This place was very well sanitized and the service was great. The owners are very friendly. I cant wait to go back.

The lady who took care of was very respectful, but she did not take her time. My nails are bumpy and not even in the shape i asked for. The lady did do what i asked but didn’t make them perfect

I only asked for a basic pedicure, and made my request very clear. Next thing I know I was given a gel pedicure. They told me we gave you a gel pedicure so you owe more money. I repeated again what we had agreed on, yet they gave me a service I did not want. They yelled at me when I refused to pay for something I made clear I did not want. They realized I was not moving, and were rude. I later found out they have a history of harassing people to get services they do not want. They did a great job on the pedicure, but its not worth the stress. I will take my business elsewhere.

They attempted to overcharge for my friends nails, got my gel color wrong, her color wrong, tried to charge for more than a basic pedicure, gave her gel pedicure when she didn’t ask for one, and got an attitude when their error was pointed out. The boss lady was extremely rude and disrespectful and although she acknowledged her error, she continued to address us in a disrespectful manner and demanded payment before the service was done. In addition, my manicurist took FOREVER and 12 years to complete a SIMPLE gel pedicure. I Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give them zero stars, I would! 🤬

Alittle pricy but worth it. They do very good jobs. Professional, patient, and welcoming. I wish I didnt leave Huntsville because I would be a loyal returning customer. Thank you for the great job with both my toes and fingers.

I moved closed to them so I was happy it was a nail salon literally walking distance from my home. As soon as I sit down the owner ask me to pay up front I didn’t want to but everyone else did so I did too. I was getting a gel fill in and two repairs. The shape of the repairs was not close to my other nails. And when I was looking for a color on the samples the owner literally rushed me and snatched the samples out of my hand!!! Like who wanna steal that???? I decided to get diamond on my nails as well which they came off the next day. And the next day two nails broke. I will never come back!!!!!!

I have visited this shop now twice. I love the precautions (hand sanitizer, masking, and temp checks) they have in place. I love even more that the shop isnt crowded. Ive been able to walk in and immediately worked upon.The staff is friendly and accommodating. Billy did my nails this last time and my coffin has never looked so tight! He really took his time and had a gentle touch. He didnt tear up my cuticles or hurt me in any of the ways Im accustomed to as a nail extension wearer.Sadly, I broke a nail on day 1. I called the shop and went right in to get it fixed. Billy took great care to make sure I had a gorgeous full set.Ill definitely be going back next time for a dip powder set.

Nails and toes where horrible... I would not recommend to anyone... also overall overly charging for simple designs as if her skills are updated it’s 2021 nobody wants glitter.. worst money I’ve spent in years ... needs to be shut down honestly way to out dated and unskilled very dissatisfied

They are very very polite and very extremely professional and they will dip your nails if you have a manicure and want them French tip they are the best nail place in Huntsville Alabama I prefer any and every girl to go there to get their nails done

Gel on natural nails very sloppy and thick in several places on nails. Chipping 2 days later. Looks like something a child did. Jennifer nice, okay customer service. But would not return. First and last visit.

GO ANY WHERE ELSE I got my nails done paid almost 55$ and a week later they all had fallen off. I work at a call center and don’t do much vigorous activities with my hands so I wasted money at the place “Jenifer” yelled the whole time she did my nails to others in the salon gave me a headache my nails were crooked and not even close to cuticle like they’re supposed to look. Nasty place.
