also checked all the fluid levels making sure the car was taken care of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GENTLEMEN.

Our car was brand new and we had to replace the windshield after a week because of a semi rock. We were told they could replace the windshield and calibrate the lane departure camera, they ordered the windshield and then we were told that they could only plug the camera back in. When installing the windshield. They smeared the black glue stuff all over the edge and didnt clean it off. When they tried to clean it off after it dried they chipped the paint. They put the black rubbed on the edge and its put on upside down. We have tried to let them fix the problems but they arent getting fix. We will not recommend them to anyone and we will not be back!

So glad I found these guys! Started out getting rock chips fixed which led to a conversation of other issues I’ve been having with my car. Turns out these guys do great mechanic work!! I’ve had several mechanics tell me I had several issues. After a lot of wasted time and money having unnecessary work done I came to Windshield Rescue. My car is finally fixed! They gave me an extremely fair estimate before they started working on my car and called to get my permission prior to doing any additional repairs so there were no surprises! They showed me the parts from my car and explained everything to me! My son and I FINALLY have a safe, reliable vehicle again. These guys were more than fair with their pricing! They’re HONEST! I can’t speak highly enough of this business. I even drove from Wyoming to get my car worked on there. I’ve recommended friends & family to them!!

Today I was so sad when I noticed a chip in the windshield of my brand new truck, but one call to Windshield Rescue and Wade came right up and fixed it in a jiffy with professionalism and competence! Rick and Windshield Rescue have possibly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. A couple months back, I had a rock crack my windshield and it was apparent that it needed to be dealt with immediately. Rick made time in his day and replaced my windshield that same afternoon! Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and two months later the windshield replacement needed to be repaired. I was no longer in Idaho, but Rick stood by his work and his business. Because I was unable to return my vehicle to him, he covered the costs himself for the repair. He is a kind man and works very hard! I would recommend any day!

Recently got a stone chip in Class A motorhomes windshield. While having other repairs done in the area I was directed to Windshield Rescue for that repair. These guys are always courteous and give fantastic service! They are fast, efficient, and reliable. We use them whenever we are in town, from rock chip repair to windshield replacement. Their work has always been perfect for us! We had an experience this past year where we had to take our Jeep to someone in Texas when we needed a rock chip repair and they completely ruined our windshield. A repair that would have been easy for Windshield Rescue ended up being a crack clear across our windshield. We were regretting the whole time that we couldnt take it to our favorite place! We travel all over the country and these guys are seriously the best!

These guys were great. They went above and beyond to help me with mechanical repairs to my car. I am retired and another shop was ready to charge me almost $4000 to fix my car. Rick, the owner,and Steve got my car fixed, a new battery, and even headlight refinishing for under $600!!!! I would go to these guys as a first choice for anything automotive.

Beware! I took my vehicle to this shop and it will never be the same. In the course of replacing a windshield, they destroyed my car. The tech did not know what he was doing and severely damaged my vehicle. The shop had my car for weeks. When it was returned to me it had extensive damage. The headliner was torn, the paint was gouged in multiple places, and the body was dented around the windshield. In order to remove the windshield they told me they had to break it out. I still have shards of glass that blow out of my defrost vents. I wore glasses when I first had the vehicle returned to me to prevent glass blowing out and getting in my eyes. Now my car is starting to rust in the places where they scratched the paint down to bare metal. In the end the person I was told was the owner had to put the windshield in. They returned it to me with a torn up windshield gasket. The fact that he had so little pride in his work that he would return it this way and hope I didn’t notice is disappointing. In the end all he offered was some touch up paint and a new gasket. I took the gasket, but was afraid to let them install it and do more damage to my vehicle. To offer touch up paint when they knew they damaged and dented someone’s vehicle shows a complete lack of integrity. Do not risk your vehicle.In response to the owners comment below. I was not informed of the damage when I picked up my vehicle. I noticed it when I went to leave the parking lot. I immediately went back inside to discuss the damage. The owner was not there at the time and I was told I would need to call the owner. I called the owner and he mentioned he had to help the struggling tech install the windshield and was surprised by how much the tech had struggled. After a lengthy phone call I was asked to bring the vehicle back in. I drove the vehicle to meet with the owner and the only thing he offered was a new gasket and some touch up paint. Touch up paint wouldn’t fix the dents, headliner, and paint. These offers would not have been made without seeing the vehicle first. I did not walk there. I drove my car. I did not trust this shop to replace the gasket. In fact it has never been replaced. I don’t drive a brand new car as pointed out by the owner to justify his treatment in the statement below. However, I have owned the vehicle for over twenty years and I am a bit attached to it. That’s why I continue to get it professionally repaired. Or attempted to do at this establishment. The technician that worked on my vehicle personally told me he had to break out the windshield. The owner knew he had a problem and let the technician go shortly after this incident. There was a new technician working when I brought my vehicle in. The pictures posted were taken in November immediately after I picked up the vehicle. I have added additional photos to show the date stamps. Just save yourself some heartache and don’t gamble on this establishment.

This place is awesome. I first went down the road to Robinsons and they quoted me over double what Windshield rescue did. After the quote Robinsons then turned around and said my rock chip couldnt be repaired for a ridiculous reason. I went to Windshield Rescue for a second opinion and should have gone there first! The man there was very courteous and explained the process and the price was great. Highly recommend. Nice workers, good prices, quality work.
